To all whom it may concern.-
Be it known that I, EUGENE H. The figure of the drawing is a representation of the design.
The design consists in the novel form and configuration of the cracker or bretzel, as hereinafter shown and described.
The cracker or bretzel is, with regard to its exterior form, heart-shaped, and it has two lateral apertures, a a, the outer margins of which are concave, as at b, these concave margins being parallel to the convex curvatures c of the outer edge of the cracker. The inner margins of these apertures a a are indented and form the edges of the twisted middle bar, (1, the lower portion of which forms diverging branches e e, which join the lateral straight portions g g of the cracker at right angles and form the upper angular marginal portion of the diamond-shaped aperture 71, the lower angular marginal portion of which is formed by the point k of the cracker, as shown. Curved terminal creases are provided atl l at the sides of the diamond-shaped lower portion, on, of the cracker, where said portion is joined by the curved lateral portions thereof, and opposite the points where the sides are joined by the diverging branches of the twisted middle bar which separates the three apertures.
