Abstract
Описаны последовательности ДНК, содержащие кодирующие регион для переносчика олигосахарида, введение которых в геном растения модифицирует образование и транспорт запасных веществ в трансгенных растениях, плазмидах, бактериях и растениях, содержащих эти последовательности ДНК, способ получения и трансформации дрожжевых штаммов, который позволяет идентифицировать последовательности ДНК для переносчика олигосахарида в растении, составляющие предмет настоящего изобретения, а также способ использования последовательностей ДНК изобретения.
Claims (1)
- Описаны последовательности ДНК, содержащие кодирующие регион для переносчика олигосахарида, введение которых в геном растения модифицирует образование и транспорт запасных веществ в трансгенных растениях, плазмидах, бактериях и растениях, содержащих эти последовательности ДНК, способ получения и трансформации дрожжевых штаммов, который позволяет идентифицировать последовательности ДНК для переносчика олигосахарида в растении, составляющие предмет настоящего изобретения, а также способ использования последовательностей ДНК изобретения.
