COMBINED COLLAR-BUTTON AND NECKTlE-FASTENER.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Letters Patent No. 316,044, dated April 21, 1885.
Application filed August 21, 1884.
To all whom it may concern.-
Be it known that I, GEORGE T. KELTING, of Washington, District of Columbia, have invented certain new and useful Improvements in Combined Collar-Button and Necktie-Holder; and I do hereby declare the following to be a full, clear, and exact descrip tion of the invention, such as will enable others skilled in the art to which it pertains to make and use the same.
My invention relates to a combined collarbutton and necktie-holder, the object being to provide a convenient device of this character which will obviate the employment of elastic loops on neckties and the usual neckband on scarfs when the lattenare worn with turndown collars.
The invention consistsin the features of construction and combination of parts hereinafter fully described, and pointed out in the claim.
In the drawings, Figure 1 illustrates my improvement applied to a scarf. Fig. 2 is aview in perspective of the combined button and necktie-holder detached, and Fig. 3 is a vertical section of the same.
