Abstract

파이프부재가 외부코팅을 가지며 이는 5-60%의 알루미늄을 함유하는 아연/알루미늄합금으로 구성된 제1다공층과, 상기 제1층상에 형성되는 세공밀봉층인 제2층으로 구성된다. 지중매설되는 주철제도관에 적용될 수 있다.

Claims (12)

  1. 5%-60%의 알루미늄을 함유하는 아연-알루미늄합금의 제1다공성코팅과 이 제1코팅상에 100-140㎛사이의 두께이고 액상이나 용매상 또는 분말상의 유기 또는 무기결합제로 구성되는 "세공밀봉코팅"인 제2다공성 코팅을 포함하는 외부코팅계를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 지중매설배관용 주철제 파이프부재.
  2. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 유기결합제가 비튜멘 와니스, 콜타르피치 또는 합성유기물질임을 특징으로 하는 파이프부재.
  3. 청구범위 2항에 있어서, 합성유기물질이 에폭시수지임을 특징으로 하는 파이프부재.
  4. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 세공밀봉코팅이 수성페인트임을 특징으로 하는 파이프부재.
  5. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 합금코팅이 밀도가 적어도 200g/㎡임을 특징으로 하는 파이프부재.
  6. 청구범위 1-5항에 있어서, 코팅계가 제1 및 제2코팅 사이에 크롬산아연과/또는 인산아연코팅을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 파이프부재.
  7. 청구범위 1-6항의 파이프부재로 구성되는 지중매설파이프시스템.
  8. 5%-60%의 알루미늄을 함유하는 아연-알루이늄합금의 코팅을 전호-스프레이로 피복하는 단계(a)와, 제2다공성밀봉코팅을 피복하는 단계(b)를 포함하는 청구범위 1-6항의 어느 한 항에 따른 토양부식으로 부터 철제 특히 주철제파이프를 보호하는 방법.
  9. 청구범위 8항에 있어서, 합금코팅이 적어도 200g/㎡의 표면밀도로 피복됨을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  10. 청구범위 8-9항에 있어서 제2코팅이 스프레이로 피복됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 청구범위 9 또는 10항에 있어서, 제2코팅이 100-140㎛,사이의 두께로 피복됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 청구범위 9-ll항에 있어서, 표면변성단계가 코롬산호와/또는 인산화에 의하여 상기 단계(a)(b)사이에 포함됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
