DESIGN FOR A STOVE.

The Schedule referred to in these Letters Patent and making part o! the name.

To all whom -it may concern:

Bc it known that [,JOIIN B. NICKELS, of Bangor, in the county of Penobscot, and State of Maine, have invented a new and ornamental Design for a Stove; and I do hereby declare that the following is a full, clear, and exact description thereof, which will enable others skilled in the art to make and use the same, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming part of this specification, in which the figure is a. perspective view of a. stove, showing my improved design.

My invention has for its object to furnish a new, simple, and ornamental design for a stove, giving to the stove a neat, tasteful, and, at the same time, substantial appearance; and

It consists in the design hereinafter more fully described.

A is the base or bottom of the stove, the moulding around the edge of which is formed as shown in the figure;

B is the top plate; and

O is the hearth of the stove, the edges of which are rounded ofi' nud inclined downward, as shown.

The edges oi' the panels and doors are formed somewhat similar to the base-moulding A, and their bodies are made plain, with the exception of a. diamond or cross-shaped raised figure, E, in their centres, having circular projections formed at or upon their angles, and a, larger raised circle in their centres, as shown in the figure.

Having thus described my invention,

I claim as new, and desire to secure by Letters Patent- The design for a stove, herein shown and set forth.
