經濟部中央標準局員工消費合作社印策 A7 B7 五、發明説明(1 ) 本發明係關於一種藉由擠壓一經加熱之纖維素三級胺 化氧溶液使通過空氣隙並進入一沈澱浴中以製備纖維素片 的裝置及方法。特定言之,本發明係關於一種製備纖維素 管狀薄膜的裝置及方法。就下列專利說明書及申請專利範 圍而言,可明瞭A薄片^一詞也涵蓋平面模塑成形物,如 薄膜。 從美國專利US — PS 2 179 181案號中可 得知三級胺化氧具有溶解纖維素之特性,同時纖維素模塑 成形物如纖維也可藉由沈澱從這些溶液中獲得。舉例之, 一供製備此類溶液之方法係揭示於歐洲專利EP-A 〇 3 5 6 4 1 9案號中,根據此公告係先在水性三級胺化 氧中製備纖維素之懸浮液。此胺化氧含有最高至4 Ow t %的水。加熱該水性纖維素懸浮液,並於減壓下除去水直 到纖維素溶解爲止。 從德國專利DE—A 2 844 163案號中知悉 ,製備纖維素織維時,在紡絲塑模與沈澱浴之間要有一空 氣隙,以便在塑模處拉絲。在塑模處拉絲是必需的,因爲

I NMMO纖維素溶液將於來自上面的壓力(以垂直箭 頭表示)下通入擠壓塑模1 a ,並強制通過一在圖中以粗 黑線表示之濾板。此濾板係由位於其下方之支撐板支持著 。其後,該已濾好之擠出產物將通入由元件9 a及9 b所 組成之實際的塑模體內。NMMO繊維素溶液係經擠壓通 過擠壓銳孔5。擠壓銳孔5有一橫切面的擴張區以充做爲 減壓區域。擠壓塑模1 a係由一流經孔隙形狀之溝槽6的 熱轉換媒質直接加熱。在擠壓塑模1 a與冷卻氣體入口 2 a及2 b之間可提供熱絕緣(未顯現),以防止熱從塑 模la轉換到入口 2 a及2b。 塑模橫切面的調整可藉由替換兩個元件9 a及9 1)而 相當簡單地完成,其中該裝置內之其餘元件的尺寸並不需 要改變,此舉使如本發明之裝置有一決定性優勢。 圖1係顯示一可使冷卻氣體吹到該擠出產物兩側的裝 置,其中吹拂方向基本上係與擠壓方向成直角。 圖2係顯示一如本發明之供製備管狀薄膜的裝置。此 本紙浪尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS〉A4規格(21〇X 297公釐) A7 299360 B7 五、發明説明(7 ) (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 裝置基本上係由一包括數個元件(彼等可互相扭緊或鎖上 )之環狀擠壓塑模1 b所組成。繊維素溶液係如圖2中之 垂直箭頭所示從上面送入非中心區。擠出物質係通入一從 外部加熱之環狀分佈室7內。此溶液從環狀分佈室7強制 通過一在圖中是由粗黑線表示,且是由位於其下方之支撐 板支持著的環狀濂板。然後此濾好之溶液會通入由兩個環 狀半面體8 a及8 b所形成之可分開塑模體內。同時,在 此一如本發明裝置之具體實施例中,在擠壓銳孔5處也提 供一供減壓用之擴張區。該擠出產物係以管狀受熱之擠出 物形式從擠壓銳孔5之模唇緣強制進入空氣隙內。 誠如圖1所示之裝置,此處塑模橫切面之調整也可藉 由替換兩個元件8 a及8 b而相當簡單地完成。 在其內部及外側處皆提供有螺旋形狀通路之環狀體是 位於該由兩個元件8 a及8 b所形成之環狀凹窩內:濾好 之溶液將強制通過這些通路而進入擠壓銳孔中。 經濟部中央梂準局員工消費合作社印製 個別供冷卻空氣及用過之冷卻空氣用之入口及出口, 以及個別供水及沈澱溶液體用之入口及出口係以同心管形 式提供於環狀塑模1 b的中心。冷卻空氣之入口係以參考 符號1 1 a表示,此空氣係通過一具有良好空氣流動特性 之擋板1 3 ,其中該空氣將偏向水平,然後衝擊該管狀擠 出溶液3 b之內部。金靥導板1 4可確使部份的冷卻空氣 直接衝擊擠壓銳孔5的外緣。用過之冷卻空氣是從出口 1 1 b離去。 爲了增進冷卻作用,提供了一冷卻空氣之入口 2 c在 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X 297公嫠) 10 - 經濟部中央標準局貝工消費合作社印製 A7 _ B7 五、發明説明(8 ) 該由擠壓銳孔5所形成之環的外邊。如圖1般此第二個冷 卻空氣的供應係以兩個向下箭頭表示。 在擋板1 3下面,有一平板狀盤1 5,經由此工具管 狀物3 b之內表面就可用沈澱劑(水)濡濕。此沈澱劑之 入口係以符號1 2 a表示。 爲了處理相當長之圖柱狀薄膜,鄰近沈澱浴(以連字 符號線表示)表面之下方有一間隔板1 6,其外緣已被弄 圓,如此該凝結但尙纖弱之薄膜若在其上面滑動時就不會 受損。若是能確使接觸表面,即間隔板1 6與薄膜3 b之 間的磨擦表面保持很少,就能令人十分滿意。 間隔板1 6係浸到沈澱浴內,同時具有使該浴鎮定的 功能。其也可提供鑽孔功能,經此可使物質的交換發生。 在管狀薄膜偏向沈澱浴中的導向滾輪(未顯現)前, 此薄膜在導入沈澱浴時將涉入數個間隔板1 6中。 圖2所示之裝置中供應有一浸入吸管,經由此管,該 經由2 a送入之用過的沈澱劑就可再冷被抽出。可導引到 此浸入吸管之抽吸管18是鄰近於沈澱浴表面的上方。 此浸入吸管的功用如下:只要抽吸管1 8未浸入於沈 澱浴下面,則空氣及非液體者就可抽吸上來。一旦沈澱浴 的水平提昇且此兩個抽吸管被浸到時,沈澱浴液體不但可 從浸入吸管1 7中,也可從抽吸管1 8中抽吸上來,直到 該兩個抽吸管再次從沈澱浴中浮現且空氣會被抽吸上來爲 止。此一處置也可確使在較下面部份之管狀薄膜中,沈澱 浴內之NMMO濃度(即與薄膜內部接觸的部份)不會增 本紙張尺度適用中國國家梯準(CNS ) A4规格(210X297公釐) 裝 訂· 線 (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) -11 - B7 五、發明説明(9 ) 加。 擋板1 3及平板狀盤1 5最好是以可移動形式固定, 如此冷卻及內部潤濕就可調整。 根據本發明之冷卻係非常充足的,如此就可在此先前 技藝所揭示之纖維素溶液用擠壓裝置所提供者還高的物料 通過量下擠壓薄膜。 I--------批衣-----------.^ (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 經濟部中央標準局員工消費合作社印製 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X297公釐) 12
