DESIGN FOR A PlPE-FASTENER.

SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 28,422, dated March 29, 1898.

Application filed February 25, 1898. Serial No. 671,69?- Term of patent 14 years.

To all whom it may concern.-

Be it known that I, SPENCER O. CARY, a citizen of the United States, and a resident of Brooklyn, in the county of Kings and State of New York, have invented a certain new and useful Design for a Pipe-Fastener, of

-which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming part of the same, in which t Figure 1 is a perspective view of a pipefastener embodying my new design, and Fig. 2 is an edge View of the same.

The fastener consists of a strip of material (I shown in Fig. 2, issubstantially in the form of a half-circle, and the essential features of such design are a central portion, the edge of which is bounded bya curve substantially as shown, and two ends extending oppositely from said central portion, each of which is a flat plate with apertures therethrough, from the side edges of which tangs extend downward, all substantially as shown and described.
