DESIGN FOR CENTER-PIECE IN ALTO-RELIEVO.

Specification forming part of Design No. 5,999, dated July 16, 1872.

SPECIFICATION.

To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, SAMUEL KELLETT, of San Francisco,in the county of San Francisco and State of California, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Center-Piece in Alto-Relievo; and I do hereby declare that the following is a full and exact description of the same, reference being had to the accompanying drawing and to the letters of reference marked thereon.

My new design consists of a rosette, A, from beneath which radiate arms B, and between which are figures of shell-work O. The whole is mounted upon or forms a disk, having a molded ring D, surrounded by shell-work E,

with vines F between, and scalloped raised edge. Around this is a ring or edge, consisting of scroll-Work G and architectural figures H.

Having thus described myinvention, what I claim, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, 1s-

The radial arms B, shell-work C E, vinework F, scroll-Work G H, separate or in combination, set forth and shown.
