3. Соединение по п.1, отличающееся тем, что оно представляет собой 3-(5-циано-2-пиридил)-5-(3-циано-5-фторфенил)-1,2,4-оксадиазол.
4. Соединение по п.1, отличающееся тем, что оно представляет собой 3-(5-фторпирид-2-ил)-5-(3-циано-5-хлорфенил)-1,2,4-оксадиазол.
5. Фармацевтическая композиция, обладающая антагонистической активностью в отношении метаботропных глютаматных рецепторов mGluR группы I, отличающаяся тем, что она содержит терапевтически эффективное, нетоксичное количество соединения по п.1 и фармацевтически приемлемый носитель.
6. Применение соединения по пп.1-4 для получения композиции, обладающей антагонистической активностью в отношении метаботропных глютаматных рецепторов mGluR группы I.
7. Применение по п.6, при котором композиция обладает антагонистической активностью в отношении метаботропных глютаматных рецепторов mGluR5.
