Claims (18)
1. Способ извлечения переходного металла из катодоактивных материалов, содержащих никель и литий, где указанный способ включает стадии
(a) обработки материала на основе оксида переходного металла, содержащего литий, выщелачивающим агентом,
(b) доведения значения pH до от 2,5 до 8, и
(c) обработки раствора, полученного на стадии (b), металлическим никелем, кобальтом или марганцем или комбинацией по меньшей мере двух из вышеуказанных.
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором между стадиями (b) и (c) проводят стадию (b1), причем указанная стадия (b1) включает удаление осадков фосфатов, вольфрамата, оксидов, гидроксидов или оксигидроксидов Al, Fe, Zr, Zn, Ca или Cu или комбинаций по меньшей мере двух из вышеуказанных.
3. Способ по п. 1, в котором катодоактивные материалы, из которых переходные металлы должны быть извлечены, также содержат по меньшей мере один из кобальта и марганца.
4. Способ по п. 1, в котором стадию (b) проводят посредством добавления по меньшей мере одного из гидроксида натрия, гидроксида лития, аммиака и гидроксида калия.
5. Способ по п. 1, в котором стадию (c) проводят при температуре в интервале от 25 до 60°C.
6. Способ по п. 1, в котором стадию (c) проводят при значении рН в интервале от 2 до 5.
7. Способ по п. 1, в котором перед стадией (a) проводят удаление углеродного и полимерного материала посредством по меньшей мере одного из следующих способов: гравитационное концентрирование или флотация или разделение в плотной среде или магнитное разделение.
8. Способ по п. 1, в котором на стадии (a) добавляют восстанавливающий агент.
9. Способ по п. 1, в котором между стадией (a) и стадией (b) проводят стадию (a1), причем указанная стадия (a1) включает удаление нерастворенных твердых веществ.
10. Способ по п. 1, где указанный способ включает дополнительную стадию (d) осаждения никеля и, необязательно, кобальта или марганца в виде смешанного гидроксида, смешанного оксигидроксида или смешанного карбоната.
11. Способ по п. 1, дополнительно включающий стадию (e1) извлечения лития посредством осаждения в виде карбоната или гидроксида.
12. Способ по п. 1, дополнительно включающий стадию (e2) извлечения лития посредством электролиза или электродиализа.
13. Способ по п. 1, в котором выщелачивающий агент содержит кислоту, выбранную из серной кислоты, соляной кислоты, азотной кислоты, метансульфоновой кислоты, щавелевой кислоты и лимонной кислоты.
14. Способ по п. 1, в котором раствор, полученный на стадии (c), обрабатывают посредством введения водорода в раствор при температуре выше 100°C и парциальном давлении выше 5 бар, для осаждения металла, такого как никель и/или кобальт, и необязательно с последующим отделением полученного осадка.
15. Способ по любому из пп. 1-14, в котором раствор, полученный на стадии (c), обрабатывают посредством электролиза электролита, содержащего указанный раствор.
