도 4는 본 발명에 의해 코팅된 코팅박막의 조직을 나타낸 도면.
도 5는 본 발명에 의해 코팅된 제품과 비교예를 통해 코팅된 제품의 물성을 비교하여 나타낸 표.

Claims (10)
- 모재(10);
상기 모재(10) 표면에 질화되는 질화층(20);
상기 질화층(20) 표면에 증착되며, 질소가 TiAl타겟 또는 Cr타겟과 반응하여 다층 구조로 이루어지는 다층박막층(30); 및
상기 다층박막층(30) 표면에 증착되며, 질소와 탄소가 TiAl타겟 및 Cr타겟과 반응하여 이루어지는 탄질화물층(40);을 포함하여 구성되고,
상기 탄질화물층(40)은 TiAlCN층이며,
상기 TiAlCN층에 포함된 탄소 함량은 20~30at%인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형장치의 표면 코팅박막. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 다층박막층(30)은,
질소가 Cr타겟과 반응하여 질화층(20)과 TiAlN층 표면에 증착되는 CrN층; 및
질소가 TiAl타겟과 반응하여 CrN층 표면에 증착되는 TiAlN층;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형장치의 표면 코팅박막. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 CrN층과 TiAlN층은 교번하여 반복되게 증착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형장치의 표면 코팅박막. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 CrN층과 TiAlN층은 나노 두께로 증착 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형장치의 표면 코팅박막. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 질화층(20) 표면에 증착되는 CrN층은 다른 CrN층보다 두껍게 증착 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형장치의 표면 코팅박막. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 탄질화물층(40)은 다층박막층(30)의 최표면에 구성된 CrN층의 표면에 증착 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형장치의 표면 코팅박막. - 삭제
- 모재(10) 표면에 질화층(20)을 형성하는 질화층 형성단계;
상기 질화층(20) 표면에 증착하며, 질소가 TiAl타겟 또는 Cr타겟과 반응하여 다층 구조의 다층박막층(30)을 형성하는 다층박막층 증착단계; 및
상기 다층박막층(30) 표면에 증착하며, 질소와 탄소가 TiAl타겟 및 Cr타겟과 반응하여 탄질화물층(40)을 형성하는 탄질화물층 증착단계;를 포함하여 구성되고,
상기 탄질화물층(40)은 TiAlCN층이며,
상기 TiAlCN층에 포함된 탄소 함량은 20~30at%인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형장치의 표면 코팅방법. - 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 다층박막층(30)과, 탄질화물층(40)의 증착방식은 PVD(Physical Vapour Deposition) 또는 PACVD(Plasma-Assisted Chemical Vapour Deposition) 방식이 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형장치의 표면 코팅방법. - 청구항 9에 있어서,
상기 다층박막층(30)과, 탄질화물층(40)의 증착방식에 HIPIMS(High Power Impulse Magnetron Sputtering) 또는 ICP(Inductive Coupled Plasma) 방식을 추가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형장치의 표면 코팅방법.
