Claims (10)

  1. -1- PATENTNI ZAHTEVKI 1. Element za cevovod na osnovi železa, posebno litega železa, za v zemljo vkopan cevovod, opremljen z zunanjo prevleko, ki vsebuje: prvo porozno plast iz zlitine cink/aluminij, ki vsebuje 5 do 60 % aluminija in na tej prvi plasti, drugo porozno plast, imenovano plast, ki zatesni pore, na osnovi organskega ali mineralnega veziva v vodni fazi, topilu ali prahu, z debelino v območju od 100 do 140 pm.
  2. 2. Element za cevovod po zahtevku 1, označen s tem, da je organsko vezivo bitumenski lak, smola iz črnega premoga ali organski sintezni produkt.
  3. 3. Element za cevovod po zahtevku 2, označen s tem, da je organski sintezni produkt epoksidna smola.
  4. 4. Element za cevovod po zahtevku 1, označen s tem, da je plast, ki zatesni pore, vodni premaz.
  5. 5. Element za cevovod po zahtevku 1, označen a tem, da je plast iz zlitine predvidena v količini vsaj 200 g/m2.
  6. 6. Element za cevovod po kateremkoli od zahtevkov 1 do 5, označen s tem, da prevleka razen tega obsega plast iz cinkovega kromata in/ali cinkovega fosfata med omenjeno prvo in drugo plastjo.
  7. 7. V zemljo vkopan cevovod, ki je sestavljen iz elementov za cevovod po kateremkoli od zahtevkov 1 do 6. -2-
  8. 8. Postopek za izdelavo elementa za cevovod po kateremkoli od zahtevkov 1 do 6, ki obsega vsaj naslednje faze: (a) nanašanje prve plasti iz zlitine cink/aluminij, ki vsebuje 5 do 60 % aluminija, z obločno metalizacijo; potem (b) nanašanje druge, porozne plasti, imenovane plast, ki zatesni pore, na osnovi organskega ali mineralnega veziva v vodni fazi, topilu ali prahu, z debelino v območju od 100 do 140 pm. za zaščito omenjenega elementa za cevovod na osnovi železa, posebno litega železa, proti koroziji zaradi zemlje. 0. Postopek za izdelavo po zahtevku 8, označen a tem, da se plast iz zlitine nanese v količini vsaj 200 g/m2.
  9. 10. Postopek po zahtevku O, označen s tem, da se druga plast nanaša z nabrizgavanjem.
  10. 11. Postopek po zahtevku 8, označen s tem, da med fazami (a) in (b) vsebuje fazo za pretvorbo površine s kromatiranjem in/ ali fosfatiranjem.
