Description

Предметом изобретени   вл етс  способ сушки пористых материалов, сущность которого заключаетс  в чередовании периодов сушки под вакуумом с периодами нагревани  материала в потоке газа-теплоносител . В результате такого чередовани  значительно ускор етс  врем  сушки пористых материалов, например , сахара-рафинада.The subject of the invention is a method of drying porous materials, the essence of which is the alternation of periods of drying under vacuum with periods of heating of the material in the flow of heat-transfer gas. На чертеже изображена принципиальна  схема устройства дл  осуществлени  предлагае.мого способа сушки.The drawing shows a schematic diagram of an apparatus for carrying out a proposed drying method.

Вакуум-сущильные аппараты 1 трубами 2 соединепы с общей коммуникацией 10, предназначенной дл  отсоса воздуха из аппаратов и создани  в них вакуума при помощи вакуум-иасоса 6. Кроме того эти же аппараты трубами 12 соединены с общей коММуиикацией //, служащей дл  впуска в аппараты нагретого воздуха из калорифера 5.
