By tilting over the spring in Fig. 2 farther to the right, the cutting plate 2 with the associated cutting member 4 may readily be lifted out of the aperture of plate 1. In the completely open condition, the position of spring 6 obstructs the opening movement of spring 7 and thereby prevents the spring 7 from being tilted open.

  • a dry shaver head assembly comprising a shaver head frame having an annular opening therein being provided with a cutting plate and a cutting member in superposed relationship therein, the wall of said opening having a groove-like retaining means, a resilient U-shaped keeper member positionable in said groove-like retaining means for enclosing said cutting plate and cutting member in said annular opening while permitting the free rotational movement of said cutting member therein.
