DESIGN FOR A STALL-GUARD.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 16,575. dated March 16. 1886.

To all whom it may concern.-
Be it known that I, WILLIAM C. PEET, of the city and State of New York, have invented a Design for a Stall-Guard, of which the following is a specification.
This design is shown in the accompanying printed picture; and it relates to the ornamental configuration of the guard that separates one stall from another. The narrow portion of this guard is open-work, and there is a circular ornament at the commencement of the rising portion of the guard and openwork in such guard, as well as the surface ornaments. The cathsrine-wheel open-work at A is adjacent to the open-railing work B, and there is a fluted ornamental post, 0, at the end. The top rail of the guard is a. com
pound curve at D, and terminates as a. scroll at E. There is an open lattice, F, diagonal ornamented band at G. circular leaflet orna- 2o ment H, border I, and corner ornaments K L M, all in low relief, as represented.
I claim- The design of the ornamental stall-guard having the railing and circular open-work 25 and raised circular ornaments, borders, diagonal band,and corner ornaments, substantially as described and represented.
