Abstract

The present invention relates to a securing device for securing platforms on a vehicle on which the platform is to be transported, support legs being pivotably mounted on the platform by means of journals in order, on the one hand, to allow the support legs to be lowered into support positions for depositing the platform and, on the other hand, to allow the support legs to be raised into positions of rest, so that the platform can be mounted on the vehicle, and the support legs having recesses which are arranged in such a manner that they are located on the undersides of the support legs, when the support legs are raised into the positions of rest, so that securing means, which are mounted on the vehicle, engage in the recesses and can thereby fix the platform on the vehicle. The invention is characterised in that the recesses in the support legs are centred with the pivot centre point of the support legs and in that the journals have openings for the securing means of the vehicle, which openings are centred with the pivot centre point of the support legs and are suited to assume centred positions, likewise with the recesses in the support legs, when the support legs assume their positions of rest.
