Description

При осмотре определ лась в средней трети бедра на наружной поверхности рана размером 1x1 см с гнойным отдел емым. Рентгенологически определ лась костна  полость размером 7x5 см.On examination, a wound measuring 1x1 cm in size with a purulent discharge was determined in the middle third of the thigh. Произведена была секвестрнекроэкто- ми  правого бедра, сформирован костно- хр щевой трансплантат из крыла подвздошной кости и гомохр ща на питающей мышечной ножке. Трансплантат был помещен на место мышечного лоскута, будучи предварительно изолирован твердой мозговой оболочкой от окружающих тканей. Через 3,5 недели костно-хр щевой лоскут на питающей мышечной ножке выделен,от- сечёна дистальна  ножка и трансплантат введен в полость бедренной кости. Рана зашита наглухо. Результаты операции хорошие. Рециди- ва не отмечалось при динамическом наблюдении за больным в течение б лет. Структура кости полностью восстановлена.The results of the operation are good. Таким образом использование костно- хр щевого трансплантата на питающей мышечной ножке позвол ет закрыть практически любой величины костный дефект . При этом структура кости быстро восстанавливаетс  за счет васкул ризации тренированного сложного лоскута, обеспечива  предупреждение развити  рецидива и патологического перелома.Thus, the use of a bone marrow graft on the nourishing muscle leg allows the closure of almost any bone defect. Формула изобретени  Способ заготовки костного трансплантата на питающей мышечной ножке путем выделени  мышечного лоскута с сохранением питающей ножки, фиксации костного трансплантата к свободному краю мышцы помещени  ее с костным трансплантатом на прежнее, место, до формировани  сосудистых св зей, отличающийс  тем, что, с целью замещени  инфицированных костных дефектов, в качестве трансплантата используют костный аутотрансплантат вместе с аллохр дцом, а после фиксации его к мышце изолируют биологической пленкой.Claims: A method for preparing a bone graft on a nursing muscle leg by isolating a muscle flap, retaining the nursing leg, fixing the bone graft to the free edge of the muscle placed with the bone graft to the former, prior to the formation of vascular connections, characterized in that, in order to replace infected bone defects, bone grafts are used as a graft together with allograft, and after fixing it to the muscle, they are isolated with a biological film.
