Abstract

1. Сверло, предпочтительно метчик, с покрытием, которое выполнено по меньшей мере на сверлильной головке сверла или, соответственно, при необходимости на заборной части метчика, и имеет по меньшей мере один слой, нанесенный магнетронным распылением импульсами высокой мощности (HIPIMS-слой), который предпочтительно нанесен непосредственно на корпус сверла, отличающееся тем, что HIPIMS-слой имеет по меньшей мере один слой по меньшей мере из одного нитрида и/или карбида.2. Сверло по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что HIPIMS-слой содержит по меньшей мере один, предпочтительно два металла из группы, состоящей из хрома, титана, алюминия и вольфрама.3. Сверло по п. 2, отличающееся тем, что HIPIMS-слой представляет собой (Al,Cr)N-слой.4. Сверло по одному из пп. 1-3, отличающееся тем, что на HIPIMS-слое предусмотрен углеродсодержащий слой (DLC-слой), предпочтительно металлсодержащий DLC-слой.5. Сверло по п. 4, отличающееся тем, что по меньшей мере один металлический элемент в металлсодержащем DLC-слое совпадает с металлическим элементом в HIPIMS-слое.6. Сверло по п. 5, отличающееся тем, что между HIPIMS-слоем и металлсодержащим DLC-слоем осажден по меньшей мере один азот-углеродсодержащий слой, содержание азота в котором постепенно сокращается к поверхности.7. Сверло по п. 4, отличающееся тем, что содержание металла в DLC-слое постепенно сокращается по направлению к поверхности.8. Сверло по п. 5, отличающееся тем, что содержание металла в DLC-слое постепенно сокращается по направлению к поверхности.9. Claims (23)

1. Сверло, предпочтительно метчик, с покрытием, которое выполнено по меньшей мере на сверлильной головке сверла или, соответственно, при необходимости на заборной части метчика, и имеет по меньшей мере один слой, нанесенный магнетронным распылением импульсами высокой мощности (HIPIMS-слой), который предпочтительно нанесен непосредственно на корпус сверла, отличающееся тем, что HIPIMS-слой имеет по меньшей мере один слой по меньшей мере из одного нитрида и/или карбида.
2. Сверло по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что HIPIMS-слой содержит по меньшей мере один, предпочтительно два металла из группы, состоящей из хрома, титана, алюминия и вольфрама.
3. Сверло по п. 2, отличающееся тем, что HIPIMS-слой представляет собой (Al,Cr)N-слой.
4. Сверло по одному из пп. 1-3, отличающееся тем, что на HIPIMS-слое предусмотрен углеродсодержащий слой (DLC-слой), предпочтительно металлсодержащий DLC-слой.
5. Сверло по п. 4, отличающееся тем, что по меньшей мере один металлический элемент в металлсодержащем DLC-слое совпадает с металлическим элементом в HIPIMS-слое.
6. Сверло по п. 5, отличающееся тем, что между HIPIMS-слоем и металлсодержащим DLC-слоем осажден по меньшей мере один азот-углеродсодержащий слой, содержание азота в котором постепенно сокращается к поверхности.
7. Сверло по п. 4, отличающееся тем, что содержание металла в DLC-слое постепенно сокращается по направлению к поверхности.
8. Сверло по п. 5, отличающееся тем, что содержание металла в DLC-слое постепенно сокращается по направлению к поверхности.
9. Сверло по п. 6, отличающееся тем, что содержание металла в DLC-слое постепенно сокращается по направлению к поверхности.
10. Сверло по одному из пп. 1-3, отличающееся тем, что общая толщина покрытия составляет от 0,1 мкм до 10 мкм.
11. Сверло по одному из пп. 1-3, отличающееся тем, что сверло представляет собой микросверло, и общая толщина покрытия предпочтительно составляет от 0,01 мкм до 5 мкм.
12. Способ нанесения покрытия для нанесения покрытий на подложки, при котором по меньшей мере один первый и по меньшей мере один второй слой осаждают по меньшей мере на одну часть поверхности подложки, отличающийся тем, что
- первый слой представляет собой HIPIMS-слой, который осажден с помощью HIPIMS-способа, предпочтительно непосредственно на поверхность подложки, и
- второй слой осаждают на первый слой с помощью способа нанесения покрытия другого типа, предпочтительно с помощью традиционного магнетронного распыления (MS) и/или плазмохимического газофазного осаждения (PACVD-способа), и/или комбинированного MS/PACVD-способа.
13. Способ по п. 12, отличающийся тем, что HIPIMS-слой осаждают содержащим по меньшей мере один нитрид, и/или карбид, и/или оксид, и/или второй слой осаждают содержащим углерод, предпочтительно второй слой осаждают в виде DLC-слоя или металлсодержащего DLC-слоя.
14. Способ по одному из пп. 12 и 13, отличающийся тем, что HIPIMS-слой осаждают содержащим по меньшей мере один, предпочтительно два металла из группы, состоящей из хрома, титана, алюминия и вольфрама, предпочтительно HIPIMS-слой осажден в виде (Al,Cr)N-слоя или (Al,Cr)N-содержащего слоя.
15. Способ по п. 13, отличающийся тем, что металл, который используют для осаждения металлсодержащего DLC-слоя, совпадает с металлом в HIPIMS-слое.
16. Способ по п. 14, отличающийся тем, что металл, который используют для осаждения металлсодержащего DLC-слоя, совпадает с металлом в HIPIMS-слое.
17. Способ по п. 13, отличающийся тем, что металлсодержащий DLC-слой осаждают таким образом, что содержание металла в DLC-слое постепенно сокращается к поверхности, и предпочтительно на металлсодержащий DLC-слой наносят не содержащий металла DLC-слой покрытия для ускорения приработки в качестве покровного слоя.
18. Способ по п. 14, отличающийся тем, что металлсодержащий DLC-слой осаждают таким образом, что содержание металла в DLC-слое постепенно сокращается к поверхности, и предпочтительно на металлсодержащий DLC-слой наносят не содержащий металла DLC-слой покрытия для ускорения приработки в качестве покровного слоя.
19. Способ по п. 15, отличающийся тем, что металлсодержащий DLC-слой осаждают таким образом, что содержание металла в DLC-слое постепенно сокращается к поверхности, и предпочтительно на металлсодержащий DLC-слой наносят не содержащий металла DLC-слой покрытия для ускорения приработки в качестве покровного слоя.
20. Способ по п. 13, отличающийся тем, что
- HIPIMS-слой осаждают в качестве функционального слоя, предпочтительно из (Al,Cr)N или содержащего (Al,Cr)N, предпочтительно с концентрацией алюминия относительно хрома от около 70 Al к 30 Cr в атомных процентах, и
- второй слой осаждают в качестве антифрикционного слоя, предпочтительно с использованием MS-способа или комбинированного MS/PACVD-способа, предпочтительно из хромсодержащего DLC-способа, и
- между HIPIMS-слоем и вторым слоем осаждают по меньшей мере один промежуточный слой, предпочтительно осаждают по меньшей мере два промежуточных слоя, предпочтительно из CrN и/или CrCN, и
- предпочтительно не содержащий металла DLC-слой покрытия для ускорения приработки в качестве покровного слоя наносят на металлсодержащий DLC-слой.
21. Способ по п. 14, отличающийся тем, что
- HIPIMS-слой осаждают в качестве функционального слоя, предпочтительно из (Al,Cr)N или содержащего (Al,Cr)N, предпочтительно с концентрацией алюминия относительно хрома от около 70 Al к 30 Cr в атомных процентах, и
- второй слой осаждают в качестве антифрикционного слоя, предпочтительно с использованием MS-способа или комбинированного MS/PACVD-способа, предпочтительно из хромсодержащего DLC-способа, и
- между HIPIMS-слоем и вторым слоем осаждают по меньшей мере один промежуточный слой, предпочтительно осаждают по меньшей мере два промежуточных слоя, предпочтительно из CrN и/или CrCN, и
- предпочтительно не содержащий металла DLC-слой покрытия для ускорения приработки в качестве покровного слоя наносят на металлсодержащий DLC-слой.
22. Способ по п. 15, отличающийся тем, что
- HIPIMS-слой осаждают в качестве функционального слоя, предпочтительно из (Al,Cr)N или содержащего (Al,Cr)N, предпочтительно с концентрацией алюминия относительно хрома от около 70 Al к 30 Cr в атомных процентах, и
- второй слой осаждают в качестве антифрикционного слоя, предпочтительно с использованием MS-способа или комбинированного MS/PACVD-способа, предпочтительно из хромсодержащего DLC-способа, и

23. Подложка, предпочтительно инструмент или деталь, более предпочтительно сверло, с покрытием, которое нанесено согласно способу по меньшей мере по одному из пп. 12-22 по меньшей мере на часть поверхности подложки.
