Abstract
Buluş, yapı parçalarının kaplanması için, özellikle bir boyama sisteminde motorlu taşıt kaportası yapı parçalarının kaplanması için bir kaplama yöntemi ile ilgilidir. Buluşa uygun kaplama yöntemi aşağıdaki adımları içerir: Bir aplikasyon cihazının kaplanacak yapı parçası üst yüzeyi üzerinde, önceden belirlenen bir kaplama rayı (1) boyunca hareket etmesi ve bir kaplama malzemesi püskürtmesinin aplikasyon cihazı aracılığıyla yapı parçası üst yüzeyine uygulanması. Kaplama malzemesi püskürtmesi, aplikasyon cihazı yapı parçası üst yüzeyi üzerinde hareket ederken uygulanır. Ayrıca kaplama malzemesi püskürtmesi püskürtme ekseni ile ilgili olarak dönme simetrisinde değildir ve bu nedenle yapı parçası üst yüzeyinde belirli bir boyuna yön (7) ile boyuna bir püskürtme şekli (2) oluşturur. Buluş ayrıca aşağıdaki adımları öngörmektedir: Aplikasyon cihazının hareketi sırasında aplikasyon cihazının püskürtme ekseni çevresinde kaplama rayına (1) doğru, püskürtme şeklinin (2) boyuna yönünün (7) ray enine yönüne (12) olan açı konumunun (?) kaplama rayı (1) boyunca değişeceği şekilde çevrilmesi.
