Abstract
【物品用途】本新式樣物品,係設置在汽車後廂外表面,供啟、閉後廂等,同時也是配合汽車整體造形設計之裝飾用,使汽車之造型特色更突出與具視覺感。【創作特點】本創作涉及一種後廂蓋的裝飾性設計,特別地指一種新穎美觀「汽車用後廂蓋」之新式樣。本新式樣後廂蓋,係一種用於掀背型休旅車、屬於整個後廂蓋之下段部分,並與另外一個上段部分共同構成一個完整的後廂蓋。外觀主要特徵,包括一個橫斷面方向以一曲率半徑彎曲、輪廓略呈倒”梯”形狀的鈑件夾層結構,沿本體高度方向中端形成一個突出橫越整個寬度的凸出部,沿此凸出部上緣形成一個上脊線及其下緣形成一個下脊線,高於該上脊線及低於下脊線之兩側相對內凹。整體的輪廓曲線造形考究細膩,線條舒展流暢,樣態雅致清新,饒富視覺美感之新穎新式樣設計者。本新式樣「汽車用後廂蓋」如附圖所示,包括一個垂直方向高度相對於水平方向寬度比例約成1/4、橫斷面方向具有一曲率成彎曲狀、寬度由上往下逐漸減少、輪廓略呈倒”梯”形狀的鈑件。本體上端約略大於總高度1/5之上端部除了兩側邊緣之外,形成一個凹進、高低階狀用來與一個後廂蓋之上段部分啣接的啣接部;下端約略小於總高度4/5之下端部為一個凸出、包含鈑件之複合夾層結構之凸出部,用來補償在後保險桿的下段部分。從立體圖及前視圖觀之,一條水平方向上脊線約自本體總高度5.5/10處橫越整個寬度,一條水平方向下脊線約自本體總高度2/10處橫越整個寬度,於兩脊線之間形成一個凸出的彎曲表面;高於該上脊線部分以一曲率半徑往深度方向逐漸凹進,及低於該下脊線部分以一曲率半徑往深度方向逐漸凹進。又,從俯視圖觀之,本體橫斷面方向以一曲率半徑朝兩側彎曲及延伸,及從後視圖觀之,本體背面幾乎佈滿為結構強度而設計之肋部等。如上述「汽車用後廂蓋」,該交互凸出及凹入的脊線,表現在外部鈑件上之特性為一種新的汽車設計哲學,使外表具有非常動感之特異性,整體觀之造形新潮極富新穎特徵。綜上所述,本新式樣「汽車用後廂蓋」,藉由俐落、靈活舒展的線條,表達出一種動感的原創性,創作特色和諧地調和各構成間的視覺條件,獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性,並且對質感修飾反應出造形物的精緻感覺等,都積極展現商品親和力與優質感,予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的視覺印象。[Item Usage] This new style item is installed on the outer surface of the trunk of a car to open and close the trunk, etc. It is also used as a decoration to match the overall shape of the car, making the car's styling features more prominent and visual. A protrusion that protrudes across the entire width is formed in the middle of the height direction of the main body. An upper ridgeline is formed along the upper edge of the protrusion and a lower ridgeline is formed along the lower edge. The sides that are higher than the upper ridgeline and lower than the lower ridgeline are relatively concave. The overall contour curve is exquisitely shaped, the lines are stretched and smooth, the style is elegant and fresh, and it is a new style designer with rich visual beauty. As shown in the attached figure, this new style "automobile trunk cover" includes a sheet metal part with a vertical height ratio of about 1/4 to horizontal width, a curvature in the cross-sectional direction, a width gradually decreasing from top to bottom, and a slightly inverted "ladder" shape. The upper end of the main body is about 1/5 of the total height. In addition to the two side edges, the upper end forms a concave, high-low step-shaped engagement portion for engagement with the upper section of a trunk cover; the lower end is about 4/5 of the total height. The lower end is a protruding protrusion of a composite sandwich structure including a sheet metal part, which is used to compensate for the lower section of the rear bumper. From the perspective of the three-dimensional image and the front view, a horizontal ridgeline runs across the entire width from about 5.5/10 of the total height of the body, and a horizontal lower ridgeline runs across the entire width from about 2/10 of the total height of the body, forming a convex curved surface between the two ridgelines; the part higher than the upper ridgeline gradually concave in the depth direction with a curvature radius, and the part lower than the lower ridgeline gradually concave in the depth direction with a curvature radius. In addition, from the top view, the cross-sectional direction of the body bends and extends to both sides with a curvature radius, and from the rear view, the back of the body is almost covered with ribs designed for structural strength. As mentioned above, the alternating protruding and concave ridges on the exterior panels are a new automotive design philosophy, giving the exterior a very dynamic and unique appearance, and the overall shape is trendy and full of novel features.
