1291971 九、發明說明: 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明為有關以熱能密封共擠製多層包裝膜可用於機 器壓合密封的生產工作,特別是以上述薄膜進行包裝。此外 亦將前述之易撕密封膜之製程予以公開。 【先前技術】 數十年來各種應用於包裝膜的化合物陸續地開發問 世。就高品質的薄膜產品而言,其品質規範不僅極為挑剔而 且要考慮到拆封力量要小於薄膜與薄膜之間的黏著力量,還 有繃住薄膜的底板,以免薄膜脫落。 此外,在全自動化包裝的生產線當中,密封速度是主 要重點’所以溥膜通過南溫熱封口的時候,其撕離強度就必 須切合實用才行。 歐洲專利編號第EPO〇24270號所述,1980年有一種 加熱密封單層包裝膜,做成一種通用型的易撕密封包裝膜, 這份專利文件也揭示該單層薄膜内的成分包含乙烯聚合 物、聚笨乙烯以及苯乙烯一丁二烯一笨乙烯為基質的 (based 〇n styrene-butadiene-styrene)熱塑性 橡膠(thermoplastic elastomer)或者是苯乙烯一丁 二烯一笨乙烯。該薄膜熱封於各種材質的底板上面,而這些 底板的材質包括聚乙烯、聚丙烯聚酯、聚氯乙烯、聚醯胺(尼 龍)' 聚丙稀睛和紙板(paper)。 此種包裝用薄膜,自此不再對於當代多層共擠製薄膜 所要求的特性來加以改進,這些特性上的要求包括隔絕氧化 1291971 物二免撕的膜紙複合物、機器壓合、大型黏性封口、輻射或 者環氧乙烧殺菌,以及熱點著。 待別在醫療用途上’密封膜須具有可用機器壓合以及 拆封時不留撕痕、不起細絲或毛球的黏性失效機制,這意味 著撕離動作順暢無阻,而且絲毫未見分裂,此外,該膜 (film)在各種底板上面都可撕離,包括聚酯、聚氯乙烯 以及聚醯胺(尼龍)。 為了符合這些判別標準,在攪拌擠製階段當中,就將 不同種類的異質性聚合物高度地均勻混合。對聚合物做進一 步的剪切’可使其違合更加均勻,這可在預拌過程中藉由雙 螺桿押出機來達成。 然^問題是工業生產上獨立作業的攪拌機要符合經濟 且具有高生產率,故其作業量極大,每小時達數公嘩以上。 料想可知,本階段大部份的作業對於小型訂單之適應 性就有了限制,例如,規格殊異的特製密封膜產品。因此本 發明的挑戰就是解決此項問題,而不必投資於昂貴的連 授掉設傷。 歐洲專利ΕΡ·Α、〇 0240270號,揭示-種可以層疊 套在G裝支撐物上面的包裝膜另根 據美國專利US_A·6咖456號,這種包裝膜必須經過消毒 殺菌。而這兩份專利文件並未如以下本發明—般,對於均質 支鏈LLDPE或聚丁烯一丄之使用,予以坡露。 【發明内容】 發明目的: 6 1291971 本發明目的在提供一種特定規格的易撕密封膜之製造 方法。在最後的擠製階段中,藉由預拌配方的調整來改善熱 黏著的性能,特別是用於規範嚴格的高品質包裝材料當中。 綜合說明: 本發明係有關於一種可自各種底板上面撕離的加熱密 封多層共擠製包裝膜,而底板的材質則包含聚乙烯、聚丙 烯、聚醋、聚氣乙烯、聚醯胺(尼龍)、聚丙烯睛以及紙板, 該膜至少由一撕離層組成,而撕離層的預拌原始配方 (pre-compounded precursor formulation)包含 重量百分比50到80%的乙烯同質物及/或共聚物、重量 百分比15〜25%的苯乙烯同質物及/或共聚物,重量百分 比5〜20%的熱塑性橡膠,苯乙烯一丁二烯—苯乙烯的塊 狀共聚物,其特徵為其撕離力曼係採由重量百分比5到25 %,最好是10到20%,的均質支鏈LLDPE及/或聚丁烯 -1添加於最終擠製階段中的預拌原始配方進行改良所致。 本發明主要呈現出預拌原始配方的總量,其所指的重 量百分比70到90%,指的是撕離層中聚合物的總重。膜 的總重包含重量百分比4%以下之製程添加劑,該添加劑係 由撕離層内氟化彈性體族群中所挑選出來的。 另一項所要呈現的就是使多層擠製膜的撕離層可適用 於垂直撕離的多層組合物表裡兩面,並且呈現出該撕離層最 大厚度僅佔多層薄膜總厚度的15%。 本發明附帶披露出加熱密封共擠製多層包裝膜的製 程,其特徵為申請專利範圍第一項所定義的原始配方須予 1291971 以預拌,在製程第一階段預拌的原始配方會從一台可均勻攪 拌的押出機當中,經由另一台單螺桿押出機而到達製程第二 階段’就在此刻添加均質支鏈:^即^或聚丁烯-1,用以調 整包裝膜的撕離力及熱黏力的效果。 令人意外的是,重量百分比達25%的LLDPE或聚丁 烯-1 (PB-1)竟能夠在第二擠製階段的單螺桿押出機當 中,完整地將原始配方均勻散布,如此更提高原始配方的相 容性。 本發明進一步呈現的就是在製造過程中使用少許的壓 力與溫度來對前述之膜的表面做目測調整。 本發明確認該膜可運用於對紙張的撕離和消毒殺菌並 以機器壓合的。 發明的詳細說明: 本發明之理想在發展一種標準的預拌配方,可大量的 使用,使之成為易撕密封膜的原始物質。 在薄膜的最終擠製過程當中,可藉由摻入額外的成分 迅速地調整配方,以符合客戶的特殊需求而非局限於現有的 預拌配方。 基此途徑可於最終擠製階段當中,調整預拌原始配方 的撕離力及熱黏力之性質,如此便不用改變預拌配方的混合 成分了。 更準碟地說,在薄膜擠出階段中,將聚丁稀一工以及均 質支鏈的LLDPE直接混合後,加入預拌的原始配方當中, 如此一來,薄膜的撕離力量大小及熱黏力便有所改變與提 1291971 升,然而卻無損於薄膜的基本特性,比如:可用機器壓合、 撕斷即黏、順暢易撕、不留撕痕、不起細絲,並且撕離性佳, 不論任何材質的底板均是如此;這些底板材質包括:聚酯、 聚氣乙烯、聚醯胺(尼龍)、聚丙烯睛以及紙板。 【實施才式】 本發明較佳具體實施例之說明: 各式各樣的配方已經根據下述條件進行測試。通常單 螺桿的薄膜押出機是無法如同配方A所述一般,將配方予 以充分均勻散布。本階段須以擠製設備來進行攪拌,例如: 雙螺桿押出機,但很意外的在第二階段冼單螺桿押出機當 中,LLDPE以及PB-1竟可以均勻混合。
配方A 本配方係為預拌原:始配方之舉例: 聚乙烯(LDPE) 62% 聚笨乙烯(PS) 20% 苯乙烯一丁二烯一苯乙烯(SBS) 13% 氟化彈性體或高分子聚合物2.5% (主批次用) 抗氧化劑2 · 5% (主批次用)

Claims (1)
1291971 十、申請專利範圍: 1· 一種加熱密封共擠製多層包裝膜,可自多種不同的底板 撕離,包括聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚酯物、聚氯乙烯、聚醯 胺(尼龍)、聚丙烯睛以及紙板,該膜之組成最少由一個 可撕離層所構成,而該層的預拌原始配方包括: —重量百分比50到80%的乙烯同質物及/或共聚物, 一重量百分比15到25%的苯乙烯同質物及/或共聚 物, 一重量百分比5到20%的彈性熱塑的苯乙烯一丁二烯 一苯乙烯之塊狀共聚物; 其中前述的易撕密封膜之撕離力量,係因本發明採由 重量百分比5到25%的均質支鏈LLDPE及/或聚丁烯 一 1添加於最終擠製階段中的預拌原始配方進行改良所 致。 2·如申請專利範圍第1項所述之加熱密封共擠製多層包 裝膜,其中預拌原始配方的總數量佔預定於撕離層内的 ^^合物之總重量的重量百分比的7〇到。 3·如申請專利範圍第1項所述之加熱密封共擠製多層包 裝膜L其中該膜的撕離層當中包含有重量百分比4%以下 之自氟化彈性體製成族群組中選取之製程添加劑。 4·如申請專利範圍第1項所述之加熱密封共擠製多層包 裝膜,其中共擠好層膜當t的撕離層可_在垂直撕 離的多層複合物之表侧或裡側。 5 ·如U利簡第3項所述之加熱密封共擠製多層包 1291971 裝膜,其中共擠製多層膜當中的撕離層,最大厚度為該多 層膜總厚度的15%。 6·如申請專利範圍第3項所述之加熱密封共擠製多層包 裝膜,其中共擠製多層膜當中的撕離層的厚度大約為該多 層膜總厚度的10% 〇 15
