Description
Uvedené nedostatky do značnej miery odstraňuje zariadenie na diagnostiku a liečenie nosných ochorení, ktoré obsahuje pozdĺžne ohybné teleso a nafúknuteľnú manžetu, usporiadanú medzi jeho koncami. Na jednom konci je upevnený nafúknuteľný balónik, ktorý je spojený s priechodným kanálom usporiadaným v telese, podľa vynálezu, ktorého podstatou je , že manžeta je usporiadaná na telese pozdĺžne posuvne a je vybavená v nej napevno upevnenou rúrkou na pripojenie nástroja.
Výhodne je rúrka upevnená v manžete na strane protiľahlej nafúknuteľnému balóniku a vybavená dutým, snímateľným, roztiahnuteľným predlžovacím kusom.
Ďalej je výhodné, keď predlžovací kus je vytvorený ako vlnovec.
Takáto konštrukcia zariadenia umožňuje nástroj, napríklad otorinoiaryngofibroskop, ktorý je usporiadaný v rúrke, zaviesť k otvoru jednej z vyšetrovaných dutín a túto dutinu, ktorá môže byť evakuovaná, starostlivo vyšetriť pri súčasnom vytvorení izolovanej dutiny. Tým sa zaisti možnosť topickej diagnostiky sinusitíd bez uskutočnenia punkcie.
Vždy podľa situácie v rúrke môže byť do nej zasadená injekčná striekačka na odsatie patologického obsahu sínusu alebo otorinoiaryngofibroskop.
Vzduch sa odsáva otvorom otorinolaryngofibroskoPri diagnostike sinusitíd sa cez rúrku upevnenú v manžete zavádza otorinoiaryngofibroskop do izolovanej dutiny a vyšetrujú sa otvory sínusu, čím sa zaisti presná topická diagnóza.

Príklady uskutočnenia vynálezu
2θ Uskutočnenie zariadenia na diagnostiku a liečenie nosných ochorení vedľajších nosných dutín, podľa obr. 1, obsahuje pozdĺžne ohybné teleso 1, ktoré je vytvorené z latexu. V tomto telese 1 je usporiadaný priechodný kanál 2, na prívod vzduchu do nafúknuteľného balóni25 ka 3, ktorý je na konci telesa 1. Teleso 1 je armované tyčou, zatiaľ čo na vonkajšej strane medzi koncami telesa 1 je usporiadaná nafúknuteľná manžeta 5, ktorá je spojená s kanálom 6, vybaveným ventilom 7. Kanál 2 má ventil 8. V manžete 5 je upevnená rúrka 9, pričom miesta jej uloženia v manžete sú utesnené, aby sa zabránilo prúdeniu vzduchu z manžety pri jej nafúknutí. Rúrka 9 je vybavená priechodovým kusom 10 pre neznázomenú injekčnú striekačku a zátkou 11.
Opísané zariadenie sa môže používať na liečenie sinusitidy nasledovne. Po vhodnom spôsobe uskutočnenia anestézie a anemizácie sa vyčistia nosné dutiny vysmrkaním. Pozdĺž dolnej časti spoločnej nosnej dutiny sa zavádza teleso 1 do priestoru nosohltanu tým koncom, na ktorom je usporiadaný nafúknuteľný balónik 3, až dosiahne k nosným otvorom (choane). Potom sa zavádza manžeta 5, pomocou jej posunutia po telese 1 do nosnej predkomoiy v súlade s individuálnymi rozmermi spoločnej nosnej dutiny tak, aby sa manžeta 5 nachádzala v polohe pred koncom dolnej nosnej mušle. Do ventilu 8 sa zastrčí injekčná striekačka, pomocou ktorej sa cez kanál 2 nafúkne balónik 3, čim sa uzavrie priestor nosohltanu. Tým sa vytvorí uzavretý priestor, ktorý zahŕňa nosné dutiny a sínusy. Potom sa pomocou injekčnej striekačky rúrkou 9 a 5θ priechodovým kusom 10 vyprázdni jeho obsah, uskutoční sa vypláchnutie a známym spôsobom sa aplikuje liečivo. Zariadenie znázornené na obr. 2 je v podstate analogické so zariadením znázorneným na obr.l, len s tým rozdielom, že zariadenie podľa obr. 2 je dodatočne vybavené predlžovacím kusom 12 v tvare vlnovca, ktorý je vybavený nepriedušným prvkom 13, napríklad balónikom so stlačeným vzduchom. Toto zariadenie je určené na diagnostiku sinusitíd. Spôsob funkcie tohto zariadenia je analogický opísanému zariadeniu s tým θθ rozdielom, že miesto injekčnej striekačky sa po vytvorení uzavretého priestoru zavádza nepriedušným prvkom 13 vlnovec 12 a kanál rúrky 9 otorinolaryngofibroskopu a privádza sa k vyšetrovanému sínisu.
SK 278316 Β6 pu, čím sa v nosnej dutine vytvára podtlak. Pritom sa začína vyprázdňovať patologický obsah cez prirodzený exkretorický otvor a zviditeľní sa pomocou optického systému otorinolaryngofíbroskopu. Potom sa fibroskop 5 pomocou roztiahnutia vlnovca k otvorom druhého sínusu priblíži k vyšetrenej polovici nosa. Zo sínusu, v ktorom bol zistený patologický obsah, sa odoberie cez aspiračný otvor fibroskopu a jeho kanál.
Tým je zaručená vysoko presná topická diagnóza a 10 liečenie bez uskutočnenia punkcie, čo skráti v značnej miere čas vyšetrenia a liečenia.
Claims (3)
1. Zaradenie na diagnostiku a liečenie nosných ochorení, ktoré obsahuje pozdĺžne ohybné teleso a nafúknuteľnú manžetu, usporiadanú medzi jeho koncami, na jednom z týchto koncov je upevnený nafúknuteľný balónik, 20 spojený s pozdĺžnym priechodným kanálom, vyznačujúce sa tým, že manžeta (5) je usporiadaná pozdĺžne posuvne na telese (1) a je vybavená v nej napevno upevnenou rúrkou (9) na chytenie nástroja.
2. Zariadenie podľa nároku 1, vyznačujú- 25 ce sa tým, že rúrka (9), upevnená v manžete (5), je na strane protiľahlej nafúknuteľnému balóniku (3) vybavená dutým, snímateľným, roztiahnuteľným predlžovacím kusom (12).
3. Zariadenie podľa nároku 2, vyznačujúce 30 sa t ý m , že predlžovací kus (12) je vytvorený ako vlnovec.
