Abstract

The invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology in the treatment of tubular bone spinal osteomyelitis. In order to shorten the treatment time to 25-28 days, the affected tissues are removed at the location of the spokes, form a cylindrical cavity, fill it with demineralized bone, twisted into a roll with drug impregnation.

Description

1one

The invention relates to medicine, in particular to a method of surgical treatment of tubular bone spoke osteomyelitis, and can be used in traumatology and orthopedics.

The aim of the invention is to reduce the duration of treatment for spoke osteomyelitis.

The method is carried out as follows.

Before surgery, the fistulous duct is stained with methylene blue solution. A soft tissue incision is made with excision of the fistulous passage to the bone. Surgical treatment of the osteomyelitis focus with removal of sequesters, granulations is carried out. A cylindrical bone cavity is formed, which is thoroughly washed with a solution of antibiotics. A thin strip of demineralized bridge is taken in a width equal to the depth of the cavity, and placed in 100 ml of a 10% gelatinol solution containing a daily dose of the antibiotic selected according to the patient's antibioticogram, the amount of the solution is determined by the size of the cavity. The strip is rolled up into a roll whose diameter is equal to the diameter of the bone cavity, the roll is compressed and inserted into the bone cavity, due to the fact that the roll tends to unfold, it is tightly fixed in the bone cavity. Wound in layers infect.

Staphylococcus aureus was sown from the fistula, sensitive to kanamycin (antibiotic). 10/17/83. Operation - surgical treatment of osteomyelitis focus. Alloplasty demineralized bone. Technique of operation. An incision was made along the outer surface of the middle third of the left thigh with excision of the fistulous course. The femoral bone is exposed at the level of the osteomyelitis focus. Surgical treatment of osteomyelitis is performed. It turned out the defeat of one wall of the femur to the bone marrow canal. Sequesters, grunts removed. A cylindrical cavity is formed, thoroughly washed with a solution of antiseptics and surfactants. A cavity was formed in a diameter of 2 cm. A 1.5-cm wide strip of demineralized bone was taken in accordance with the depth of the cavity. Demineralized co-m film: placed in 10% gelatin solution. containing 1.5 g of kanamycinp (suts pe .. dose). The strip turned into a roll, dil-ch-tg which is equal to 2 cm. Rolled up to -, ::;. 1e (O

ОABOUT

The hardened bone was tightly squeezed and inserted into the bone cavity. By being rolled into a roll, the bone tends to unfold, it fills tightly and is fixed in the bone cavity. The wound is sutured in layers. After 12 days, the sutures were removed, the wound healed by primary tension. After 25 days, the patient began work.

Thus, the use of the proposed method in comparison with the known method of treatment of spoke osteomy-10 litas of the tubular bone increases the effectiveness of the treatment, since the demineralized bone is rolled up in the form of a roll and allows you to firmly fill any bone sizes.

A patient in the adhesin solution increases the antimicrobial effect of demineralized bone for a long time and prevents the recurrence of osteomyelitis. The average period of incapacity loss for osteomyelitis is 2.5-3.5 months. The proposed method allows reducing this period to 25-28 days.
