- (54) СПОСОБ ТЕПЛОВОЙ ОБРАБОТКИ ПРОДУКТОВ 36 до 10°С, а давление окружающеэй его среды постепенно снижают. Готовый обработанный продукт через выпускное отверстие 14 отвод т с помощью pciликов 15 и 16. Таким образом в конце процесса нагрева электромагнитным полем полу чают по существу одинаковую температуру как наружных, так и внутренни слоев расфасованного продукта. Формула изобретени 1.
