Широко известны водки особые, например, "Киевская юбилейная", "Калужская", содержащие водно-спиртовую жидкость на основе спирта этилового ректификованного "Экстра" или высшей очистки, мед и ароматный спирт смеси ингредиентов пряно-ароматического сырья [1,2]. Однако особые водки составляют специальную группу водок, отличаются от обычных водок и технологией их приготовления и физико-химическими и органолептическими показателями. Недостатком данной водки является сложность технологического процесса ее производства, так как для стабилизации водки осуществляют дополнительно очистку ее дорогостоящим компонентом - молоком, которое предварительно заливают теплой водой и оставляют набухать, что требует дополнительного оборудования, а также использование в рецептуре значительного количества меда (до 10 кг) и глицерина. Техническим результатом изобретения является упрощение процесса стабилизации водки в процессе длительного хранения, повышение лечебно-профилактических свойств водки за счет придания ей антибактериальных активности, а также расширение ассортимента высококачественных водок с лечебно-профилактическими свойствами, приготовленных на самом качественном спирте при минимальном расходе общедоступного сырья.
