本發明係關於一種乳化化妝料,其係含有如下成分而成:(A)紫外線防護劑、(B)特定之環氧烷衍生物、及(C)酯油。
Description
本發明係關於一種具有防曬效果之乳化化妝料。更詳細而言,本發明係關於一種具有藉由加熱而與剛塗抹後相比紫外線防護效果提昇之前所未有之特性的化妝料。
具有防曬效果之化妝料具有如下效果:藉由調配至化妝料中之紫外線吸收劑或紫外線散射劑之作用,降低到達塗抹有該化妝料之皮膚之紫外線量,藉此抑制對皮膚之不良影響。
作為化妝料之紫外線防護效果之指標,防曬係數(SPF,Sun Protection Factor)最廣為人知,紫外線防護效果係以SPF值(例如「SPF30」等)之形式表示。在日本,關於UVA區域之紫外線,使用PFA (Protection Factor of UVA,UVA防護係數)或UVAPF(UVA Protection factor of product,製品之UVA防護係數),且製品之UVA防護效果之程度係以基於PFA或UVAPF之值之PA(Protection grade of UVA,UVA防護等級)分類(「PA++」等)表示。在美國,使用表示UVA與UVB之防護效果之平衡性的臨界波長(CW,Critical Wavelength)。
近年來,為了抑制紫外線對皮膚之不良影響,業界要求於自UVA及至UVB之寬廣波長範圍內發揮較高之紫外線防護效果之化妝料,例如現已上市推廣SPF50以上(50+)及PA++++之防曬製品。
防曬製品之紫外線防護效果係由所調配之紫外線防護劑、即紫外線吸收劑或紫外線散射劑發揮,但於紫外線吸收劑中存在因光照射導致紫外線吸收能力降低(光劣化)者,又,紫外線吸收劑或紫外線散射劑亦存在於與水分接觸時自皮膚表面流出之情形。
業界提出有較多用以抑制紫外線防護效果之光劣化之方案(專利文獻1),又,關於耐水性,業界開發出具有即便與水分接觸而紫外線防護效果亦未降低,防護效果反而提昇之革新性能的化妝料(專利文獻2)。
另一方面,與光或水分同樣地,亦無法忽視熱引起之紫外線防護效果之降低。通常,若對塗抹於皮膚之化妝料施加熱,則化妝料中所含之紫外線吸收劑或其他成分發生劣化,紫外線防護效果降低。然而,關於熱,例如存在研究熱對於包含化妝料之乳化化妝料之乳化穩定性之影響之例(專利文獻3),但迄今為止熱引起之紫外線防護效果之變化尚未成為研究對象,且此前尚未提出以抑制熱引起之紫外線防護效果之降低為目標之化妝料。

本發明之目的在於基於在開發具有紫外線防護效果之化妝料之研究過程中,發現藉由在使用環境下所施加之熱,紫外線防護效果不但未降低反而提昇之現象,提供一種具有藉由熱來提昇紫外線防護效果之前所未有之革新特性的乳化化妝料。
[解決問題之技術手段]
本發明者等為了解決上述課題而反覆進行努力研究,結果發現,藉由調配紫外線防護劑、特定之環氧烷衍生物及酯油,可獲得具有上述目標新穎特性之乳化化妝料,從而完成了本發明。
即,本發明提供一種乳化化妝料,其係含有如下成分而成:

[發明之效果]
本發明之乳化化妝料藉由設為上述構成,非但於實際使用中於施加熱時紫外線防護效果不會劣化,且與剛將化妝料塗抹於肌膚後相比,可顯著地提昇紫外線防護效果。即,本發明之乳化化妝料係具有藉由在先前之化妝料中成為效果劣化之原因之熱,紫外線防護效果反而提昇之與先前之常識相反之特性的革新之化妝料。
本發明之化妝料之特徵在於含有如下成分:(A)紫外線防護劑、(B)特定之環氧烷衍生物、及(C)酯油。以下,對構成本發明之乳化化妝料之各成分詳細地進行說明。
<(A)紫外線防護劑(紫外線吸收劑及/或紫外線散射劑)>
調配至本發明之乳化化妝料中之(A)紫外線防護劑(以下,有時簡稱為「(A)成分」)係指紫外線吸收劑及/或紫外線散射劑,可使用通常調配至化妝料者。
作為於本發明中所使用之紫外線吸收劑,並無特別限定,可廣泛地列舉通常於化妝料中所使用之紫外線吸收劑。例如可例示:苯甲酸衍生物、水楊酸衍生物、桂皮酸衍生物、二苯甲醯甲烷衍生物、丙烯酸β,β-二苯酯衍生物、二苯甲酮衍生物、亞苄基樟腦衍生物、苯基苯并咪唑衍生物、三𠯤衍生物、苯基苯并三唑衍生物、鄰胺苯甲基衍生物、咪唑啉衍生物、亞苄基丙二酸酯衍生物、4,4-二芳基丁二烯衍生物等。以下列舉具體例及商品名等,但並不限定於該等。
作為苯甲酸衍生物,可例示:對胺基苯甲酸(PABA)乙酯、二羥丙基PABA乙酯、二甲基PABA乙基己酯(例如「Escalol 507」;ISP公司)、PABA甘油酯、PEG(Polyethylene Glycol,聚乙二醇)-25-PABA(例如「Uvinul P25」;BASF公司)、二乙基胺基羥基苯甲醯基苯甲酸己酯(例如「Uvinul A Plus」)等。
作為水楊酸衍生物,可例示:胡莫柳酯(「Eusolex HMS」;Rona/EM Industries公司)、水楊酸乙基己酯或水楊酸辛酯(例如「Neo Heliopan OS」;Haarmann and Reimer公司)、二丙二醇水楊酸酯(例如「Dipsal」;Scher公司)、TEA(Triethanolamine,三乙醇胺)水楊酸酯(例如「Neo Heliopan TS」;Haarmann and Reimer公司)等。
作為桂皮酸衍生物,可例示:甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯或甲氧基桂皮酸乙基己酯(例如「Parsol MCX」;DSM Nutrition Japan公司)、甲氧基桂皮酸異丙酯、甲氧基桂皮酸異戊酯(例如「Neo Heliopan E1000」;Haarmann and Reimer公司)、西諾沙酯(Cinoxate)、DEA(Diethanolamine,二乙醇胺)甲氧基肉桂酸酯、甲基桂皮酸二異丙酯、甘油-乙基己酸酯-二甲氧基肉桂酸酯、4'-甲氧基亞苄基丙二酸二(2-乙基己基)酯等。

作為丙烯酸β,β-二苯酯衍生物,可例示奧克立林(Octocrylene)(例如「Uvinul N539T」;BASF公司)等。
作為二苯甲酮衍生物,可例示:二苯甲酮-1(例如「Uvinul 400」;BASF公司)、二苯甲酮-2(例如「Uvinul D50」;BASF公司)、二苯甲酮-3或氧苯酮-3(例如「Uvinul M40」;BASF公司)、二苯甲酮-4(例如「Uvinul MS40」;BASF公司)、二苯甲酮-5、二苯甲酮-6(例如「Helisorb 11」;Norquay公司)、二苯甲酮-8(例如「Spectra-Sorb UV-24」;American Cyanamid公司)、二苯甲酮-9(例如「Uvinul DS-49」;BASF公司)、二苯甲酮-12等。

作為三𠯤衍生物,可例示:雙乙基己氧基苯酚甲氧基苯基三𠯤(例如「Tinosorb S」;Ciba Specialty Chemicals公司)、乙基己基三𠯤酮(例如「Uvinul T150」;BASF公司)、二乙基己基丁醯胺基三𠯤酮(例如「Uvasorb HEB」;3V Sigma公司)、2,4,6-三(二異丁基-4'-胺基亞苄基丙二酸酯)-均三𠯤、2,4,6-三[4-(2-乙基己氧基羰基)苯胺基]-1,3,5-三𠯤等。
作為苯基苯并三唑衍生物,可例示:甲酚曲唑三矽氧烷(例如「Silatrizole」;Rhodia Chimie公司)、亞甲基雙(苯并三唑基四甲基丁基苯酚)(例如「Tinosorb M」(Ciba Specialty Chemicals公司))等。
作為鄰胺苯甲基衍生物,可例示鄰胺苯甲酸䓝酯(例如「Neo Heliopan MA」;Haarmann and Reimer公司)等。
作為咪唑啉衍生物,可例示乙基己基二甲氧基亞苄基二氧代咪唑啉丙酸酯等。
作為亞苄基丙二酸酯衍生物,可例示具有亞苄基丙二酸酯官能基之聚有機矽氧烷(例如聚矽氧-15;「Parsol SLX」;DSM Nutrition Japan公司)等。
作為4,4-二芳基丁二烯衍生物,可例示1,1-二羧基-(2,2'-二甲基丙基)-4,4-二苯基丁二烯等。
作為尤佳之例,並無特別限定,可列舉:甲氧基桂皮酸乙基己酯、奧克立林(Octocrylene)、二甲聚矽氧烷二乙基亞苄基丙二酸酯、聚矽氧-15、4-第三丁基-4'-甲氧基二苯甲醯甲烷(第三丁基甲氧基二苯甲醯甲烷)、乙基己基三𠯤酮、二乙基胺基羥基苯甲醯基苯甲酸己酯、雙乙基己氧基苯酚甲氧基苯基三𠯤、氧苯酮-3、亞甲基雙(苯并三唑基四甲基丁基苯酚)、苯基苯并咪唑磺酸、3-(4'-甲基亞苄基)-d,l-樟腦、3-亞苄基-d,l-樟腦、胡莫柳酯、水楊酸乙基己酯等紫外線吸收劑。本發明中所使用之紫外線吸收劑可調配1種,亦可組合2種以上而調配。其中,於至少包含奧克立林作為(A)成分之情形時可獲得良好之紫外線防護提昇效果。
其中,於調配4-第三丁基-4'-甲氧基二苯甲醯甲烷之情形時,較佳為相對於(A)成分之總量將其調配量設為10質量%以下。其原因在於,4-第三丁基-4'-甲氧基二苯甲醯甲烷由於有阻礙由調配(B)環氧烷衍生物及(C)酯油時之加熱所獲得之紫外線防護效果之提昇之傾向,故而難以確實感覺到熱引起紫外線防護效果之增強。
於本發明中所使用之紫外線散射劑並無特別限定,作為具體例,可列舉:微粒子狀之金屬氧化物、例如氧化鋅、氧化鈦、氧化鐵、氧化鈰、氧化鎢等。
紫外線散射劑可為未進行表面處理者,亦可為經各種疏水化表面處理者,可較佳地使用經疏水化表面處理者。作為表面處理劑,可使用於化妝料領域中通用者,例如二甲聚矽氧烷、烷基改性聚矽氧等聚矽氧、辛基三乙氧基矽烷等烷氧基矽烷、糊精棕櫚酸酯等糊精脂肪酸酯、硬脂酸等脂肪酸。
本發明中之(A)紫外線防護劑包括:僅包含紫外線吸收劑之態樣、僅包含紫外線散射劑之態樣、及包含紫外線吸收劑與紫外線散射劑之兩者之態樣。
(A)紫外線防護劑之調配量並無特別限定,通常相對於化妝料組合物總量為5質量%以上、例如5~40質量%,較佳為6~40質量%,更佳為7~35質量%。若(A)紫外線防護劑之調配量未達5質量%,則不易獲得充分之紫外線防護效果,即便調配超過40質量%,亦無法期待與調配量相當之紫外線防護效果之增加,穩定性變差,就該等方面言欠佳。
<(B)環氧烷衍生物>
調配至本發明之乳化化妝料中之(B)環氧烷衍生物(以下,有時簡稱為「(B)成分」)較佳為下述式(I)所表示之聚氧伸烷基-聚氧乙烯共聚物二烷基醚。

AO及EO之加成順序並無特別限定。AO與EO可為以嵌段狀加成之嵌段共聚物,或亦可為無規加成之無規共聚物。嵌段共聚物包括:不僅2段嵌段且包含3段以上之嵌段之共聚物。就獲得穩定之紫外線防護能力提昇效果之觀點而言,較佳為使用無規共聚物。
上述式(I)所表示之聚氧伸烷基-聚氧乙烯共聚物二烷基醚之分子量為100~10000,較佳為150~5000,進而較佳為200~3000,更佳為300~2000。一分子中之EO相對於AO與EO之合計之比率[EO/(AO+EO)]較佳為20~80質量%。
作為於本發明中較佳地使用之聚氧伸烷基-聚氧乙烯共聚物二烷基醚之具體例,包含以下之聚氧丙烯-聚氧乙烯共聚物二甲醚,但並不限定於該等。

聚氧伸烷基-聚氧乙烯共聚物二烷基醚有越為分子量相對較小者則熱引起之紫外線防護能力提昇效果越優異之傾向。因此,上文中所列舉之聚氧丙烯-聚氧乙烯共聚物二甲醚之中,PEG/PPG-9/2二甲醚等顯示出最高之效果。
(B)環氧烷衍生物之調配量相對於乳化化妝料總量為至少1質量%以上,較佳為2質量%以上,更佳為3質量%以上,進而較佳為5質量%以上,且為30質量%以下,較佳為25質量%以下,更佳為20質量%以下。若調配量未達1質量%,則存在無法充分地獲得熱引起之紫外線防護能力提昇之效果之情形,若調配超過30質量%,則存在對穩定性或使用性帶來影響之情形。
<(C)酯油>

其中,作為於本發明中所使用之(C)酯油,就充分地獲得熱引起之紫外線防護能力提昇之效果之觀點而言,較佳為二辛酸丙二醇酯(IOB(Inorganic/Organic Balance,無機性/有機性比)=0.32)、琥珀酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(IOB=0.32)、季戊四醇四(2-乙基己酸)酯(IOB=0.35)、甘油三(2-乙基己酸)酯(IOB=0.36)、四辛酸季戊四醇酯(IOB=0.35)、癸二酸二異丙酯(IOB=0.40)、二新戊酸三丙二醇酯(IOB=0.52)等IOB值為0.3以上者。
此處,所謂IOB為Inorganic/Organic Balance(無機性/有機性比)之簡稱,係表示無機性值相對於有機性值之比率的值,係成為表示有機化合物之極性程度之指標者。具體而言,IOB值係以IOB值=無機性值/有機性值之形式表示。關於「無機性值」、「有機性值」之各者,例如,如分子中之1個碳原子之「有機性值」為20,1個羥基之「無機性值」為100等,設定與各種原子或官能基相應之「無機性值」、「有機性值」,並將有機化合物中之全部原子及官能基之「無機性值」、「有機性值」累計,藉此可算出該有機化合物之IOB值(例如參照甲田善生著、「有機概念圖-基礎與應用-」p11~17、三共出版、1984年發行)。
作為本發明之(C)成分,可適宜地使用選自上述酯油中之1種或2種以上。
(C)酯油之調配量相對於乳化化妝料總量為1.0質量%以上,例如1.0~60質量%,較佳為3.0~50質量%。若調配量未達1.0質量%,則存在無法充分地獲得熱引起之紫外線防護能力提昇之效果之情形,若調配超過60質量%,則存在對穩定性或使用性帶來影響之情形。
<任意調配成分>
於本發明之乳化化妝料中,除上述(A)~(C)成分以外,可於不阻礙本發明之效果之範圍內,調配於化妝料中通常所使用之成分。例如可列舉:多元醇、低級醇、油相增黏劑、界面活性劑、(C)以外之油分、粉末成分等。
<多元醇>
多元醇多數情況下係與上述(B)成分同樣地於通常之化妝料中作為保濕劑而調配。於本發明之乳化化妝料中,於組合上述(B)成分與多元醇而調配之情形時,施加熱後之紫外線防護效果之提昇變得顯著。
調配至本發明中之多元醇較佳為具有醚鍵者。認為藉由具有醚鍵,與不具有醚鍵者相比容易溶解於水中,亦可溶解於油中。
作為於本發明中可使用之多元醇,可列舉:下述式(II)之聚伸烷基二醇、及丁二醇、二丙二醇、二甘油、丙二醇、赤藻糖醇、木糖醇、甲基葡萄糖10環氧乙烷、山梨糖醇等。
此處,聚伸烷基二醇係由下述式(II)所表示者:

(式中,RO表示碳原子數2~4之氧伸烷基,p為3~500)。
具體而言,自聚乙二醇(亦記載為「PEG」)、聚丙二醇(亦記載為「PPG」)及聚丁二醇(亦記載為「PBG」)等廣泛地用於化妝料中者進行選擇。
其中,較佳為於上述式(I)中,RO為氧伸乙基,p為3~500、更佳為3~60之範圍之聚乙二醇。較佳之聚乙二醇之平均分子量為150~23000之範圍,進而較佳為150~3000之範圍。具體而言,可列舉:聚乙二醇300、聚乙二醇400、聚乙二醇1500、聚乙二醇20000等。
聚伸烷基二醇有越為分子量相對較小者則熱引起之紫外線防護能力提昇效果越優異之傾向。因此,上文中所列舉之聚乙二醇之中,若使用聚乙二醇300或聚乙二醇400,則可獲得尤其高之效果。
於本發明中,於組合例如平均分子量150~3000之低分子量聚氧丙烯-聚氧乙烯共聚物二甲醚、與例如平均分子量150~3000之低分子量多元醇衍生物而包含之情形時,熱引起之紫外線防護效果之提昇變得顯著。作為此種組合之具體例,尤其可列舉:PEG/PPG-9/2二甲醚與聚乙二醇300之組合、PEG/PPG-9/2二甲醚與聚乙二醇400之組合。
多元醇之調配量相對於乳化化妝料總量為至少1質量%以上,較佳為2質量%以上,更佳為3質量%以上,進而較佳為5質量%以上,且為30質量%以下,較佳為25質量%以下,更佳為20質量%以下。若調配量未達1質量%,則存在無法充分地獲得熱引起之紫外線防護能力提昇之效果之情形,若調配超過30質量%,則存在對穩定性或使用性帶來影響之情形。
<低級醇>
作為低級醇,可列舉乙醇、異丙醇等碳數1~5之醇。藉由調配低級醇,可改善塗抹乳化化妝料時之塗展性。作為調配低級醇之情形時之調配量,例如,相對於乳化化妝料總量可設為5~30質量%。
<油相增黏劑>
作為油相增黏劑,較佳為於乳化型化妝料等中用作藉由溶解於油分或經油分膨潤而發揮使油相增黏之效果之成分的物質。例如可列舉:糊精棕櫚酸酯、糊精肉豆蔻酸酯等糊精脂肪酸酯、蔗糖辛酸酯等蔗糖脂肪酸酯、凡士林、氫化棕櫚油、氫化蓖麻油等固體或半固體之烴油、二硬脂基二甲基銨鋰膨潤石、苄基二甲基硬脂基銨鋰膨潤石等有機改性黏土礦物;或月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、棕櫚酸、硬脂酸等於常溫下為固體之碳數8~22之高級脂肪酸或其鹽等。
<界面活性劑>
作為界面活性劑,於油中水型乳化化妝料之情形時,較佳為具有聚矽氧骨架(聚矽氧烷結構),且HLB(Hydrophile Lipophile Balance,親水/油比值)未達8之界面活性劑。例如,較佳為使用聚醚改性聚矽氧、聚醚-烷基共改性聚矽氧、聚甘油改性聚矽氧、及/或聚甘油-烷基共改性聚矽氧,其中,更佳為聚醚改性聚矽氧、聚醚-烷基共改性聚矽氧。
另一方面,於水中油型乳化化妝料之情形時,可為選自一直以來用於水中油型乳化化妝料中之非離子性界面活性劑中之1種或2種以上,其中,可較佳地使用HLB為6以上者。尤其是就製劑之穩定性及由與水分之接觸獲得之吸光度提昇效果之方面而言,尤佳為包含聚氧乙烯氫化蓖麻油。作為聚氧乙烯氫化蓖麻油之具體例,可列舉:PEG-10氫化蓖麻油、PEG-20氫化蓖麻油、PEG-25氫化蓖麻油、PEG-30氫化蓖麻油、PEG-40氫化蓖麻油、PEG-50氫化蓖麻油、PEG-60氫化蓖麻油、PEG-80氫化蓖麻油、PEG-100氫化蓖麻油等。另一方面,於不含聚氧乙烯氫化蓖麻油之情形時,較佳為使用HLB為8以上、較佳為10以上、更佳為12以上之非離子性界面活性劑。
<上述酯油以外之油分>
又,於本發明之乳化化妝料中,除上述(C)酯油以外,可進而調配於化妝料中通常所使用之揮發性油分或非揮發性油分。
作為揮發性油分,包含揮發性烴油及揮發性聚矽氧油。
作為揮發性烴油分,只要為一直以來於化妝料等中所使用之常溫(25℃)下具有揮發性之烴油,則並無特別限定。作為具體例,例如可列舉:異十二烷、異十六烷、氫化聚異丁烯等。
揮發性聚矽氧油為一直以來於化妝料等中所使用之常溫(25℃)下具有揮發性之聚矽氧油,包含矽原子數4~6之環狀二甲基聚矽氧烷、矽原子數2~5之鏈狀二甲基聚矽氧烷。作為具體例,可列舉:六甲基環三矽氧烷(D3)、八甲基環四矽氧烷(D4)、十甲基環五矽氧烷(D5)、及十二甲基環六矽氧烷(D6)等環狀聚矽氧油、二苯基矽烷氧基苯基三甲聚矽氧烷、揮發性二甲聚矽氧烷(作為市售品之KF-96L-1.5cs、KF-96L-2cs;信越化學工業公司製造)等。
作為非揮發性油分,例如包含烴油、植物油、高分子量之聚氧伸烷基二醇、聚矽氧油。
作為具體例,可列舉:棕櫚油、亞麻仁油、山茶油、澳洲胡桃油、玉米油、橄欖油、萼梨油、山茶花油、蓖麻油、紅花油、杏仁油、錫蘭肉桂油、荷荷芭油、葡萄油、扁桃油、菜籽油、芝麻油、葵花籽油、小麥胚芽油、米胚芽油、米糠油、棉籽油、大豆油、花生油、茶籽油、月見草油、蛋黃油、肝油、三甘油、三辛酸甘油酯、三異棕櫚酸甘油酯、異硬脂酸等液狀油脂;氫化聚異丁烯、液態石蠟、角鯊烷、氫化聚癸烯等烴油;聚氧丁烯聚氧丙烯二醇、非揮發性二甲聚矽氧烷(作為市售品之KF-96A-6cs;信越化學工業公司製造)等聚矽氧油。
<球狀粉末>
又,較佳為進而包含球狀粉末。藉由調配球狀粉末,抑制黏膩感,改善使用感而可獲得乾爽之良好觸感。作為球狀粉末,只要係通常於化妝品等中所使用者,則可並無特別限制地任意使用。例如可列舉:(甲基)丙烯酸酯樹脂粉末、聚醯胺樹脂粉末(尼龍粉末)、聚乙烯粉末、聚苯乙烯粉末、苯乙烯與(甲基)丙烯酸之共聚物樹脂粉末、苯并胍胺樹脂粉末、聚四氟乙烯粉末、纖維素粉末、及三甲基倍半矽氧烷粉末等以及有機聚矽氧烷彈性體球狀粉末或將其作為母粉末之複合球狀粉末。球狀粉末之平均粒徑較佳為3~20 μm。若小於3 μm,則未見抑制黏膩感之效果,若大於20 μm,則存在反而產生粗澀之情形。球狀粉末之調配量並無特別限定,較佳為3~30質量%,進而較佳為7~20質量%。
作為市售之球狀有機樹脂粉末,例如可列舉Ganzpearl(AICA Kogyo公司製造),作為市售之球狀聚矽氧樹脂粉末,例如可列舉:Trefil E-505C、Trefil E-506C、Trefil E-506S、Trefil HP40T(以上為Dow Corning Toray Silicone公司)、TOSPEARL 2000B(Momentive Performance Materials公司)、Silicone powder KSP-100、KSP-300(信越化學工業公司)等。
又,於本發明之乳化化妝料中,除上述以外,根據所製備之劑型,可於不阻礙本發明之效果之範圍內,適當調配於化妝料中通常所使用之成分。例如可列舉:保濕劑(包含上述以外之多元醇,例如甘油)、油凝膠化劑(例如羥基硬脂酸、二丁基月桂醯基麩胺醯胺、聚醯胺-8)、多糖類、乳化劑、增黏劑、pH值調整劑、螯合劑、防腐劑、抗氧化劑、油性活性劑、醇類、色劑、色素、藥劑等。作為藥劑,例如可例示:抗壞血酸(維生素C)、傳明酸、曲酸、土耳其鞣酸、熊果苷、烷氧基水楊酸、菸鹼醯胺、甘草酸、生育酚、視黃醇及該等之鹽或衍生物(例如L-抗壞血酸鈉、L-抗壞血酸酯鎂鹽、L-抗壞血酸葡糖苷、2-O-乙基-L-抗壞血酸、3-O-乙基-L-抗壞血酸、4-甲氧基水楊酸鈉鹽、4-甲氧基水楊酸鉀鹽、甘草酸二鉀、甘草酸硬脂酯、乙酸生育酚酯、乙酸視黃醇酯、棕櫚酸視黃醇酯等)。
本發明之乳化化妝料能夠以水中油型乳化化妝料或油中水型乳化化妝料之形態提供。作為具體之劑型,為乳液、乳霜、噴霧劑,可使用適於各劑型之常法而製造。
本發明之化妝料不僅可應用於防曬化妝料,亦可應用於賦予防曬效果之粉底等化妝用化妝料或底妝、毛髮化妝料(包含用以保護毛髮或頭皮免受紫外線傷害之造型噴霧或毛髮護理劑等各種毛髮製品)、噴霧型化妝料。
本發明之乳化化妝料具有塗膜之紫外線防護效果藉由熱而提昇之新穎之特性。此處,所謂「紫外線防護效果藉由熱而提昇」,係指根據對熱處理前之塗膜(非加熱樣品)於280~400 nm下利用分光光度計等測得之吸光度累計值、與對熱處理後之塗膜(加熱樣品)同樣地測得之吸光度累計值,藉由以下之式求出之熱反應率超過100%之情形。
熱反應率(%)=(熱處理後之吸光度累計值)/(熱處理前之吸光度累計值)×100
於本發明之乳化化妝料中,熱反應率顯示100%以上,較佳為顯示103%以上,更佳為顯示105%以上,進而較佳為顯示110%以上,尤佳為顯示115%以上。
於調查熱引起之紫外線防護效果之提昇之情形時,加熱溫度較佳為設為30℃~70℃之範圍,例如可設為32℃以上、35℃以上、37℃以上、或40℃以上,且可設為65℃以下、60℃以下、55℃以下、或50℃以下之溫度。若加熱溫度超過70℃,則存在產生樹脂製之測定板熔解等問題之情形。
關於加熱時間,為了準確地評價熱引起之影響,較佳為設為1分鐘以上,更佳為10分鐘以上。作為加熱時間之上限,並無特別限定,通常為60分鐘以下,較佳為30分鐘以下。
[實施例]
以下列舉實施例更詳細地說明本發明,但本發明並不受該等之任何限定。調配量只要未特別記載,則係以相對於調配該成分之系統之質量%表示。於具體地對各實施例進行說明前,對所採用之評價方法進行說明。
熱照射後之吸光度累計值之變化(熱反應率)
以2 mg/cm2
之量將所製備之乳化化妝料滴加至仿皮膚PMMA(Polymethyl Methacrylate,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯)板(SPFMASTER-PA01)上,用手指塗抹60秒鐘,乾燥15分鐘而形成塗膜。將未塗抹之板作為對照,利用日立製作所公司製造之U-3500型自記錄分光光度計對上述塗膜之吸光度(280~400 nm)進行測定,並根據所獲得之測定資料求出熱處理前之吸光度累計值。
繼而,將具有上述塗膜之板置於恆溫槽,進行37℃、30分鐘之加熱處理,並與上述同樣地求出吸光度累計值。
依據下式算出熱照射前後之吸光度累計值之變化(熱反應率)。
熱反應率(%)=(熱處理後之吸光度累計值)/(熱處理前之吸光度累計值)×100
各樣品之熱反應率(%)之值係一併示於以下之表中。
(1)油中水型乳化化妝料
製備下述表1所示之油中水型乳化化妝料之組合物。具體而言,於使粉末分散於使用均質攪拌機所混合而成之油性成分中後,添加經充分混合之水性成分而獲得組合物。
如表1所示,藉由調配環氧烷衍生物,確認到熱引起之紫外線防護效果為熱處理前之值以上。又,若調配1質量%以上,則可獲得充分之紫外線防護效果之提昇。進而,環氧烷衍生物之調配量越增加,則其效果之上升率越增高。
與表1同樣地製備下述表2所示之油中水型乳化化妝料之組合物。
如表2所示,藉由調配環氧烷衍生物,確認到熱引起之紫外線防護效果之提昇。其中,可見環氧烷衍生物之分子量(m+n)越小則熱引起之紫外線防護效果越大幅提昇之傾向。
與表1同樣地製備下述表3所示之油中水型乳化化妝料之組合物。
如表3所示,藉由調配環氧烷衍生物,確認到熱引起之紫外線防護效果之提昇。進而,若向環氧烷衍生物中組合多元醇衍生物,則熱引起之紫外線防護效果之提昇顯著。尤其是藉由PEG/PPG-9/2二甲醚與聚乙二醇300之組合(試驗例12)、PEG/PPG-9/2二甲醚與聚乙二醇400之組合(試驗例13),可獲得極高之效果。
與表1同樣地製備下述表4所示之油中水型乳化化妝料之組合物。
如表4所示,於未調配第三丁基甲氧基二苯甲醯甲烷作為(A)紫外線防護劑之情形時、及調配第三丁基甲氧基二苯甲醯甲烷作為(A)紫外線防護劑之情形時,藉由相對於(A)紫外線防護劑之總量將其調配量設為10質量%以下,可獲得較高之熱反應率。
與表1同樣地製備下述表5所示之油中水型乳化化妝料之組合物。
如表5所示,於調配奧克立林作為(A)紫外線防護劑之情形時,奧克立林之調配量越增多,則越可獲得較高之熱反應率。
(2)水中油型乳化化妝料
製備下述表6所示之水中油型乳化化妝料之組合物。具體而言,於使粉末分散於使用均質攪拌機所混合而成之油性成分中後,添加經充分混合之水性成分而獲得組合物。
如表6所示,於水中油型乳化形態之化妝料中亦確認到藉由熱而使紫外線防護效果提昇。
與表6同樣地製備下述表7所示之水中油型乳化化妝料之組合物。
如表7所示,於水中油型乳化形態之化妝料中,亦於調配第三丁基甲氧基二苯甲醯甲烷作為(A)紫外線防護劑之情形時,藉由相對於(A)紫外線防護劑之總量將其調配量設為10質量%以下,可獲得較高之熱反應率。
以下,例示本發明之化妝料之配方。毋庸置疑,本發明並不受該等配方例之任何限定,而係由申請專利範圍所特定者。再者,調配量均以相對於化妝料總量之質量%表示。
配方例3:氣溶膠噴霧型之防曬霜
將上述成分進行混合而製成原液,以成為50:50之方式將原液與LPG(Liquefied Petroleum Gas,液化石油氣)填充至噴霧罐中,而獲得氣溶膠噴霧型之防曬霜。
Claims (7)
- 一種乳化化妝料,其係含有如下成分而成: (A)紫外線防護劑、 (B)下述式(I)所表示之環氧烷衍生物、及 R1 O-[(AO)m (EO)n ]-R2 (I) (式中,R1 及R2 分別獨立地表示碳原子數1~4之烴基或氫原子,AO為碳原子數3~4之氧伸烷基,EO為氧伸乙基,m為1以上之AO之平均加成莫耳數,n為1以上之EO之平均加成莫耳數,且設為m+n≦40)、及 (C)酯油。
- 如請求項1之乳化化妝料,其中於(A)紫外線防護劑包含4-第三丁基-4'-甲氧基二苯甲醯甲烷之情形時,其調配量相對於(A)紫外線防護劑總量為10質量%以下。
- 如請求項1或2之乳化化妝料,其中上述(B)成分之調配量為5質量%以上。
- 如請求項1至3中任一項之乳化化妝料,其中上述(B)成分係m+n為20以下之聚氧丙烯-聚氧乙烯無規共聚物二甲醚。
- 如請求項1至4中任一項之乳化化妝料,其中於上述(A)紫外線防護劑中至少包含奧克立林(Octocrylene)。
- 如請求項1至5中任一項之乳化化妝料,其進而包含(D)平均分子量150~3000之聚乙二醇。
- 如請求項1至6中任一項之乳化化妝料,其為油中水型乳化化妝料或水中油型乳化化妝料。
