Description
本發明係有關於一種用於測定二輪車的傾斜角度的方法。
若在轉彎時,在前輪上對機車進行制動,則圍繞機車的轉向軸產生將機車扶正的轉向干擾力矩,從而迫使機車產生較大的轉彎半徑。此轉向干擾力矩透過機車的傾斜及朝外胎側面移動的輪胎接觸點以及作用於輪胎接觸點的制動力而實現。傾斜愈大,干擾力力臂及將機車扶正的力矩愈大。
DE 10 2011 076 640 A1揭露,為提高制動過程中的行車安全性,在轉彎時,自動將駕駛人所要求的車輪制動力矩分佈在前輪與後輪之間。因此,在總制動力矩不發生變化時,可在前輪及後輪上產生反向對準的轉向干擾力矩,此等轉向干擾力矩至少部分進行補償。前提在於瞭解到了DE 10 2011 076 640 A1中藉由機車中的傾斜感測器所測得的傾斜角度。
本發明之目的在於,用簡單的措施在二輪車中以較高精確度的方式測定該傾斜角度。
本發明用以達成上述目的之解決方案為申請專利範圍第1
項的特徵。附屬項給出有益的改良方案。
本發明之方法可應用於二輪車,特別是機動二輪車,如機車、小輪機車或諸如此類,亦可應用於具有或無電動馬達驅動裝置的腳踏車,該方法用於特別是在該二輪車轉彎時,測定該傾斜角度。基於所測得的傾斜角度,便能較佳地自動地在車輛中實施直接或間接地改良行車安全性的不同功能或功能性。因此,例如可將該二輪車之前輪制動器及/或後輪制動器上的制動壓力作為該傾斜角度的函數而自動進行調整,以便減小二輪車中的轉向干擾力矩或者將轉向干擾力矩的效應最小化。
在本發明之方法中,將該傾斜角度作為該二輪車之至少一車輪上的軸荷之函數進行計算。首先在第一步驟中,測定至少一車輪上的軸荷,隨後在第二步驟中,將該傾斜角度作為該軸荷的函數進行計算。可以簡單且精確地方式,特別是以感測的方式,例如藉由佈置在容置該車輛車輪的叉件與該車輪的輪軸間的感測器,測定該軸荷。該軸荷係指作為離心力及重力之合力而起作用的作用力,該作用力相對平行於重力矢量而定向的豎軸以該傾斜角度的幅度傾斜。較佳地直接以感測的方式測定該軸荷,視需要,亦將根據該二輪車之其他以感測的方式所測定的狀態變數對該軸荷的間接測定考慮在內。作為補充方案,亦可藉由該軸荷資訊,較佳地以自動的方式在車輛中實施直接或間接地改良行車安全性的不同功能或功能性。

修正角與該輪胎寬度相關。該傾角與該軸荷直接相關,此外,該傾角亦與當前的二輪車速度以及該轉彎半徑相關,其中較佳地根據車輪轉速感測器測定該二輪車速度並根據評估,例如根據當前的轉向角,測定該轉彎半徑。
在該二輪車之至少一車輪上測定該軸荷並將該軸荷作為計算該傾斜角度的基礎。在一種較佳實施方案中,至少在前輪上測定該軸荷,其中原則上,亦將用於計算該傾斜角度之在後輪上對該軸荷的獨有測定考慮在內。根據較佳實施方案,在前輪及後輪上測定該軸荷並將該軸荷用於計算該傾斜角度。
轉彎期間的軸荷較高,因此,根據該軸荷測量可區分轉彎與直行。可將該傾斜角度用於車輛單元,特別是用於制動系統,以便在制動調節中,以某種方式在前輪及/或後輪上自動調整該制動壓力,從而提高行駛穩定性。特別是,將防鎖死刹車系統ABS作為制動調節系統考慮在內。
根據該軸荷所測定的傾斜角度係指獨立的估計變數,視需要,亦可將該估計變數作為修正變數或似真檢驗變數用於其它估計值或計算值。
瞭解到傾斜角度後,通常便能提早偵測該前輪及後輪的滑移並採用避免相應事故或減少事故後果的措施。除上述對該制動系統的干預,例如亦可實施具有馬達干預的牽引檢查。亦可對由於車輪的滑移而出現的事故進行識別並例如自動中斷緊急呼叫(ecall),或者例如通知或警示其他交通參與者。
透過測定該軸荷,特別是鑒於該制動調節及/或該牽引檢查,便能實施與負荷相關的調節策略。如此便能在具有或無同乘者的行駛
中,例如根據該總重量及(視需要)該機車上的重量分佈來調整並實施調節策略。
透過測定該軸荷亦可對可能超過該機車之允許總重量的情況進行偵測,此點可透過報警信號被顯示。根據另一適當的實施方案,在超過該允許總重量時,可阻止該機車起動(互鎖功能)。
此外,特別是在該二輪車起動及/或停止時,可區分動態軸荷與靜態軸荷並在起動或制動時,將動態軸荷用於起動輔助裝置或制動複製裝置。
在發生碰撞的情況下,亦可利用對軸荷的瞭解。基於該軸荷在發生碰撞時的驟然變化,視需要可觸發被動安全系統。此外,視需要可對相應地產生不同輸出訊號的不同碰撞類型進行區分。
此外,視需要可將該軸荷用於測定前輪及/或後輪上的輪胎壓力。如此便能實現輪胎壓力檢查。在此情況下,特別是,較佳地在直行時,使用動態軸荷,其中透過該二輪車及該等車輪的慣性,有條件地產生不同的動態軸荷曲線。
根據另一適當的實施方案,在車輪的左側及右側上測定該軸荷。該車輪被彈簧叉保持並導引,該彈簧叉在左側及右側叉區域各有一用於測定該軸荷的感測器。特別是,該感測器處於該車輪的輪軸與該作彈簧叉側面或右彈簧叉側面之間。亦可將具有僅一車輪側之感測器的實施方案考慮在內。

- 如申請專利範圍第12項之二輪車,其特徵在於,該感測機構在至少一軸上包括處於該車輪左側及右側的兩個感測器。
- 如申請專利範圍第12或13項之二輪車,其特徵在於,該感測機構包括至少一處於輪軸與容置該車輛車輪之彈簧叉(8)間的感測器。
