DESIGN FOR A BASIN-CLAMP.

Be it known that I, BENJAMAN DETTELBACH, a citizen of the United States of America, and a resident of Cleveland, county of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, have invented a certain new and useful Design for a Basin-Clamp, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming part thereof.

In the accompanying drawings, Figure 1 is a back View of the clamp, showing my design. Fig. 2 is an edge View, and Fig. 3 shows a front View thereof.

As shown in my drawings, the leading or material feature of my invention consists of an angle-plate, one of the sides of which, 1, is longer than the other and forked at the upper extremity at 2. The forks are curved toward one another and connected at the bottom by means of a curved line 3. The upper extremities of the forks are also curved at 4. An oval opening 5 is made in the upper side 1 just below the junction of the forks. The shorter side 6 is placed at right angles to the other and is slightly tapered toward the outer extremity 7. Tapering ribs 8 are inserted in the angle of juncture of the sides, and, as seen in Fig. 2, all edges of the upper side are furnished with a curved line 9 upon one edge.
