.M335044 八、新型說明: 【新型所屬之技術領域】 本創作涉及一種電連接器,尤指一種可安裝於電路板與對接連接器配合之 電連接器。 【先前技術】 SCA-2 (Single Connector Attachment,單連接器附件)連接器可提供一種於 SCSI(Small Computer System Interface,小型計算器系統介面)硬碟驅動器、光纖 通道硬碟驅動器、GBIC (GigabitInterface Converter,乙太介面轉換器)模組以及 背板系統之間之標準介面。SCA-2連接器可以根據引腳目數劃分為三類:2〇、4〇、 • 80。引腳數為20之SCA-2連接器作為光纖通道之媒體介面用於GBIC模組上,引 腳數為40之SCA-2連接器用於3.5”之光纖通道硬碟驅動器,而引腳數為8〇之 SCA_2連接器則用於3.5”之SCSI硬碟驅動器。傳統SCA-2連接器包括具有一縱長 形絕緣本體及收容於絕緣本體内之複數導電端子,其中每一導電端子包括與對 接連接為電性接觸之接觸部、從接觸部垂直延伸之中間部以及由中間部垂直延 伸之尾部,該尾部用於插入到印刷電路板之相應之通孔内以與電路板立 性連接。 、”然’ _技術之發展,現代電子設備越來越要求高速麟細滿足大量資 ^吞吐。另外,由於電子裝置之小型化趨勢之發展,於有限之面軸要安排大 置之,子,一方面容易引發電磁干擾之問題,另-方面也會帶來組裝上之困難, ,別是當這讎藤接式端子之連接器安裝于魏板上時,電路板上需要設許 夕對應之通孔,會導致電路板之結構強度不足。 ί新有必要提供—種改進之紐接器,喊服上述之缺陷。 行高^=紅技彳_储供,咖,其魏之軒神,可進 容於,本創作提供-種電連接器,包括絕緣本體、複數收 插,輸子包括 5 ‘M335044 端子。 與習知技術相比’本創作電連接器具有以下優點:本創作電連接器改進之 端子排布,可建立起高速之電性連接。 本創作電連接器進-步改進之處在於:插人式與表面安裝式端子,可 ’ 保證足夠之強度。 【實施方式】 請參第一圖,本創作電連接器可電性連接電路板6與對接連接器(未圖示), 以達成不氣7^件n性連接。摘作電連接器包括—縱長型絕緣本體 卜容置於絕緣本體1中且電性連接於電路板6之複數導電端子4、一與絕緣本船 φ 相結合以固定導電端子4之固定件3、一用於排列端子尾部之定位件2及一對組裝 至絕緣本體1上並與電路板6相電性連接之偵測端子5。所述電路板6上設有一對 收容偵測端子5之通孔61、複數收容導電端子4之穿孔62、複數與導電端子4相電 性連接之導電元件63以及與對電連接器相配合之定位孔64。 請參第一圖並結合第十一圖至第十二圖,絕緣本體丨包括一大致呈縱長狀之 本體部10、一自本體部10向上延伸之對接部n及設於本體部1〇兩侧之凸台13。 本體部10設有結合面102、與結合面1〇2相對設置之對接面1〇3以及設於結合面 102與對接面103之間並貫通結合面1〇2以收容固持固定件3之收容室1〇4。此外, 本體部10兩侧分別設有一對固持孔1〇5。對接部η自本體部1〇之對接面103向上 延伸,其設有與收容室104相貫通之收容腔no,所述收容腔η〇内設有複數沿對 _ 接面103向上方向延伸設置之端子收容槽1100。凸台12設置於本體部10之兩側, 每一凸台103均其設有一可收容偵測端子5之固持槽12〇及分別突出結合面102與 ,對接面103之安裝部121與配合部122。其中一安裝部121之底部設有一固定柱 123,所述一對配合部122分別設有一相向設置之凹部124,所述該對凹部124共 •同形成一收容空間以與對接連接器相配合。 清參考圖2至圖5 ’導電端子4包括複數插入式(Through-HoleTechnology) 弟一導電端子41、第二導電端子42及表面安裝式(Surface Mount Technology)第三 導電端子43。所述第一導電端子41、第二導電端子42及第三導電端子43分別用 於傳輸電源、接地及信號且均收容於絕緣本體1之端子收容槽110内。第一導電 端子41包括收容於端子收容槽11〇〇内之基部410、自基部410向上彎曲延伸且收 容于於絕緣本體1之收容腔110内以與對接連接相電性連接之接觸部411、自基部 你35044 410向下延伸之固持部412、向下延伸且插接於電路板6上之插接部414及連接固 持部412與插接部414之傾斜部413。第二導電端子42包括收容於端子收容槽1100 内之基部420、自基部420向上彎曲延伸且收容於絕緣本體1之收容腔11〇内以與 對接連接相電性連接之接觸部421、自基部420向下延伸之固持部422、向下延伸 且插接於電路板6上之插接部424及連接固持部422與插接部424之彎折部423。所 述第一端子41之傾斜部413於垂直於端子4延伸方向上之高度較第二端子42之彎 折部423小。第三端子43包括收容於絕緣本體1之端子收容槽mo内之基部430、 自基部430向上彎曲延伸且收容於絕緣本體1之收容腔no内以與對接連接相電 性連接之接觸部431、自基部430向下延伸之固持部432及自固持部432向下延伸 且採用表面安裝技術安裝於電路板6上之彎折尾部433。 請參第六圖,偵測端子5用於偵測本創作電連接器與對接連接器之連接狀 況,其包括本體5卜自本體51彎折延伸之接合部52及自本體51向下延伸之插入 部53。所述接合部52於其頂部設有一導接部520。插入部53上設有一不規則狀之 開口 530。 請參第一圖並結合第七圖至第八圖,固定件3大致呈長方體狀,包括第一結 合部31及與第一結合部31配合之第二結合部32。所述第一結合部31及第二結合 部32均設有一結合面3〇3、複數相對之凹陷部3〇〇及與絕緣本體丨之本體部1〇上之 固持孔105相配合之卡塊302。此外,第一結合部31設有一凹槽312,第二結合部 32設有一與凹槽312相配合之肋條322。

裝至絕緣本體1之收容室104内,此時固定件3上之卡塊302與固持孔105相卡扣。 再將定位件2組裝至固定件3之下部,此時導電端子4分別收容區隔於穿孔20内。 因第一導電端子41之傾斜部413於垂直於端子4延伸方向上之高度較第二端子42 之彎折部423小,故,兩列導電端子4之接腳間距不同,通過這樣之排列,可以 達到減小電磁干擾以及安裝於電路板6上之穩定性上亦得以提高。偵測端子5組 裝於絕緣本體1兩侧之凸台12内之固持槽120内且插入部53凸露於凸台12之安裝 部121下部以與電路板6相插接。至此,本創作電連器組裝完成,將組裝完成之 電連接器女裝至電路板6上。此時,凸台12之安裝部121抵靠於電路板6上且固定 柱123及疋位件2底面之定位柱200分別插入至定位孔64内,所述固定柱123與定 位柱200分別位於絕緣本體丨兩側以更好地起到固定作用。插入式第一導電端子 41及第二導電端子42分別插設於穿孔62内,表面安裝式第三導電端子43則電性 連接至導電元件63上,偵測端子5則貫穿通孔61。 本創作電連接器之導電端子4排成兩列,其中一列(第一列)為插入式第一 導電端子4卜另一列(第二列)包括間隔設之插入式第一導電端子4卜第二導 電端子42及表面安裝式第三導電端子Μ。採用這樣之方式,本創作電連接^可 以達到減小電磁干擾以及安裝於電路板6上之穩定性上亦得以提高。另外,因第 一導電端子41之傾斜部4丨3㈣餅軒4延伸方向±之高 折物小:故,W«鞭接_則,猶樣=== 速傳輸龍與錢。#然’於其他實補巾,也可將定 疋件3 —體注射成型。 皆應涵蓋於以下 驾本案技f之人4:援依本創狀精神所狀等效修飾或變化 申請專利範圍内。 【圖式簡單說明】 2—圖係本創作電連接器與電路板之立體分解圖; 第=圖係第一圖所示電連接器之導電端子立體圖;
