Description
本發明為有關一種化學物質分解劑組成物及使用其之化學物質分解處理方法,藉由添加到被化學物質污染的土壤,可將該化學物質效率良好地進行分解處理。
以往,雖然有機氯化合物等化學物質當作為洗潔劑等在半導體工廠或洗衣店(工廠)等已被廣泛地使用,但因其對環境的負荷大,近年來此種使用已被迴避。然而,所有被使用之此等化學物質已經參雜入土壤或地下水的情況也多,土地再利用時會成為重大的社會問題。因此用各種方法,試圖將被污染之土壤或水淨化。
雖然物理性的除去被污染之土壤或水的方法,或生物性的或化學性的將污染物質分解之方法已為廣知,但以物理性的方法,缺點為伴隨著污染之土壤搬出的情況下,需要二次性的處理。且,雖然生物性之將污染物
質分解之方法已被檢討,即使有對環境負荷小之優點,但是難以適用高濃度的污染物質或有機氯化合物等難分解性化學物質,有對分解需要長時間之課題。相對於此在化學性分解之方法,因在現場污染物質的分解為可能,不需要二次性的處理,能夠提早將高濃度的污染物質和有機氯化合物等難分解性化學物質分解,故積極地被研究。
作為化學性分解的方法,已知使用過氧化氫或過硫酸鹽將污染物質氧化分解處理之方法。作為分解處理的方法,一般是注入地基中的方法,因過氧化氫不安定,分解很快,導致注入地基中就立刻分解,有淨化範圍變得極端狹窄的課題。另一方面,因過硫酸鹽穩定,比較多被研究。(參照專利文獻1~4)
無需將受污染的土壤挖掘搬出,而是放於原位,要廉價地淨化就要將分解處理劑注入受污染之地下水,又,要淨化難透水層等的污染部位就需要以攪拌機一邊攪拌一邊注入分解處理劑,後者因為受污染的土壤和分解處理劑較均勻化而被認為較佳。然而,因使用過硫酸鹽之分解處理劑為強酸性,用於攪拌機和注入管等金屬(特別是不鏽鋼)有腐蝕之課題,迫切需求低腐蝕性的分解處理劑。

因此,本發明的目的在於提供一種化學物質分解處理劑組成物及使用其之化學物質分解處理方法,具有使金屬腐蝕性被抑制,且可將化學物質充分分解,雙方平衡良好之效果。
本發明者,為了解決上述問題進行深入研究的結果,發現一種化學物質分解處理劑組成物,其特徵為(A)過硫酸鹽、(B)矽酸鈉、及(C)選自鹼金屬碳酸鹽、鹼土金屬碳酸鹽類及其混合物中之碳酸鹽,了解這樣的組成物可達到上述之目的,進而完成本發明。
根據本發明,能夠提供一種在高濃度之過硫酸鹽中也具有使金屬腐蝕性被抑制,且具有充足的化學物質分解能之化學物質分解劑組成物。
本發明之化學物質分解劑組成物為:含有(A)過硫酸鹽、(B)矽酸鈉、及(C)選自鹼金屬碳酸鹽、鹼土金屬碳酸鹽類及其混合物中之碳酸鹽之組成物。
成為分解的對象的化學物質若為有機物的話不選種類,例如:可舉例己烷和石油醚等之脂族烴化合物;苯環,甲苯、二甲苯、萘、蒽、菲、芘、苊等之芳族烴化合物;煤油、輕油、重油、汽油、輕油、潤滑油等之石油製品;二氯甲烷,氯仿、四氯化碳、一溴三氟甲烷、一溴氯二氟甲烷、二溴二氟甲烷、二溴四氟乙烷、三溴氟甲烷、四氯乙烯、三氯乙烯、1,1-二氯乙烯、1,2-二氯乙烯、氯乙烯、六氯乙烷、1,1,1-三氯乙烷,1,1,2-三氯乙烷、1,1-二氯乙烷、1,2-二氯乙烷、1,2-二氯四氟乙烷、1,3-二氯丙烯、2-氯-1,3-丁二烯。作為脂環族鹵化物,例如:可舉例1,2,3,4,5,6-六氯環己烷、阿多靈(農藥)、狄氏劑、斯德靈(農藥)、氯丹、七氯(殺蟲劑),滅蟻樂、毒殺芬。作為芳香族鹵化物,例如,雙對氯苯三氯乙烷(DDT)、2,4-二氯酚、2,4,5-三氯苯酚、2,4,6-三氯苯酚、五氯酚、多氯聯苯(PCB)、戴奧辛類等的有機鹵化物、上述所記化合物以外,有舉例如氰化酸游離態或鐵氰化物等之氰化合物。本發明之化學物質分解劑組成物為能夠對已知為難分解性的有機鹵化物,進行有效地使用。
雖然本發明之化學物質分解劑組成物是以淨化混入上述之化學物質之對象物為目的而被使用,但作為這樣的對象物,例如:可舉例土壤,污泥、工廠排水、生
活排水、河川、湖沼、地下水等。
作為用於本發明之化學物質分解劑組成物之(A)成分的過硫酸鹽,可舉例如過硫酸鋰,過硫酸鈉及過硫酸鉀等。在此等中,較佳為過硫酸鈉及過硫酸鉀,更佳為經濟上便宜且水溶性高的過硫酸鈉。上述的過硫酸鹽亦可單獨使用,結合2種以上組合使用也可。
「矽酸鈉」係一般以Na2O‧nSiO2(式中、n表示比0大之實數)所表示的物質(式中n值為比0大之數)。從取得之觀點來看,較佳是n=0.5~4之範圍的值。具體而言,例如,可舉例矽酸鈉(Na2O‧1/2SiO2‧xH2O)、倍半矽酸鈉(Na2O‧2/3SiO2‧xH2O)、偏矽酸鈉(Na2O‧SiO2‧xH2O)等的粉狀物(式中、x為0以上的數);1號矽酸鈉(Na2O‧2SiO2‧aq)、2號矽酸鈉(Na2O‧5/2SiO2‧aq)、3號矽酸鈉(Na2O‧3SiO2‧aq)、4號矽酸鈉(Na2O‧4SiO2‧aq)等的液態物(式中、aq表示為水溶液。另外,前述,1號~4號矽酸鈉指的是於JIS K1408中所規定之物。
作為用於本發明之化學物質分解劑組成物之(B)成分矽酸鈉,雖亦可為粉體或液體的其中一種,但較佳為使用方便之液體,具體而言,可舉例1號矽酸鈉、
2號矽酸鈉、3號矽酸鈉,其中較佳為使用方便之3號矽酸鈉。
此外,在JIS K1408中所規定的1號~3號矽酸鈉的細節由以下的表所示。
雖用於本發明之化學物質分解劑組成物(A)成分及(B)成分的混合比例並無特別被規定,但相對於(A)成分1質量份、作為(B)成分中的SiO2、質量份為0.005~0.200,質量份為0.008~0.180較佳,質量份為0.008~0.150配合更佳。(B)成分少於0.005質量份時金屬腐蝕抑制效果有被損壞的情況,超過0.200質量份時化學物質的分解有難進展的情況。
在本發明的化學物質分解劑組成物中,除了上述之(A)成分及(B)成分之外,也至少使用一種選自鹼金屬碳酸鹽、鹼土金屬碳酸鹽類之碳酸鹽,作為(C)成分。(C)成分係當作中和劑被使用並有助於過
硫酸鹽的安定化。
作為鹼金屬碳酸鹽(C1),可舉例碳酸鈉,碳酸氫鈉,碳酸鉀,碳酸氫鉀等。
作為鹼土金屬碳酸鹽(C2),可舉例碳酸鎂,碳酸鈣等。
作為上述所記之(C)成分所使用之化合物,單獨使用也佳,結合2種以上使用也佳。
本發明之化學物質分解劑組成物與(C)成分併用時,(C)成分的調配量並沒有特別被規定,但通常相對於(A)成分1質量份,配置(C)成分0.01~1質量份,較佳為(C)成分0.05~0.7質量份。若(C)成分少於0.01質量份時,有得不到安定化效果之情況,超過1質量份時,有化學物質的分解難進展之情況。在本發明的(C)成分中,較佳為鹼金屬碳酸鹽(C1),其中更佳為碳酸鈉或碳酸氫鈉。
又,在本發明之化學物質分解劑組成物中,加入上述(A)成分,(B)成分及(C)成分之組成物中,更進一步可以讓它含有2價或3價之鐵離子作為(D)成分。此(D)成分係作為化學物質分解的觸媒來作用。
用於本發明之化學物質分解劑組成物之2價或3價之鐵離子(D)的離子的來源並沒有特別限制,只要為溶於水或可分散之物質,但較佳為使用鐵鹽因其對水的溶解性良好。作為這樣的鐵鹽,例如:可舉例氯化鐵(II),氯化鐵(III)、過鹽酸鐵(II)、過鹽酸鐵(III)、溴化鐵(II)、溴化鐵(III)、碘化亞鐵(II)、碘化亞鐵(III)、硝酸鐵(II)、硝酸鐵(III)、硫氰酸鐵(II)、硫氰酸鐵(III)、乙酸鐵(II)、草酸鐵(III)、硫酸鐵銨(II)、硫酸鐵銨(III)、硫酸鉀鐵(III)、硫酸鐵(II)、硫酸鐵(III)、六氰鐵(II)化鈉、鐵氰化鉀、亞鐵氰化鉀、鐵氰化鉀、氰亞鐵酸銨、氰鐵化銨(Ferricyanide ammonium)等。
從有機物質的分解效率還有經濟性的觀點而言,較佳為氯化鐵(II),氯化鐵(III)、硝酸鐵(II)、硝酸鐵(III)、硫酸鐵(II)、硫酸鐵(III),更佳為氯化鐵(II),硝酸鐵(II)、硫酸鐵(II),最佳為氯化鐵(II),硫酸鐵(II)。這些鐵鹽亦可為無水鹽水鹽也可為水合物,考慮對水的溶解度或分散容易性來適當地選擇即可。另外,於本發明之水合物為含有結晶水之鹽類稱為之,例如,已知除了硫酸鐵(II)為無水鹽之外,含一結晶水之水合物,含四結晶水之水合物,含五結晶水之水合物,含七結晶水之水合物,上述鐵離子的來
源,亦可單獨適用也可兩種以上組合使用。
本發明之化學物質分解劑組成物與(D)成分併用時,(D)成分的調配量並沒有特別被規定,但通常相對於(A)成分1質量份,配置(D)成分0.01~1質量份,較佳為(D)成分0.05~0.7質量份,更佳為(D)成分0.1~0.4質量份。若(D)成分少於0.01質量份時,有得不到化學物質分解的促進效果之情況,超過1質量份時,(A)成分於短期間被消耗掉而損害持久性及得不到與所調配量相符合之效果。
又,在本發明之化學物質分解劑組成物中,能夠進而添加過氧化氫,螯合劑,過硫酸鹽穩定劑(不含上述之碳酸鹽成分(C))、矽酸膠等。
本發明之化學物質分解的處理方法為,將本發明之化學物質分解劑組成物(以下、稱為「本藥劑」),與被化學物質污染的土壤或水接觸後,將該化學物質進行分解處理之方法。
本藥劑,較佳為水溶液的狀態,具體而言,以水將本藥劑稀釋成(A)成分之過硫酸鹽為1~20質量百分比的水溶液,對於欲淨化之1m3土壤量,添加本藥劑之水溶液至經水稀釋之本藥劑之(A)成分之過硫酸鹽為0.5~50kg較佳。更佳為1~40kg,最佳為2~20kg。過硫酸鹽未滿0.5kg時,有化學物質的分解速度將變慢,或分解不完全就結束之情況。若超過50kg時,有對環境造成不好的影響或得不到符合所添加量的效果。又,分別能將
構成本藥劑之成分各自注入土壤。
繼而,關於將被化學物質污染的土壤淨化的施工方法進行說明。要將受污染的土壤淨化,亦可挖堀受污染的土壤,於該土壤加入水至黏稠狀後進行分解處理,也可於受污染的土壤直接注入本藥劑進行分解處理。此時,可適用於單軸,及雙軸之螺旋鑽,或適用於前端付有攪拌羽根的挖土機,動力鏟等挖土機。又,可適用具備壓力噴射機能鑽井施工法,除此之外,可舉例與上述類似之重機併用,或抽水曝氣法等。此等施工法中,重機會與化學物質分解劑組成物接觸。
上述重機的挖掘部,配管部等中為使用鐵為主要成分之合金之不鏽鋼。本發明之化學物質分解劑組成物表現不挑選不鏽鋼種類之低腐蝕性。可舉例作為常被重機用來當作不鏽鋼的碳鋼,作為碳鋼可舉例機械構造用碳鋼(JIS G4051)及一般構造用型鋼型材(JIS G3101)。作為具體例,可舉例機械構造用碳鋼:S35C、S45C、S55C等、一般構造用型鋼型材:可舉例SS400、SS490、SS540等。
以下,根據實施例進而說明本發明,但本發明並不限定於此等實施例。且,實施例中的「部」或「%」為依據質量基準者。
依照下述實驗方法,進行本發明之化學物質分解劑組
成物的金屬腐蝕性,及污染化合物三氯乙烯(TCE)的分解實驗。
作為於表1所記載的藥劑之測試片,將機械構造用碳鋼(S45C(JIS G4051);3.2×15×30mm)於室溫浸漬4天、而進行測試片的重量測定。結果如表1所示。另外,表中組成物的數字表示各藥劑的水若或將結晶水去除後純度的質量百分比。又、表中的重量減少量的項目,相對於測試前的測試片重量,將減少的量以%表示。
於120ml的遮光微量瓶,加入已粉碎及已乾燥之土10g、TCE200 mg/l的水溶液50g。將與上述的金屬腐蝕性測試一樣的各藥劑以1.5ml之離子交換水調置成50ml、各自添加在裝有土和TCE水溶液之遮光微量瓶。其後,將遮光微量瓶上下地搖動使內容物均勻化,並於25℃的恆溫槽內靜置。此時(分解前)的TCE濃度是100mg/l。
靜置4天後,取遮光微量瓶中的上層清液水10ml、並用氣相層析以JIS K0125為基準測定殘存TCE量。表1表示TCE濃度之結果。氣相層析的條件為以下所述。

另外、表1中的3號矽酸納的二氧化矽之含量是29.10%。
依據上述比較例之結果,確認藉由加入(B)成分及(C)成分後,可顯著地抑制金屬腐蝕性。又,了解實施例1~5之任一者皆具有良好的化學物質分解能。進而,藉由加入(D)成分可更增加化學物質分解能。
Claims (7)
- 一種化學物質分解劑組成物,其特徵為:含有(A)過硫酸鹽、(B)矽酸鈉、及(C)選自鹼金屬碳酸鹽、鹼土金屬碳酸鹽類及此等混合物中之碳酸鹽。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之化學物質分解劑組成物,其中相對於(A)過硫酸鹽1質量份,含有將(B)矽酸鈉當作為SiO2,且質量份為0.005~0.200之水溶液。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項或第2項之化學物質分解劑組成物,其中(A)過硫酸鹽為過硫酸鈉或為過硫酸鉀。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項之化學物質分解劑組成物,其中更含有(D)2價或3價之鐵離子。
