Рельсовое стыковое соединение содержит расположенные по обе стороны от рельсов 1 и 2 стыковые накладки 3 и соединительные элементы 4, каждый из которых пропущен через соосные отверстия в шейке рельса 1 или 2 и в накладках 3, выполненные U-образной формы, причем концы его ветвей выполнены с обращенными в противоположные стороны отгибами. Фиксатор 5 выполнен в виде клина, а его контактирующая с накладкой 3 поверхность выполнена зубчатой, т. е. с зубцами 6. При сборке стыкового соединения в соединительные элементы 4 забиваются клинья 5, которые стопорятся благодаря тому, что зубцы 6 направлены против "шерсти". Клин 5 снабжен стопором 7, размещенным параллельно клину 5. Стопор 7 выполнен с дополнительным отгибом 8, вставленным в выемку 9. При сборке стыкового соединения после забивки клинья 5 фиксируются концом стопора 7, который отогнут наружу. 1.
