Abstract
本發明係關於一種創新之皮革及其製造方法。該創新之皮革具可回收性,創新之皮革包含:一熱塑性聚氨酯(TPU)基材、一熱塑性聚氨酯接著層及一熱塑性聚氨酯表面層。該熱塑性聚氨酯接著層設置於該熱塑性聚氨酯基材上。該熱塑性聚氨酯表面層設置於該熱塑性聚氨酯接著層上。本發明創新之皮革之全部材質均為同一種熱塑性聚氨酯材質製成,本發明創新之皮革使用後可回收造粒,具有環保效益。
Description
本發明關於一種創新之皮革及其製造方法。
習知製造人造皮革之方法普遍會採用多種繁複製程,且部分製程中需使用溶劑,該溶劑會危害環境,不符合環保需求。並且,習知製作人造皮革之材料,需要搭配不同材質之原料,使得習知人造皮革使用後不能再被回收利用。
因此,有必要提供一創新且具進步性之創新之皮革及其製造方法,以解決上述習知缺失。
本發明係關於一種創新之皮革。在一實施例中,該創新之皮革包括:一熱塑性聚氨酯(TPU)基材、一熱塑性聚氨酯接著層及一熱塑性聚氨酯表面層。該熱塑性聚氨酯接著層設置於該熱塑性聚氨酯基材上。該熱塑性聚氨酯表面層設置於該熱塑性聚氨酯接著層上。
本發明係關於一種創新之皮革。在一實施例中,該創新之皮革包括:一熱塑性聚氨酯纖維網層,其重量為200-600 g/m
2,密度為0.35-1.0 g/cm
3。
本發明係關於一種創新之皮革之製造方法。在一實施例中,該創新之皮革之製造方法包括以下步驟:提供一熱塑性聚氨酯基材;熔噴一熱塑性聚氨酯接著層至該熱塑性聚氨酯基材上;熔噴一熱塑性聚氨酯表面層至該熱塑性聚氨酯接著層上;及熱壓合處理該熱塑性聚氨酯基材、該熱塑性聚氨酯接著層及該熱塑性聚氨酯表面層。
本發明係關於一種創新之皮革之製造方法。在一實施例中,該創新之皮革之製造方法包括以下步驟:提供一載體;及熔噴一熱塑性聚氨酯纖維網層至該載體上。
參閱圖1,其係顯示本發明一實施例創新之皮革之結構示意圖。在一實施例中,本發明創新之皮革10包括:一熱塑性聚氨酯(TPU)基材11、一熱塑性聚氨酯接著層12及一熱塑性聚氨酯表面層13。
在一實施例中,該熱塑性聚氨酯基材11具有一第一表面111及一第二表面112,該第二表面112相對於該第一表面111。在一實施例中,該熱塑性聚氨酯基材11為100%之熱塑性聚氨酯基布,係為100%之熱塑性聚氨酯布質材料。因此,該熱塑性聚氨酯基材11完全為熱塑性聚氨酯材質製成。
在一實施例中,該熱塑性聚氨酯接著層12設置於該熱塑性聚氨酯基材11之該第一表面111上。該熱塑性聚氨酯接著層之重量為100-300 g/m
2,密度為0.3-0.8 g/cm
3。
在一實施例中,該熱塑性聚氨酯表面層13設置於該熱塑性聚氨酯接著層12上。該熱塑性聚氨酯表面層之重量為100-400 g/m
2,密度為0.5-1.0 g/cm
3。
在一實施例中,本發明創新之皮革10包括:該熱塑性聚氨酯基材11、該熱塑性聚氨酯接著層12及該熱塑性聚氨酯表面層13,上述之該熱塑性聚氨酯基材11、該熱塑性聚氨酯接著層12及該熱塑性聚氨酯表面層13係為單一熱塑性聚氨酯材質製成,不具有其他材質。因此,本發明創新之皮革10之全部材質均為同一種熱塑性聚氨酯材質製成,本發明創新之皮革10使用後可回收造粒,具有環保效益。並且,經回收造粒而得之熱塑性聚氨酯回收粒子,可再添加於本發明創新之皮革10之製造過程中,以進一步提升環保效益,以節省製造成本。
在一實施例中,由於本發明創新之皮革10係以單一熱塑性聚氨酯材質製成,故使本發明創新之皮革10之結構有孔隙存在,而使得本發明創新之皮革10具有透氣效果。並且,因利用單一熱塑性聚氨酯材質製成,本發明創新之皮革10整體的塑型性可大幅增加。
在一實施例中,如上所述,經回收造粒而得之熱塑性聚氨酯回收粒子,可再添加於本發明創新之皮革10之製造過程中。該熱塑性聚氨酯接著層12包括一第一熱塑性聚氨酯材質(圖未示出)及一熱塑性聚氨酯回收材質(圖未示出),該第一熱塑性聚氨酯材質與該熱塑性聚氨酯回收材質之混合重量比範圍為70%:30%至100%:0%。
在一實施例中,該熱塑性聚氨酯表面層13包括一第二熱塑性聚氨酯材質(圖未示出)及一熱塑性聚氨酯回收材質(圖未示出),該第二熱塑性聚氨酯材質與該熱塑性聚氨酯回收材質之混合重量比範圍為70%:30%至100%:0%。
參閱圖2,其係顯示本發明另一實施例創新之皮革之結構示意圖。在一實施例中,本發明創新之皮革20包括:一熱塑性聚氨酯纖維網層21,其重量為200-600 g/m
2,密度為0.35-1.0 g/cm
3。在一實施例中,該熱塑性聚氨酯纖維網層21的厚度為0.3-1.3 mm。
在一實施例中,本發明創新之皮革20僅以單一熱塑性聚氨酯材質製成,不具有其他材質。因此,本發明創新之皮革20使用後可回收造粒,具有環保效益。並且,經回收造粒而得之熱塑性聚氨酯回收粒子,可再添加於本發明創新之皮革20之製造過程中,以進一步提升環保效益,以節省製造成本。
在一實施例中,該熱塑性聚氨酯纖維網層21包括一第二熱塑性聚氨酯材質(圖未示出)及一熱塑性聚氨酯回收材質(圖未示出),該第二熱塑性聚氨酯材質與該熱塑性聚氨酯回收材質之混合重量比範圍為70%:30%至100%:0%。
在一實施例中,由於本發明創新之皮革20僅以單一熱塑性聚氨酯材質製成,故使本發明創新之皮革10之結構有孔隙存在,而使得本發明創新之皮革20具有透氣效果。並且,因利用單一熱塑性聚氨酯材質製成,本發明創新之皮革20整體的塑型性可大幅增加。
圖3顯示本發明一實施例創新之皮革之製造方法流程示意圖。配合參考圖1及圖3,首先參考步驟S31,提供一熱塑性聚氨酯基材11,該熱塑性聚氨酯基材11具有一第一表面111及一第二表面112,該第二表面112相對於該第一表面111。該熱塑性聚氨酯基材11為100%之熱塑性聚氨酯織布。
參考步驟S32,熔噴一熱塑性聚氨酯接著層12至該熱塑性聚氨酯基材11之該第一表面111上。在一實施例中,在熔噴該熱塑性聚氨酯接著層12之步驟中,另包括利用第一熱塑性聚氨酯粒子(圖未示出),其熔點為80~130˚C。該第一熱塑性聚氨酯粒子為低熔點之熱塑性聚氨酯粒子。
在一實施例中,在熔噴該熱塑性聚氨酯接著層12之步驟中,另包括利用熱塑性聚氨酯回收粒子(圖未示出),該第一熱塑性聚氨酯粒子及該熱塑性聚氨酯回收粒子之混合重量比範圍為70%:30%至100%:0%。該熱塑性聚氨酯回收粒子可為上述本發明創新之皮革使用後回收造粒,而得之熱塑性聚氨酯回收粒子。
參考步驟S33,熔噴一熱塑性聚氨酯表面層13至該熱塑性聚氨酯接著層12上。在一實施例中,在熔噴該熱塑性聚氨酯表面層13之步驟中,另包括利用第二熱塑性聚氨酯粒子(圖未示出),其熔點為140~170˚C。該第二熱塑性聚氨酯粒子為高熔點之熱塑性聚氨酯粒子。
在一實施例中,在熔噴該熱塑性聚氨酯表面層之步驟中,另包括利用熱塑性聚氨酯回收粒子,該第二熱塑性聚氨酯粒子及該熱塑性聚氨酯回收粒子之混合重量比範圍為70%:30%至100%:0%。該熱塑性聚氨酯回收粒子可為上述本發明創新之皮革使用後回收造粒,而得之熱塑性聚氨酯回收粒子。
參考步驟S34,熱壓合處理該熱塑性聚氨酯基材11、該熱塑性聚氨酯接著層12及該熱塑性聚氨酯表面層13。在一實施例中,在熱壓合處理步驟中,其溫度為140℃-170℃。在熱壓合處理步驟中,由於溫度高於該第一熱塑性聚氨酯粒子之熔點,故可使該熱塑性聚氨酯接著層12熔化以與該熱塑性聚氨酯基材11及該熱塑性聚氨酯表面層13結合。
在一實施例中,在熱壓合處理步驟後,可將本發明創新之皮革進行表面熱塑加工,使其具有不同表面紋路。
因此,利用本發明創新之皮革之製造方法,該熱塑性聚氨酯基材11、該熱塑性聚氨酯接著層12及該熱塑性聚氨酯表面層13係為單一熱塑性聚氨酯材質製成,故為單一原料生產,可使本發明創新之皮革之製造方法製程及備料單純化,可提升製造效率,及降低製造成本。另外,本發明創新之皮革10使用後可回收造粒,具有環保效益。並且,經回收造粒而得之熱塑性聚氨酯回收粒子,可再添加於本發明創新之皮革10之製造過程中,以進一步提升環保效益,以節省製造成本。
圖4顯示本發明另一實施例創新之皮革之製造方法流程示意圖。配合參考圖2及圖4,首先參考步驟S41,提供一載體(圖未示出)。
參考步驟S42,熔噴一熱塑性聚氨酯纖維網層21至該載體上。在一實施例中,在熔噴該熱塑性聚氨酯纖維網層21之步驟中,另包括利用第二熱塑性聚氨酯粒子(圖未示出),其熔點為140~170˚C。該第二熱塑性聚氨酯粒子為高熔點之熱塑性聚氨酯粒子。
在一實施例中,在熔噴該熱塑性聚氨酯纖維網層21之步驟中,另包括利用熱塑性聚氨酯回收粒子,該第二熱塑性聚氨酯粒子及該熱塑性聚氨酯回收粒子之混合重量比範圍為70%:30%至100%:0%。該熱塑性聚氨酯回收粒子可為上述本發明創新之皮革使用後回收造粒,而得之熱塑性聚氨酯回收粒子。
參考步驟S43,熱處理該熱塑性聚氨酯纖維網層。在熱處理步驟中,可將本發明創新之皮革進行表面熱塑加工,使其具有不同表面紋路。或者不進行熱塑加工,使本發明創新之皮革保持其纖維網外觀。
因此,利用本發明創新之皮革之製造方法,該熱塑性聚氨酯纖維網層21僅為單一熱塑性聚氨酯材質,故為單一原料生產,可使本發明創新之皮革之製造方法製程及備料單純化,可提升製造效率,及降低製造成本。另外,本發明創新之皮革20使用後可回收造粒,具有環保效益。並且,經回收造粒而得之熱塑性聚氨酯回收粒子,可再添加於本發明創新之皮革20之製造過程中,以進一步提升環保效益,以節省製造成本。
[ 發明例 1]
使用100%之熱塑性聚氨酯織布作為該熱塑性聚氨酯基材11。
使用熔點120℃的第一熱塑性聚氨酯粒子。熔噴已熔融之該第一熱塑性聚氨酯粒子至該熱塑性聚氨酯基材11上,以形成該熱塑性聚氨酯接著層12,該熱塑性聚氨酯接著層12之重量為250 g/m
2,密度為0.5 g/cm
3。
使用熔點160℃的第二熱塑性聚氨酯粒子。熔噴已熔融之該第二熱塑性聚氨酯粒子至該熱塑性聚氨酯接著層12上,以形成該熱塑性聚氨酯表面層13,該熱塑性聚氨酯表面層13之重量為200 g/m
2,密度為0.9 g/cm
3。
將舖疊完成的三層結構(該熱塑性聚氨酯基材11、該熱塑性聚氨酯接著層12及該熱塑性聚氨酯表面層13)經熱壓合處理,其溫度為140℃,使該熱塑性聚氨酯接著層12熔化以與該熱塑性聚氨酯基材11及該熱塑性聚氨酯表面層13結合。
之後,可將本發明創新之皮革進行表面熱塑加工,使其具有不同表面紋路,以完成本發明全熱塑性聚氨酯材質創新之皮革10。
[ 發明例 2]
使用載體。
使用熔點160℃的第二熱塑性聚氨酯粒子。熔噴已熔融之該第二熱塑性聚氨酯粒子至該載體上,以形成該熱塑性聚氨酯纖維網層21,該熱塑性聚氨酯纖維網層21之重量為350 g/m
2,密度為0.5 g/cm
3,厚度為0.6 mm。
將該熱塑性聚氨酯纖維網層21進行表面熱塑加工,使其具有特定表面紋路,以完成本發明100%熱塑性聚氨酯材質創新之皮革20。
[ 發明例 3]
使用100%之熱塑性聚氨酯織布作為該熱塑性聚氨酯基材11。
使用熔點120℃的第一熱塑性聚氨酯粒子,及利用熱塑性聚氨酯回收粒子,該第一熱塑性聚氨酯粒子及該熱塑性聚氨酯回收粒子之混合重量比為85%:15%。熔噴已熔融之該第一熱塑性聚氨酯粒子及熱塑性聚氨酯回收粒子至該熱塑性聚氨酯基材11上,以形成該熱塑性聚氨酯接著層12,該熱塑性聚氨酯接著層12之重量為250 g/m
2,密度為0.5 g/cm
3。
使用熔點160℃的第二熱塑性聚氨酯粒子,利用熱塑性聚氨酯回收粒子,該第二熱塑性聚氨酯粒子及該熱塑性聚氨酯回收粒子之混合重量比為85%:15%。熔噴已熔融之該第二熱塑性聚氨酯粒子及熱塑性聚氨酯回收粒子至該熱塑性聚氨酯接著層12上,以形成該熱塑性聚氨酯表面層13,該熱塑性聚氨酯表面層13之重量為200 g/m

2,密度為0.5 g/m
3,厚度為0.6 mm。
將該熱塑性聚氨酯纖維網層21進行表面熱塑加工,使其具有特定表面紋路,以完成本發明100%熱塑性聚氨酯材質創新之皮革20。

Claims (19)
- 一種創新之皮革,包括: 一熱塑性聚氨酯(TPU)基材; 一熱塑性聚氨酯接著層,設置於該熱塑性聚氨酯基材上;及 一熱塑性聚氨酯表面層,設置於該熱塑性聚氨酯接著層上。
- 如請求項1之創新之皮革,其中該熱塑性聚氨酯接著層之重量為100-300 g/m 2,密度為0.3-0.8 g/cm 3。
- 如請求項1之創新之皮革,其中該熱塑性聚氨酯表面層之重量為100-400 g/m 2,密度為0.5-1.0 g/cm 3。
- 如請求項1之創新之皮革,其中該熱塑性聚氨酯基材為100%之熱塑性聚氨酯基布。
- 如請求項1之創新之皮革,其中該熱塑性聚氨酯接著層包括一第一熱塑性聚氨酯材質及一熱塑性聚氨酯回收材質,該第一熱塑性聚氨酯材質與該熱塑性聚氨酯回收材質之混合重量比範圍為70%:30%至100%:0%。
- 如請求項1之創新之皮革,其中該熱塑性聚氨酯表面層包括一第二熱塑性聚氨酯材質及一熱塑性聚氨酯回收材質,該第二熱塑性聚氨酯材質與該熱塑性聚氨酯回收材質之混合重量比範圍為70%:30%至100%:0%。
- 一種創新之皮革,包括: 一熱塑性聚氨酯纖維網層,其重量為200-600 g/m 2,密度為0.35-1.0 g/cm 3。
- 如請求項7之創新之皮革,其中該熱塑性聚氨酯纖維網層的厚度為0.3-1.3 mm。
- 如請求項7之創新之皮革,其中該熱塑性聚氨酯纖維網層包括一第二熱塑性聚氨酯材質及一熱塑性聚氨酯回收材質,該第二熱塑性聚氨酯材質與該熱塑性聚氨酯回收材質之混合重量比範圍為70%:30%至100%:0%。
- 一種創新之皮革之製造方法,包括以下步驟: 提供一熱塑性聚氨酯基材; 熔噴一熱塑性聚氨酯接著層至該熱塑性聚氨酯基材上; 熔噴一熱塑性聚氨酯表面層至該熱塑性聚氨酯接著層上;及 熱壓合處理該熱塑性聚氨酯基材、該熱塑性聚氨酯接著層及該熱塑性聚氨酯表面層。
- 如請求項10之創新之皮革之製造方法,其中在熔噴該熱塑性聚氨酯接著層之步驟中,另包括利用第一熱塑性聚氨酯粒子,其熔點為80~130˚C。
- 如請求項11之創新之皮革之製造方法,其中在熔噴該熱塑性聚氨酯接著層之步驟中,另包括利用熱塑性聚氨酯回收粒子,該第一熱塑性聚氨酯粒子及該熱塑性聚氨酯回收粒子之混合重量比範圍為70%:30%至100%:0%。
- 如請求項10之創新之皮革之製造方法,其中在熔噴該熱塑性聚氨酯表面層之步驟中,另包括利用第二熱塑性聚氨酯粒子,其熔點為140~170˚C。
- 如請求項13之創新之皮革之製造方法,其中在熔噴該熱塑性聚氨酯表面層之步驟中,另包括利用熱塑性聚氨酯回收粒子,該第二熱塑性聚氨酯粒子及該熱塑性聚氨酯回收粒子之混合重量比範圍為70%:30%至100%:0%。
- 如請求項10之創新之皮革之製造方法,其中在熱壓合處理步驟中,其溫度為140℃-170℃。
- 一種創新之皮革之製造方法,包括以下步驟: 提供一載體;及 熔噴一熱塑性聚氨酯纖維網層至該載體上。
- 如請求項16之創新之皮革之製造方法,其中在熔噴該熱塑性聚氨酯纖維網層之步驟中,另包括利用第二熱塑性聚氨酯粒子,其熔點為140~170˚C。
- 如請求項17之創新之皮革之製造方法,其中在熔噴該熱塑性聚氨酯纖維網層之步驟中,另包括利用熱塑性聚氨酯回收粒子,該第二熱塑性聚氨酯粒子及該熱塑性聚氨酯回收粒子之混合重量比範圍為70%:30%至100%:0%。
- 如請求項16之創新之皮革之製造方法,另包括熱處理該熱塑性聚氨酯纖維網層。
