Abstract
The invention relates to methods for purifying water from cationic surfactants by flotation and can be used in the purification of wastewater from enterprises of the chemical, petroleum, petroleum refining industry, ferrous and nonferrous metallurgy. The aim of the invention is to increase the degree of purification and reduce the volume of flotation foam. In order to carry out the process, a precipitating reagent, which is sodium hexametaphosphate (NAPO 3 ) 6 , is used as a pre-reagent, and the precipitate formed is separated by flotation. The method allows for 99.9% purification with less consumption of a cheaper precipitating reagent, and the volume of flotation foam does not exceed 1-2% of the solution volume. 4 tab.

The invention relates to methods for purifying water, in particular, from cationic surfactants (alkylammonium and alkylpyridinium salts, quaternary ammonium salts, as well as technical preparations ANP-2, cetazol, catamine, etc.) and can be used for enterprises of the chemical, petroleum and petrochemical industries, ferrous and nonferrous metallurgy.
In addition, the proposed method can be used for wastewater treatment of textile and paint and varnish production enterprises, as well as household wastewater.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the degree of purification and reduce the volume of flotation foam.
Example 1. In the chamber of the flotation machine is placed 1 l of solution,
После 2 мин перемешивани раствор подвергают 15-минутной флотационной обработке и анализируют на содержание ЦПИ; Степень флотационного выделени (OQ coc- тавл ёт 99,9%.containing 100 mg of cetylpyridine iodide (CPI) and 100 mg of sodium hexametaphosphate, pH of solution 7. After stirring for 2 min, the solution is subjected to a 15-minute flotation treatment and analyzed for the CPI content; The degree of flotation discharge (OQ coc-tavl is 99.9%.
1,0%.Example 2. The conditions are the same as in Example 1, except: the concentration of pentadecylpyridinium chloride (PDPH) is 100 mg / l, the residual concentration of PDPH is 0.05 mg / l, the foam volume is 1.0%.
0,5%.The sample conditions are the same, except for: the concentration of trimethyl octadecylammonium chloride (TMODAH) is 100 mg / l, the residual concentration is 0.07 mg / l, the volume of foam is 0.5%.
