Abstract
Un tambour de carbonisation (8) pour déchets (A), qui tourne autour de son axe longitudinal (10), contient une pluralité de tubes chauffants (12) disposés dans son espace intérieur (13). Ces tubes chauffants (12) sont fixés par une de leurs extrémités à une première plaque de fond (28) et par l'autre extrémité à une seconde plaque de fond (30). Les résidus de pyrolyse (f) et les gaz de carbonisation produits par les déchets (A) lors du chauffage par les tubes chauffants (12) sont évacués par l'intermédiaire d'un tuyau d'évacuation (17) qui tourne conjointement avec le tambour de carbonisation (8). Afin que les produits solides (f) soient acheminés sans générer d'obstructions et afin d'éviter la chute répétée de gros morceaux pesants provenant des produits solides (f) dans la zone de sortie, il est prévu selon l'invention de fixer une pelle collectrice (33) à l'entrée (17z) du tuyau d'évacuation (17). Pendant la rotation du tambour (8), la pelle collectrice (33) entraîne les résidus de pyrolyse (f) et les achemine dans l'entrée (17z) du tuyau d'évacuation (17).
