SUBSTANCE: accumulator is additonally provided with inductor 3 with magnetic circuit 4 and tubular electric heater 8 mounted in housing insulation layer and in sleeve under heat exchanger which makes it possible to charge accumulator from electric mains. Sleeve is made of heat-insulating refractory material and is provided with cover 9; heat exchanger 7 and tubular heater 8 are secured on cover 9 by their outlet sections, thus providing for prompt replacement of these parts.
