Изобретение относитс  к текстильной промышленности и касаетс  устройств дл  измерени  длины движущегос  материала. Цель изобретени  - повышение надежности работы устройства. Устройство состоит из приемного и разматывающего механизмов, направителей и измерительных валиков, верхний из которых установлен с возможностью вертикального перемещени . Дл  подъема верхнего валика используетс  механизм, выполненный в виде призмы 13 с размещенной на ней платформой с выступами 12, св занной т гами 14 с направл ющими 3 материала. При повороте платформы выступы 12 упираютс  в ось валика, тем самым отжима  его от нижнего валика. Дл  прохода захватов материала при заправке устройства валики выполнены с кольцевыми пазами. Вращение валиков и отсчет прибора измерени  длины начинаетс  при контакте валиков с материалом. 4 ил.The invention relates to the textile industry and relates to devices for measuring the length of a moving material.
