Abstract
يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بتوفير طريقة للإنتاج السريع للبولي ساكاريدات المكبرتة عن طريق تفاعل نظام إنتاج/ إعادة توليد PAPS باستخدام النشاط الأيضي لكائن حي دقيق أو مادة معالجة منها باستخدام كائن حي دقيق يعبر عن إنزيم كبرتة أو مادة معالجة أو مستخلص منه أثناء خلط المواد الخام غير المكلفة مثل كبريتات ماغنسيوم. يتمثل هدف آخر للاختراع الحالي في توفير طريقة عملية لإنتاج PAPS من المواد الخام غير المكلفة. يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بطريقة لإنتاج بولي ساكاريد كبريتي وطريقة لإنتاج PAPS، تشتمل الطرق على خطوة تحضير عامل تحويل (أ) لبكتريا من الجنس الوتدية، حيث يشتمل على الأقل على جين يشفر ATP سلفوريلاز وجين يشفر APS كيناز التي يتم إدخالها بها بطريقة يمكن التعبير عنها، وحيث بها غشاء البلازما الخلوي بعامل التحويل (أ) يكون قابل لإنفاذ المادة، أو المادة المعالجة بعامل التحويل (أ)؛ وخطوة تنفيذ تفاعل لإنتاج PAPS باستخدام محلول تفاعل يحتوي على ATP أو مصدر ATP، مصدر أيون كبريتات، وعامل التحويل (أ) أو المادة المعالجة منه. شكل 1.
