Claims (12)
- 5%-60%의 알루미늄을 함유하는 아연-알루미늄합금의 제1다공성코팅과 이 제1코팅상에 100-140㎛사이의 두께이고 액상이나 용매상 또는 분말상의 유기 또는 무기결합제로 구성되는 "세공밀봉코팅"인 제2다공성 코팅을 포함하는 외부코팅계를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 지중매설배관용 주철제 파이프부재.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 유기결합제가 비튜멘 와니스, 콜타르피치 또는 합성유기물질임을 특징으로 하는 파이프부재.
- 청구범위 2항에 있어서, 합성유기물질이 에폭시수지임을 특징으로 하는 파이프부재.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 세공밀봉코팅이 수성페인트임을 특징으로 하는 파이프부재.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 합금코팅이 밀도가 적어도 200g/㎡임을 특징으로 하는 파이프부재.
- 청구범위 1-5항에 있어서, 코팅계가 제1 및 제2코팅 사이에 크롬산아연과/또는 인산아연코팅을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 파이프부재.
- 청구범위 1-6항의 파이프부재로 구성되는 지중매설파이프시스템.
- 5%-60%의 알루미늄을 함유하는 아연-알루이늄합금의 코팅을 전호-스프레이로 피복하는 단계(a)와, 제2다공성밀봉코팅을 피복하는 단계(b)를 포함하는 청구범위 1-6항의 어느 한 항에 따른 토양부식으로 부터 철제 특히 주철제파이프를 보호하는 방법.
- 청구범위 8항에 있어서, 합금코팅이 적어도 200g/㎡의 표면밀도로 피복됨을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 청구범위 8-9항에 있어서 제2코팅이 스프레이로 피복됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 청구범위 9 또는 10항에 있어서, 제2코팅이 100-140㎛,사이의 두께로 피복됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
