Abstract
本發明是關於一種設有結構柱與連續結構雙梁的輕鋼屋架,包括連續結構雙梁、結構柱以及固定部件。本發明的屋架中的結構柱與連續結構雙梁交叉結合,該結合處的結構柱與連續結構雙梁保持不截斷或不間斷。本發明中的屋架與屋架間的連接也採用連續梁與結構柱通過交疊結合,梁與柱在結合處也不截斷或不間斷。本發明的結構更加合理,屋架結構的支撐更加穩定,輕鋼屋架的各種支撐件的接合工藝更加簡化,消除了屋架安裝過程中的誤差積累,增強了屋架的結構強度,進而更加適於實用。
Description
本發明涉及一種輕鋼建築中使用的屋架,特別是涉及一種設有連續結構梁的輕鋼屋架。
輕鋼屋架的結構和構造作法對輕鋼建築的品質和施工有很大的影響。輕鋼屋架的主要支撐構件,如結構梁和結構柱,一般由鋼板經冷彎成型。冷彎型鋼的同一截面各部分的厚度都相同,截面各轉角處呈圓弧形。另外,熱軋小截面型鋼如角鋼、管鋼、槽鋼、扁鋼和圓鋼等組成的構件,或與冷彎薄壁型鋼組成的構件,亦常用作輕鋼結構的支撐構件,如檁條連接件、桁架斜撐等。
但是,使用輕鋼屋架的輕鋼建築,無論在建築設計、結構設計,還是在製作安裝技術方面,還有很大的改進之處。目前使用的輕鋼屋架在現場進行組裝時,結構梁、結構柱、檁條等一般採用對接方式(如固接或鉸接)進行連接。由於目前這種結構的輕鋼屋架中使用了大量的結構梁、結構柱、檁條等,這種對接方式造成結合工藝複雜,同時產生嚴重的誤差積累。因此,現有技術中使用的這種結構的屋架在實際使用時產生很多缺陷。
為了克服上述技術缺陷,本發明人於2009年8月20日向國家知識產提交的專利號為200920171128.9、名稱為 “設有連續雙梁結構的輕鋼屋架”的實用新型專利。該專利解決了以下技術問題,即簡化了現場安裝工藝,避免了現場安裝過程中的誤差積累。但是,在實際使用中,本發明人發現該發明也存在一些缺陷,比如連續梁或結構柱的結構或安裝方式給後續房屋的建設、裝修造成一些不方便之處,梁與柱之間結合處的強度問題,以及結構梁和結構柱本身的強度也有進一步改進之處。
另外,本發明人於2010年6月30日提交的專利號為201010216616.4的發明專利「設有加強部件的方形輕鋼構件」,對結構柱的一些結構進行了創新設計和改進。該發明的全部內容整體引入,作為本發明的一部分內容。
有鑒於上述現有的輕鋼屋架存在的缺陷,本發明人在現有技術基礎上,通過對結構梁、結構柱的結構進行重新設計,改進其連接方式,從而改進現有輕鋼屋架的不足之處,使其更具有實用性。經過不斷的研究、設計,並經反覆試作樣品及改進後,終於創設出確具實用價值的本發明。
本發明的主要目的在於,克服現有的輕鋼屋架存在的缺陷,而提供一種新型結構的設有連續結構梁的輕鋼屋架,所要解決的技術問題是使其結構更加合理,抗壓和抗扭曲更好,從而使其抗震性能更加優良。
本發明的另一目的在於,提供一種設有連續結構梁的輕鋼屋架,所要解決的技術問題是通過對結構梁、結構柱、斜撐等部件的結構進行改進設計,從而使得結構梁、結構柱、斜撐等部件的強度更趨合理。
本發明的再一目的在於,通過對連續結構梁結構的改進,以及連續結構梁組合的改進和連續結構梁和結構柱之間連接方式的改變,從而提高本發明輕鋼屋架的實用性,使得本發明具有更廣泛的應用。
本發明的目的及解決其技術問題是採用以下技術方案來實現的。
依據本發明提出的一種設有連續結構梁的輕鋼屋架,其包括結構柱和連續結構梁,以及固定連接結構柱與連續結構梁的固定部件,其中所述的連續結構梁和所述結構柱在結合處是連續的,且不截斷和不間斷。
本發明的目的及解決其技術問題還可採用以下技術措施進一步實現。
前述的設有連續結構梁的輕鋼屋架,其中所述的結構柱為開口矩形柱或方形柱,所述的連續結構梁進一步為連續結構雙梁,所述的連續結構雙梁由結構相同或不同的單梁組合而成,,所述的連續結構雙梁通過固定部件和所述的結構柱固定連接,分別設於結構柱的兩側。
前述的設有連續結構梁的輕鋼屋架,其中所述的連續結構梁的結構為L形、U形、C形、Z形。
前述的設有連續結構梁的輕鋼屋架,其中所述的連續結構梁進一步為嵌入式連續結構梁。
前述的設有連續結構梁的輕鋼屋架,其中所述的嵌入式連續結構梁的上下緣於所述結構柱兩邊線以內處切除嵌入,所述的連續結構梁的腹板和所述的結構柱貼合,並通過固定部件將所述結構柱與所述連續結構梁固定連接。
前述的設有連續結構梁的輕鋼屋架,其中所述的連續結構梁和結構柱之間進一步設有用於加強支撐的斜撐。
前述的設有連續結構梁的輕鋼屋架,其中所述的結構柱和/或所述的斜撐的結構為一定厚度的鋼板一體冷彎成型的方形或矩形結構,該方形或矩形結構的三面封閉,一面設有開口。
前述的設有連續結構梁的輕鋼屋架,其中所述的開口的寬度不超過該面總寬度的三分之一,所述開口的端部進一步設有卷邊。
前述的設有連續結構梁的輕鋼屋架,其中所述的結構柱、斜撐的內部空腔進一步填充混凝土或水泥砂漿。
前述的設有連續結構梁的輕鋼屋架,其中所述的連續結構雙梁之間或所述的嵌入式連續結構雙梁之間填充有混凝土或水泥砂漿。
前述的設有連續結構梁的輕鋼屋架,其中所述的連續結構梁、結構柱和斜撐的彼此連接處,以及所述連續結構梁的外側設有外加補強結構。 前述的設有連續結構梁的輕鋼屋架,其中所述的外加補強結構為金屬製成的冷彎或熱軋的L形、C形、U形或平板部件。
前述的設有連續結構梁的輕鋼屋架,所述的固定部件的周邊進一步設有焊接或鉚接的鋼板以增厚補強。
經由上述可知,本發明是關於一種設有連續結構梁的輕鋼屋架,包括連續結構雙梁、結構柱以及固定部件。本發明的屋架中的結構柱與連續結構雙梁交叉結合,結合處樑柱不截斷或不間斷,屋架與屋架間的連接也採用連續梁與結構柱通過交叉結合,梁與柱結合處的也不截斷或不間斷。本發明的結構更加合理,屋架結構的支撐更加穩定,輕鋼屋架的各種支撐件的接合工藝更加簡化,消除了屋架安裝過程中的誤差積累,增強了屋架的結構強度,進而更加適於實用。
其中, 「連續結構梁」的含義是指結構柱與結構梁交叉結合處的結構梁和結構柱不截斷或不間斷,以及屋架與屋架間的連接也採用連續梁與結構柱通過交叉結合,結合處的結構梁和結構柱也不截斷或不間斷。而現有技術則是在結構梁和結構柱交叉結合的地方,將梁或柱截斷。
「嵌入式連續結構梁」的含義是指形狀為L形、U形、C形、Z形的連續結構梁和方形或矩形結構柱交叉結合時,在結合處將連續結構梁的上下緣於柱兩邊線以內處切除嵌入,所述連續結構梁的腹板和結構柱貼合,從而實現結構梁的不間斷或不截斷。
在一實施例中,本發明提供的設有連續結構梁的輕鋼屋架,所述的連續結構雙梁將結構柱夾住,並通過緊鎖件將結構柱定位於連續雙結構梁之間。
在一實施例中,所述的結構柱與斜撐進一步為開口矩形柱或方形柱, 矩形柱的三面封閉,一面設置開口並於開口端部形成內彎卷邊。
在一實施例中,所述的連續結構雙梁進一步為嵌入式連續雙梁,所述的嵌入式連續結構雙梁的上下緣於柱兩邊線以內處切除, 連續結構雙梁將結構柱夾住,並通過緊鎖件將結構柱與連續雙結構梁接合。
在一實施例中,所述的緊鎖件為螺栓或自攻螺絲。
在一實施例中,所述的嵌入式連續結構雙梁為冷灣成形鋼或熱劄鋼,形狀為L形、U形、Z形、C形,雙梁的構型或結構可以是相同或不同的,即可以是L形或U形、Z形、C形的組合,亦可以是其他形式的組合。
在一實施例中,所述的嵌入式連續結構雙梁之間設置防火隔板。 在一實施例中,進一步於連續結構雙梁中間及結構柱、斜撐中間灌注水泥沙漿或混凝土泥漿。
在一實施例中,進一步於連續結構雙梁外側增設補強構件。所述補強構件為冷灣成形鋼或熱劄鋼 ,形狀為U形、L形或鋼板。
在一實施例中,連續結構梁和結構柱、斜撐交接並固定連接時,採用螺釘、螺栓的方式。進一步的,在螺栓孔週邊以外加鋼板固定于原構件(結構梁或斜撐)鋼板補強。外加鋼板固定于原構件鋼板採用焊接或卯接。
借由上述技術方案,本發明設有連續結構梁的輕鋼屋架至少具有下列優點:
第一,本發明設有連續結構梁的輕鋼屋架中採用的結構柱可以為開口矩形柱或方形柱的結構,其具有以下優點:(1)開口矩形柱或方形柱的結構柱的一面設有開口,且開口處收邊彎折。這種結構不僅有利於加強開口兩翼材料的側向約束,有利於增強結構柱的抗壓力及抗彎矩,而且也便於加強部件和方形主體結構的連接;(2)結構柱設有開口的一面間隔一定距離設有加強部件,該加強部件由鋼板或其它強度和韌性好的材料製成,有利於增強方形輕鋼構件的抗彎矩和抗壓力及抗挫屈力;(3)結構柱可以根據結構力學計算決定是否在完成框架搭建完成後加入混凝土或水泥砂漿,從而使其性能具有更大的可操作性,適用範圍和場合更加廣泛;(4)結構柱其與梁或其它構件接合時, 其一面的開口有助於工具及螺栓得以伸入並旋緊。
第二,本發明設有連續結構梁的輕鋼屋架中採用的結構梁的形狀可以是嵌入式的,梁的形狀或結構採用本發明特別設計的形狀,如L形、U形、Z形、C形,其具有以下優點:(1)本發明的現場接合工藝簡化;(2)本發明在現場接合時不會產生誤差積累的問題;(3)本發明設有連續結構梁的輕鋼屋架,通過雙結構梁夾住結構柱,在配置高密度結構柱情況下,使得結構梁和結構柱的接合可以向結構梁的弱軸一側提供約束力,從而增強了結構梁的抵抗力;(4)嵌入式連續結構梁和結構柱的外側接近平齊,從而使得牆體的裝修更容易,同時通過在嵌入式連續結構梁之間加設防火隔板(fire stop),既可以實現防火的功能,又可以作為灌漿(水泥漿、混凝土等類似物質)的範本。
第三,本發明設有連續結構梁的輕鋼屋架中,其中結構柱、斜撐的內部空腔填充有混凝土或水泥砂漿,嵌入式連續結構梁的內部空腔或所述的嵌入式連續結構梁之間的空腔內填充有混凝土或水泥砂漿。這種填滿間隙的結構增強了結構梁的穩定性,提高了結構柱的強度,並形成對整個輕鋼屋架的整體約束,減少了整體屋架的位移。
第四,本發明通過對結構梁內增設補強結構,從而加強了螺栓節點鋼板的承受力,同時將受力點分散至其他構件。
第五,本發明通過對連續結構梁、結構柱和斜撐的彼此連接處設置補強結構,增加了固定連接件如螺栓節點鋼板承受力。
綜上所述,本發明特殊結構的設有連續結構梁的輕鋼屋架,其具有上述諸多的優點及實用價值,並在同類產品中未見有類似的結構設計公開發表或使用而確屬創新,其不論在產品的結構或功能上皆有較大的改進,在技術上有較大的進步,並產生了好用及實用的效果,且較現有的輕鋼屋架具有增進的多項功效,從而更加適於實用,而具有產業的廣泛利用價值,誠為一新穎、進步、實用的新設計。
上述說明僅是本發明技術方案的概述,為了能夠更清楚瞭解本發明的技術手段,並可依照說明書的內容予以實施,以下以本發明的較佳實施例並配合附圖詳細說明如後。
為更進一步闡述本發明為達成預定發明目的所採取的技術手段及功效,以下結合附圖及較佳實施例,對依據本發明提出的設有連續結構梁的輕鋼屋架其具體實施方式、結構、特徵及其功效,詳細說明如下。
請參閱圖1所示,嵌入式結構梁11和結構柱10交叉處的上下緣被除去,結構梁和結構柱通過螺栓30或自攻螺絲29固定連接。圖1顯示的本發明中結構梁和結構柱優選的固定連接方式。
圖2A和2B分別顯示了開口矩形或方形的結構柱、斜撐的截面示意圖及其灌漿後的示意圖。標號24顯示的是方形結構柱或斜撐。標號25顯示的是矩形結構柱或斜撐。
圖3顯示的是本發明優選實施例採用的連續結構梁的結構示意圖,包括L形20、C形23、Z形22和U形21。
圖4中顯示的本發明優選外側增設補強結構包括冷灣成形鋼或熱劄鋼,形狀為U形26、L形27或鋼板28。
圖5A顯示的雙梁結構中的一個梁為嵌入式連續結構梁,圖5B顯示的是非嵌入式連續結構雙梁,而圖5C顯示的是嵌入式連續結構雙梁。
圖6A、6B、6C和6D顯示出的是本發明輕鋼屋架中不同結構連續梁和結構柱的結合方式示意圖。
圖8B、8C和8D中所示的防火隔板41優選為鋼板。圖9A、9B和9C中所示的灌漿的漿料50可以是任何適合用於輕鋼建築的水泥砂漿或混凝土等。
本領域普通技術人員可以理解,圖5A、5B和5C,以及圖6A、6B、6C和6D中示出的不同形狀或結構的連續結構梁之間可以根據需要任意組合成連續結構雙梁。上述圖示並不構成對連續結構雙梁的形狀或其組合的限制。
請參閱圖12、13和14,其顯示的是本發明中連續結構梁外側增設補強結構26。從圖中可以看出,外側增設補強結構26設置在結構梁外側。補強結構可以是冷灣成形鋼或熱劄鋼,形狀為U形26、L形27或鋼板28。
圖15和16顯示的是在本發明優選的實例中,連續結構梁和結構柱、或結構柱和斜撐結合處的螺栓孔週邊設置外加鋼板補強結構。該補強結構通過鉚接或焊接的方式設於結合處,從而增強了結合處的抗撕裂性能。
本領域普通技術人員可以理解,連續結構雙梁和結構柱的結合處增設補強結構,以及連續結構雙梁外側增設補強結構,僅是本發明的優選實施例。

Claims (13)
- 一種設有連續結構梁的輕鋼屋架,其特徵在於其包括結構柱和連續結構梁,以及固定連接結構柱與連續結構梁的固定部件,其中所述的連續結構梁和所述結構柱在結合處是連續的,且不截斷和不間斷。
- 如請求項1所述的設有連續結構梁的輕鋼屋架,其中所述的結構柱為開口矩形柱或方形柱,所述的連續結構梁進一步為連續結構雙梁,所述的連續結構雙梁由結構相同或不同的單梁組合而成,所述的連續結構雙梁通過固定部件和所述的結構柱固定連接,分別設於結構柱的兩側。
- 如請求項1所述的設有連續結構梁的輕鋼屋架,其中所述的連續結構梁的結構為L形、U形、C形、Z形。
- 如請求項1或2或3所述的設有連續結構梁的輕鋼屋架,其中所述的連續結構梁進一步為嵌入式連續結構梁。
- 如請求項4所述的設有連續結構梁的輕鋼屋架,其中所述的嵌入式連續結構梁的上下緣於所述結構柱兩邊線以內處切除嵌入,所述的連續結構梁的腹板和所述的結構柱貼合,並通過固定部件將所述結構柱與所述連續結構梁固定連接。
- 如請求項1所述的設有連續結構梁的輕鋼屋架,其中所述的連續結構梁和結構柱之間進一步設有用於加強支撐的斜撐。
- 如請求項6所述的設有連續結構梁的輕鋼屋架,其中所述的結構柱和/或所述的斜撐的結構為一定厚度的鋼板一體冷彎成型的方形或矩形結構,該方形或矩形結構的三面封閉,一面設有開口。
- 如請求項7所述的設有連續結構梁的輕鋼屋架,其中所述的開口的寬度不超過該面總寬度的三分之一,所述開口的端部進一步設有卷邊。
- 如請求項7或8所述的設有連續結構梁的輕鋼屋架,其中所述的結構柱、斜撐的內部空腔進一步填充混凝土或水泥砂漿。
- 如請求項1-8任一項所述的設有連續結構梁的輕鋼屋架,其中所述的連續結構雙梁之間或所述的嵌入式連續結構雙梁之間填充有混凝土或水泥砂漿。
- 如請求項1-8中任一項所述的設有連續結構梁的輕鋼屋架,其中所述的連續結構梁、結構柱和斜撐的彼此連接處,以及所述連續結構梁的外側設有外加補強結構。
- 如請求項11所述的設有連續結構梁的輕鋼屋架,其中所述的外加補強結構為金屬製成的冷彎或熱軋的L形、C形、U形或平板部件。
- 如請求項1-8中任一項所述的設有連續結構梁的輕鋼屋架,所述的固定部件的周邊進一步設有焊接或鉚接的鋼板以增厚補強。
