Abstract
一種方法,其係在基布上具備膏體層的泥罨劑之製造方法,其包含將含有生理活性物質、水溶性聚合物、甘油及水之組成物塗佈於上述基布上,而形成膏體層之步驟,塗佈於上述基布上的時間點之上述組成物在1Hz的動態黏彈性測定中之損失正切為0.75~1。
Description
本發明關於泥罨劑。
泥罨劑係在基布上塗佈包含藥劑的膏體而製造的貼附劑之一種,一般而言,膏體層中含有許多的水分,在膏體層具有厚度。泥罨劑由於具有如此的構成,而促進有效成分的皮膚穿透,減低對於皮膚的刺激。
於泥罨劑中,膏體層的成分係大幅貢獻貼附劑的黏著力等之性能。於專利文獻1及2中,為了提高貼附劑的黏著性或對皮膚的密著性,檢討動態黏彈性測定值之調整。另一方面,檢討於編布等的基布上層合有不含水分的黏著劑層之貼布劑,如此的貼布劑係對於皮膚的追隨良好,密著性亦良好。

依照本發明者們的知識見解,於將編布等的基布層合在泥罨劑的膏體層上之際,該膏體層含有大量的水時,有構成膏體層的成分滲出基布的背側(與膏體層接觸的面之相反側的面)之情況。
因此,本發明之目的在於提供一種泥罨劑之製造方法,其係即使在含有許多的水分之膏體層上層合編布等的基布時,也膏體層的成分難以滲出基布的背側。
本發明提供一種方法,其係在基布上具備膏體層的泥罨劑之製造方法,其包含將含有生理活性物質、水溶性聚合物、甘油及水之組成物塗佈於上述基布上,而形成膏體層之步驟,塗佈於上述基布上的時間點之上述組成物在1Hz的動態黏彈性測定中之損失正切為0.75~1。
如此地,對於含有上述成分的組成物,藉由使塗佈於基布上的時間點之損失正切成為上述數值範圍內,即使在含有許多的水分之膏體層上層合編布等的基布之情況,也在泥罨劑之製造時,膏體層的成分變難以滲出基布的背側。
於本發明中,較佳係上述基布為編布,此編
布的伸長回復率在橫列方向為73~98%,在縱行方向為83~98%。又,較佳係上述基布為編布,此編布的硬挺度在橫列方向為10~15mm,在縱行方向為10~18mm。
作為所塗佈的基布,藉由使用具有如上述的伸長回復率及/或硬挺度之基布,使由塗佈時在1Hz的動態黏彈性測定中之損失正切為0.75~1之上述組成物所成之膏體層形成於基布上時,更確實地防止膏體層的成分之滲出。
又,藉由採用如上述之製造方法,可使含有丙烯酸甲酯‧丙烯酸2-乙基己酯共聚物樹脂(亦稱為聚(丙烯酸甲酯/丙烯酸2-乙基己酯))。即,使用丙烯酸甲酯‧丙烯酸2-乙基己酯共聚物樹脂之乳液等,亦防止膏體層往基布的背側之滲出。
以上述膏體層的全部質量基準,上述水溶性聚合物之含量較佳為3~18質量%。藉由使上述水溶性聚合物之含量成為如此的範圍,可一邊提高泥罨劑的性能,一邊防止膏體層往基布的背側之滲出。
藉由上述製造方法得到泥罨劑,此泥罨劑由於防止膏體層往基布的背側之滲出,可得到均勻的黏著性,生理活性物質的經皮吸收性亦安定。再者,可消除因滲出基布背側的膏體層而在貼附時黏手,在保管時貼附於包裝袋內部等之不良狀況。
依照本發明的泥罨劑之製造方法,即使在含有許多的水分之膏體層上層合編布等的基布時,也膏體層的成分難以滲出基布的背側。
圖1係顯示緯編的編布中之橫列方向及縱行方向的斜視圖。
圖2係顯示經編的編布中之橫列方向及縱行方向的斜視圖。
以下,顯示一實施形態,說明本發明。
再者,於本說明書中,所謂的損失正切(tan δ),就是在動態黏彈性測定中,以2個板夾住含有生理活性物質、水溶性聚合物、甘油及水的組成物,測定對於一個板給予周期振動的應變之應力的變化,藉由下述式算出之值。再者,動態黏彈性測定例如使用旋轉式流變計,在溫度32℃、頻率1Hz進行。

本實施形態的泥罨劑之製造方法包含:將含
有生理活性物質、水溶性聚合物、甘油及水的組成物(以下,方便上稱為「膏體液」)塗佈於該基布而形成膏體層之步驟。
首先,對於本實施形態的泥罨劑之製造方法所使用之基布及用於形成膏體層的組成物,以下說明。
作為基布,例如可舉出織布、不織布、樹脂薄膜、發泡薄片及紙,作為織布,例如可舉出編布。使用織布、不織布或樹脂薄膜作為基布時,作為彼等之原料,例如可舉出聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚丁烯等之聚烯烴、聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯等之聚酯、縲縈、聚胺甲酸酯及棉,此等係可單獨使用1種,也可組合2種以上使用。又,基布係可具有單層構造,也可具有多層構造。作為基布的原料,更佳為聚酯。
作為基布,較佳為編布或不織布。編布係大致區分為緯編的編布與經編的編布,作為緯編的編布,可舉出藉由平編(針織編、平針織)、羅紋編(肋編)、雙反面編(起伏編)、雙羅紋編(兩面編)而成者。作為經編的編布,可舉出藉由經平組織編、經緞組織編、經絨組織編、緞紋組織編、多軸插入編而成者。如此編布皆適用,但特佳為藉由平編而成的編布。
當基布為編布或不織布時,由於若在織布上展延含有水的膏體,則有通過織布的網目,膏體滲出基布的背側之虞,故單位面積重量較佳為設在80~150g/m2,更佳為設在95~125g/m2。藉由將單位面積重量設在如此
的範圍,有膏體不通過基布的間隙滲出基布的背側而能展延之傾向,而且維持基布與膏體之間的投錨性。
作為編布的較佳例,可舉出組合1種或2種以上的聚酯系、尼龍系、聚丙烯系、縲縈系等之材料而成的編布,其中更佳為與藥物的相互作用少之由聚酯系的聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯所成的編布。
使用編布作為基布時,具有指定的伸長回復率之編布為特佳。此處,所謂的伸長回復率,就是依照「JIS L 1096:2010織物及編物的坯布試驗方法」所測定之值。藉由使用指定的伸長回復率之編布,貼附於關節等的活動部時,由於基布可按照貼附部位的活動而伸縮,故較佳。
當基布為編布時,編布的50%伸長回復率較佳係在橫列方向為73~98%,在縱行方向為83~98%,更佳係在橫列方向為75~97%,在縱行方向為85~97%。關於編布中的橫列方向及縱行方向,使用圖1及圖2說明。圖1係顯示緯編的編布中之橫列方向及縱行方向的斜視圖,圖2係顯示經編的編布中之橫列方向及縱行方向的斜視圖。圖1及圖2中X所示之方向為橫列方向,意指針織物的橫向。圖1及圖2中Y所示之方向為縱行方向,意指針織物的縱向。
又,基布的硬挺度較佳係在橫列方向為10~15mm,在縱行方向為10~18mm,更佳係在橫列方向為10~13mm,在縱行方向為10~15mm。再者,硬挺度之測
定方法係藉由JIS L 1096:201045°懸臂法。
編布較佳係50%模數(50%伸長時荷重)在橫列方向為2~12N/5cm,在縱行方向係50%模數為2~12N/5cm,更佳係在橫列方向為2~8N/5cm,在縱行方向係50%模數為2~12N/5cm。再者,模數之測定方法係依照JIS L 1018:1999。在橫列方向或縱行方向若為比2N/5cm低之50%模數,則於塗佈膏體之際,有編布伸長而黏著劑滲入網目之虞。又,編布的50%模數若在橫列方向高於8N/5cm或在縱行方向高於12N/5cm,則伸縮性差,應用於彎曲部時,有變難以追隨皮膚的伸張之情況。
再者,若使用厚度0.55~0.8mm左右的厚基布,則有更抑制膏體層中所含有的成分往基布的背側滲出之傾向。又,若使用厚度0.4~0.65mm左右之薄基布,則在貼附時與皮膚的高低差變小,使用中剝落者少,對衣服的穿脫等之日常生活的影響亦少。
膏體液(用於形成膏體層的組成物)係含有生理活性物質、水溶性聚合物、甘油及水。
作為生理活性物質,只要是具有經皮吸收性,在生物體內顯示藥理活性者即可,例如可舉出聯苯乙酸(felbinac)、氟吡洛芬(flurbiprofen)、戴克菲那(dicolfenac)、戴克菲那鈉、水楊酸甲酯、水楊酸乙二醇酯、吲哚美辛(indomethacin)、克特普芬(ketoprofen)、普羅芬(ibuprofen)等之非類固醇系抗炎症劑或此等之酯、苯海拉明(diphenhydramine)、氯芬尼拉明(
chlopheniramine)等之抗組織胺劑、阿司匹林、乙醯胺酚、普羅芬、環氧洛芬鈉(loxoprofen sodium)等之鎖痛劑、利度卡因、待布卡因(lidocaine)等之局部麻醉劑、氯化琥珀膽鹼等之肌肉鬆弛劑、克黴唑(clotrimazole)等之抗真菌劑、氯壓定(clonidine)等之降壓劑、硝化甘油、硝酸異山梨醇酯等之血管擴張劑、維生素A、維生素E(生育酚)、生育酚乙酸酯、維生素K、維生素B、核黃素丁酸酯等之維生素類、前列腺素類、東莨菪碱、芬太尼(fentanyl)、l-薄荷醇、辣椒萃取物、壬酸香草醯胺等。
膏體液含有水溶性聚合物,此水溶性聚合物意指具有親水性基的高分子。作為親水性基,例如可舉出羥基、羧基、胺基等。藉由含有水溶性聚合物,可更長時間保持泥罨劑中的水分。
作為水溶性聚合物,較佳為包含聚丙烯酸或聚丙烯酸中和物(亦將此等稱為「水溶性丙烯酸聚合物」)。由於膏體層含有聚丙烯酸或其中和物,可得到具備附著性更優異的膏體層之泥罨劑。
水溶性丙烯酸聚合物係將具有發揮水溶性之官能基(親水性基)的含丙烯醯基之化合物予以聚合而得之聚合物,藉由在膏體層中同時含有水,而發揮附著性。水溶性丙烯酸聚合物例如係將聚丙烯酸或中和物、具有親水性基的丙烯酸酯或具有親水性基的丙烯酸醯胺等之具有丙烯醯基的化合物予以聚合而得之聚合物。又,水溶性丙烯酸聚合物係可為由具有1種的丙烯醯基之化合物所得之
均聚物,也可為由具有2種以上的丙烯醯基之化合物所得之共聚物。
親水性基係可為陽離子性親水性基、陰離子性親水性基、非離子性親水性基中的任一者。作為陽離子性親水性基,可舉出四級銨基,作為陰離子性親水性基,可舉出羧基、磺基、磷酸基,作為非離子性親水性基,可舉出羥基、胺基。
含有聚丙烯酸作為水溶性聚合物時,其含量以膏體層的全部質量基準,較佳調整成為1~5質量%,更佳為調整成為2~6質量%。藉由使水溶性聚合物之含量成為1質量%以上,有膏體層的成型性及保型性進一步升高之傾向,藉由使聚丙烯酸之含量成為5質量%以下,有膏體層的硬度不易變高,對皮膚的密著性更高之傾向。
聚丙烯酸中和物係可為聚丙烯酸完全中和物,也可為聚丙烯酸部分中和物,亦可為此等之混合物。作為聚丙烯酸中和物,可舉出聚丙烯酸鹽,例如可使用鈉鹽、鉀鹽、鈣鹽、銨鹽等。
作為聚丙烯酸中和物,從初期的附著力、隨著時間經過的附著力亦高來看,較佳為聚丙烯酸部分中和物。聚丙烯酸部分中和物係在1個聚合物鏈中,來自丙烯酸的構造單位與來自丙烯酸鹽的構造單位以任意之比例存在者。作為聚丙烯酸部分中和物,較佳為使用在1個聚合物鏈中的羧基之中,20~80莫耳%經中和者。
含有聚丙烯酸中和物作為水溶性聚合物時,
其含量以膏體層之全部質量基準,較佳調整成為1~6質量%,更佳為調整成為2~6質量%。藉由使用聚丙烯酸中和物之含量成為1質量%以上,變充分得到聚丙烯酸中和物之附著力,藉由使聚丙烯酸中和物之含量成為6質量%以下,膏體層的成型性及保型性升高。再者,作為水溶性聚合物,併用聚丙烯酸與聚丙烯酸中和物(較佳為聚丙烯酸部分中和物)時,各自的適宜含量亦如上述。
於具有親水性基的丙烯酸酯中,丙烯酸酯部分較佳為丙烯酸烷酯。此烷基部分較佳為碳數1~10的烷基,更佳為碳數1~8的烷基。於具有親水性基的丙烯酸酯中,親水性基較佳為存在於此烷基部分。
作為水溶性聚合物,除了水溶性丙烯酸聚合物以外,還可包含例如明膠、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯啶酮、海藻酸鈉、羥丙基纖維素、羧甲基纖維素鈉(羧基甲基纖維素鈉)、甲基纖維素、鹿角菜膠、葡甘露聚糖、洋菜、瓜爾膠、黃原膠、結蘭膠、果膠、刺槐豆膠。此等係可單獨使用1種,也可組合2種以上使用。作為水溶性聚合物,較佳為羧甲基纖維素鈉、明膠或聚乙烯基醇。再者,此等亦可與水溶性丙烯酸聚合物組合使用。
作為水溶性聚合物,包含水溶性丙烯酸聚合物以外的水溶性聚合物時,其含量以膏體層的全部質量基準,較佳調整成為3~18質量%,更佳為調整成為3~10質量%。水溶性聚合物之含量若為3質量%以上,則膏體層的內聚力有變高之傾向,若為10質量%以下,則膏體
層中所含有的生理活性物質有容易均勻分散之傾向。
甘油之含量以膏體層的全部質量基準,較佳調整成為5~50質量%,更佳為調整成為7~25質量%,尤佳為調整成為10~20質量%。
藉由含有甘油,膏體層變更軟,泥罨劑的附著性有進一步提高之傾向。甘油之含量若為5質量%以上,則在使用泥罨劑的期間,可更延緩膏體層的乾燥,容易更長時間維持泥罨劑的附著力。又,甘油之含量若為50質量%以下,則甘油難以自膏體層分離,膏體層之表面變更難以發黏。
膏體液係藉由含有水,而生理活性物質的皮膚穿透性升高,生理活性物質的藥理作用係更有效果地發揮。
水之含量以膏體液的全部質量基準,較佳為10~90質量%,更佳為15~88質量%,尤佳為18~85質量%。
膏體液較佳為含有丙烯酸甲酯‧丙烯酸2-乙基己酯共聚物樹脂。以往的泥罨劑若膏體層的重量小,則水含量容易降低,附著力容易降低。然而,由於膏體層含有丙烯酸甲酯‧丙烯酸2-乙基己酯共聚物樹脂,即使膏體層之質量比較小時,也有在長時間經過後亦容易維持充分的附著力之傾向。
作為丙烯酸甲酯‧丙烯酸2-乙基己酯共聚物樹脂,較佳為使用水作為介質的水性乳液。作為丙烯酸甲
酯‧丙烯酸2-乙基己酯共聚物樹脂乳液,較佳為使用聚氧乙烯壬基苯基醚作為界面活性劑或保護膠體之乳液。又,經由介質之沸點以上的加熱(例如在105℃ 3小時)後的蒸發殘留物(不揮發分)較佳為57~61%。作為如此的乳液,可舉出Nikazol TS-620(商品名,日本碳化物工業股份有限公司製)。依照醫藥品添加物規格(2013年),將Nikazol TS-620在水浴上蒸發乾固後,於105℃乾燥3小時的時候,蒸發殘留物之量為57~61%。
於膏體液中,作為其他成分,可更添加其他的藥劑、溶解輔助劑、交聯劑、保濕劑、清涼化劑、安定化劑、無機粉體、著色料、著香料、pH調整劑等。
又,上述組成物亦可包含玫瑰果萃取物、橙萃取物、橙汁、覆盆子萃取物、獼猴桃萃取物、黃瓜萃取物、梔子萃取物、葡萄柚萃取物、山植萃取物、花椒萃取物、山楂萃取物、杜松萃取物、大棗萃取物、杜克萃取物、番茄萃取物、葡萄萃取物、絲瓜萃取物、酸橙汁、蘋果萃取物、蘋果汁、檸檬萃取物、檸檬汁等之來自水果的成分、水溶性胎盤萃取物、尿囊素、卵磷脂、胺基酸類、麴酸、蛋白質、糖類、激素類、胎盤萃取物、來自蘆薈及甘草等之各種生藥材的萃取成分、當歸萃取物、鱷梨萃取物、繡球花萃取物、蜀葵根萃取物、山金車花萃取物、銀杏萃取物、茴香萃取物、薑黃萃取物、烏龍茶萃取物、黃芩萃取物、樹皮萃取物、大麥萃取物、荷蘭芥末萃取物、海藻萃取物、水解彈性蛋白、水解小麥粉、水解蠶絲、洋

作為溶解輔助劑,只要是能溶解藥物者,則沒有特別的限制,例如可舉出克羅米通(crotamiton);N-甲基吡咯啶酮;聚乙二醇(PEG)、聚丁二醇等之聚烷二醇;肉豆蔻酸異丙酯、己二酸二乙酯等之脂肪酸酯;單
硬脂酸聚乙二醇酯等之氧化烯脂肪酸酯;聚氧化烯山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯等之脂肪酸酯;聚氧乙烯硬化蓖麻油;聚山梨酸酯80等之界面活性劑。此等之溶解輔助劑係可單獨使用1種,也可組合2種以上使用。溶解輔助劑之含量以膏體層的全部質量基準,較佳調整成為0.1~10質量%。
作為保濕劑,只要是可抑制水分隨著時間經過自膏體層之蒸發,則沒有特別的限制。作為保濕劑,例如可舉出山梨糖醇、乙二醇、丙二醇、聚乙二醇、流動石蠟、1,3-丙二醇、1,4-丁二醇等之多元醇。此等之保濕劑係可單獨使用1種,也可組合2種以上使用。保濕劑之含量以膏體層的全部質量基準,較佳為調成為3~70質量%。
作為清涼化劑,例如可舉出百里香酚、l-薄荷醇、dl-薄荷醇、l-異蒲勒醇(l-isopulegol)、薄荷油等,較佳為使用l-薄荷醇。清涼化劑之含量以膏體層的全部質量基準,較佳調整成為0.5~3質量%。
作為安定化劑,例如可舉出二苯甲酮、二丁基羥基甲苯(BHT)、乙二胺四乙酸鈉、UV吸收劑(例如二苯甲醯基甲烷衍生物)等。安定化劑之含量以膏體層的全部質量基準,較佳調整成為0.01~3質量%。
作為交聯劑、無機粉體、著色料、香味料及pH調整劑,可使用泥罨劑中一般使用者。
膏體液之黏度較佳為50~90Pa‧s(50000~90000cP),更佳為52~85Pa‧s(52000~85000cP)。膏
體液之黏度若為50Pa‧s(50000cP)以上,則在基布上展延膏體液之際,有膏體液的成分變難以滲出基布之傾向,若為90Pa‧S(90000cP)以下,則基於可確保充分的流動性之點,變容易在基布上展延膏體液。
膏體液之黏度係藉由變更生理活性物質、水溶性聚合物、甘油或水之含量,而本業者可調整至所欲之值。
用於形成膏體層的組成物之儲存彈性模數,係在基布上展延組成物時,較佳為500~10000Pa,更佳為600~9500Pa。用於形成膏體層的組成物之損失彈性模數,係在基布上展延組成物時,較佳為500~8500Pa,更佳為600~8300Pa。又,從另一方面來看,用於形成膏體層的組成物之損失正切(tan δ),係在基布上展現組成物時,較佳為0.7~1.0,更佳為0.8~1.0。再者,上述值皆為在頻率1Hz、32℃所測定之值。
特別地,當基布之伸長回復率為80~98%時,組成物之損失正切較佳為0.75~1.0,更佳為0.8~1.0。又,當基布之硬挺度為10~18mm時,組成物之損失正切較佳為0.75~1.0,更佳為0.8~1.0。當基布之50%模數的橫列方向/縱行方向之比(相對於在橫列方向的50%模數,在縱行方向的50%模數之值)為0.8~1.2時,組成物之損失正切較佳為0.75~1.0,更佳為0.8~1.0。
膏體液之tan δ值係可藉由變更生理活性物質、水溶性聚合物、甘油或水之含量,而本業者可調整至
所欲之值。為了調整膏體液之tan δ值,變更水溶性聚合物之含量者係更有效果的。又,由於膏體液之tan δ值係有如後述隨著時間經過而減少之傾向,故藉由調整從調製膏體液後到在基布上展延為止之時間,可將在基布上展延時的tan δ值調整至所欲之值。此時,例如於從膏體液之調製到在基布上展延為止需要一定的時間時,可配合泥罨劑的製造現場的情況,預先增多膏體液中的水之含量。
泥罨劑亦可具有剝離襯裏。剝離襯裏係對於膏體層,在與基布相反側之面上層合。若具備剝離襯裏,則在保管時,可抑制膏體層的水含量降低,有能減低灰塵等對於膏體層之附著的傾向。
作為剝離襯裏之原料,並沒有特別的限定,可使用本業者中一般已知的襯裏。作為剝離襯裏之原料,例如可舉出聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯、紙,可單獨使用1種,也可組合2種以上使用。
泥罨劑亦可在囊袋(pouch)之內部保管。藉由在囊袋之內部保管,可抑制膏體層的水含量之降低,可減低灰塵等對於膏體層等之附著。
膏體層之質量例如較佳為300g/m2以上,更佳為400g/m2以上。又,膏體層之質量例如較佳為750g/m2以下。特別合適的膏體層之質量為400~450g/m2,藉由成為上述範圍,適合感良好,可更長期間維持附著性。膏體層之質量只要是上述範圍,則可減少泥罨劑全體的厚度,容易追隨皮膚,由於在貼附時與周緣部的高低差變小,有
難以剝離之傾向。
舉出實施例及比較例為例,更詳細地說明本發明。
於本實施例中,使用基布A、B及C。
測定將基布A~C對於線圈(stitch)在橫列方向或縱行方向中伸展時的應力。即,將基布對於橫列方向或縱行方向,僅伸展至成為特定的模數為止之距離時,測定施加於基布的應力。再者,所謂的「伸長」,例如就是當記載為「測定開始點」時,意指完全未伸展之狀態的基布,當記載為「10%模數」時,意指以應變成為10%之方式,將基布自測定開始點起在橫列方向或縱行方向中伸展之狀態。
表1顯示結果。再者,表1中之數字係意指應力的測定值(單位:N)。
測定將基布A、B及C對於線圈在橫列方向或縱行方向中伸展時的伸長回復率(%)、硬挺度(mm)、50%模數(N/5cm)。伸長回復率、硬挺度之測定方法係依照JIS L 1096:2010中記載之方法測定。
表2中顯示結果。
依照表3中記載之組成,調製實施例1之膏體液。再者,表3中之數字係意指質量份,作為其他的成分。
使用實施例1的膏體液作為試料,藉由以下之條件測定損失彈性模數及儲存彈性模數,算出損失正切(tan δ值)。
裝置:旋轉式流變計(Rheometric Scientific F.E股份有限公司製)
試料部:直徑25mm的平行平板
間隙間隔:7mm
試料量:2~3g
溫度:32℃
頻率:1Hz
應變:1%
表4中記載自藉由動態黏彈性試驗所得之儲存彈性模數及損失彈性模數之值,算出損失正切(tan δ值)之結果。表4中記載的「時間」,就是意指自調製膏體液後到進行動態黏彈性試驗為止所經過的時間。隨著時間經過,實施例1之膏體液的損失正切(tan δ值)係徐徐降低。於各時間經過後,進行對基布的展延,結果在tan δ值成為0.75以上時,可均勻地塗佈膏體液。
依照表5中記載之組成,調製實施例2~4及比較例1~2之膏體液。再者,表5中之數字係意指質量份。
對於所得之實施例2~4及比較例1~2的膏體液,進行黏度測定及動態黏彈性測定。再者,黏度測定係於膏體液的調製後立即進行,動態黏彈性測定係於自膏體液的調製起2.5小時後及1個月後進行。
表6中顯示結果。藉由增加聚丙烯酸部分中和物之含量,膏體液之黏度變高,動態黏彈性測定中的tan δ值減少。
在基布B或C上各自展延實施例1或比較例1之膏體液,調製泥罨劑。
對於所得之泥罨劑的基布,以手指接觸與膏體層相接之面相反側的面時,以液體是否附著於試驗者之手指,是否感覺發黏來評價。再者,對於評價結果,將感覺發黏時記載為「×」,將無感覺發黏時記載為「○」。
表7中顯示結果。相對於使用比較例1之膏體液時觀察到滲出者,使用實施例1之膏體液時無觀察到滲出。
在基布A~C上各自展延實施例1或比較例2之膏體液,調製泥罨劑。將所得之泥罨劑在被驗者15名之肘部或腰部左右之皮膚上各貼附1片,目視評價自貼附起8小時後及24小時後的泥罨劑之剝離狀態。再者,評價係自貼附起8小時後或24小時後,以泥罨劑自皮膚剝離的面積相對於貼附時接觸皮膚的面積之比例為基礎,依照表8中記載之評價基準進行。
表9中顯示結果。由實施例1之膏體液所調製的泥罨劑,係即使自貼附起24小時後,也顯示優異的附著力。另一方面,比較例2之膏體液係黏度高,無法在基布上均勻地展延。
又,對於實施例2~4、比較例1~2之膏體液亦同樣地,使用基布A、B及C來調製泥罨劑,進行滲出試驗及附著試驗。
表10中顯示結果。若使用比較例1之膏體液,則在展延時觀察到往基布的背側之滲出,均勻地展延亦困難。另一方面,若使用比較例2之膏體液,雖然未看到往基布的背側之滲出,但黏性高,均勻地展延為困難。相對於其,使用實施例2~4之膏體液時,可在基布上均
勻地展延,抑制滲出,而且附著試驗之結果亦良好。
又,於實施例1~4中,代替克特普芬,調製使用聯苯乙酸、戴克菲那鈉、水楊酸甲酯、水楊酸乙二醇酯、吲哚美辛、環氧洛芬鈉、苯海拉明、利度卡因或芬太尼的實施例5~40之膏體液(將實施例1~4的克特普芬換成聯苯乙酸者係實施例5~8,實施例9~40係對應於生理活性物質之記載順序),製造泥罨劑。對於所得之泥罨劑,進行滲出試驗及附著試驗,結果任一泥罨劑皆顯示良好的結果。
再者,於實施例1~4之組成中,代替明膠,調製含有洋菜、葡甘露聚糖、果膠或鹿角菜膠的膏體液(將實施例1~4的明膠換成洋菜者係實施例41~44,實施例45~56係對應於水溶性聚合物之記載順序),製造各自的泥罨劑。對於所得之泥罨劑,進行滲出試驗及附著試驗,結果任一泥罨劑皆顯示良好的結果。
Claims (8)
- 一種方法,其係在基布上具備膏體層的泥罨劑之製造方法,其包含將含有生理活性物質、水溶性聚合物、甘油及水之組成物塗佈於前述基布上,而形成膏體層之步驟,塗佈於前述基布上的時間點之前述組成物在1Hz的動態黏彈性測定中之損失正切為0.75~1。
- 如請求項1之方法,其中前述基布係編布,該編布的伸長回復率係在橫列方向為73~98%,在縱行方向為83~98%。
- 如請求項1或2之方法,其中前述基布係編布,該編布的硬挺度係在橫列方向為10~15mm,在縱行方向為10~18mm。
- 如請求項1~3中任一項之方法,其中前述基布係編布,於該編布中,在縱行方向的50%模數相對於在橫列方向的50%模數之值為0.8~1.2。
- 如請求項1~4中任一項之方法,其中前述水溶性聚合物含有聚丙烯酸或聚丙烯酸中和物。
- 如請求項1~5中任一項之方法,其中前述組成物含有丙烯酸甲酯‧丙烯酸2-乙基己酯共聚物樹脂。
- 如請求項1~6中任一項之方法,其中以前述膏體 層的全部質量基準,前述水溶性聚合物之含量為3~18質量%。
- 一種泥罨劑,其係藉由如請求項1~7中任一項之方法所得。
