Abstract
1. Устройство контроля расхода, содержащее:устройство измерения потока, выполненное с возможностью генерирования сигнала обратной связи по расходу объема содержимого, протекающего по трубопроводу системы дозирования;систему контроллера обратной связи, реагирующую на сигнал обратной связи по расходу и выполненную с возможностью сравнения желаемого объема потока с сигналом обратной связи по расходу для генерирования сигнала контроля потока, причем система контроллера обратной связи включает контроллер подачи с опережением для установления, по меньшей мере частично, начального значения сигнала контроля потока; иузел изменяемого полного импеданса, располагаемый в трубопроводе системы дозирования и реагирующий на сигнал контроля потока, причем узел изменяемого полного импеданса выполнен с возможностью регулирования объема содержимого, протекающего по трубопроводу системы дозирования, на основе, по меньшей мере частично, сигнала контроля потока.2. Устройство контроля расхода по п. 1, в котором устройство измерения потока содержит устройство нагнетательного типа для измерения расхода.3. Устройство контроля расхода по п. 2, в котором устройство нагнетательного типа для измерения расхода содержит шестеренчатое устройство нагнетательного типа для измерения расхода.4. Устройство контроля расхода по п. 1, в котором узел изменяемого полного импеданса содержит:первый жесткий элемент, имеющий первую поверхность;второй жесткий элемент, имеющий вторую поверхность; иканал переменного сечения для текучей среды, образованный, по меньшей мере частично, первой поверхностью и второй поверхностью,при этом первая пов�
Claims (17)
1. Устройство контроля расхода, содержащее:
устройство измерения потока, выполненное с возможностью генерирования сигнала обратной связи по расходу объема содержимого, протекающего по трубопроводу системы дозирования;
систему контроллера обратной связи, реагирующую на сигнал обратной связи по расходу и выполненную с возможностью сравнения желаемого объема потока с сигналом обратной связи по расходу для генерирования сигнала контроля потока, причем система контроллера обратной связи включает контроллер подачи с опережением для установления, по меньшей мере частично, начального значения сигнала контроля потока; и
узел изменяемого полного импеданса, располагаемый в трубопроводе системы дозирования и реагирующий на сигнал контроля потока, причем узел изменяемого полного импеданса выполнен с возможностью регулирования объема содержимого, протекающего по трубопроводу системы дозирования, на основе, по меньшей мере частично, сигнала контроля потока.
2. Устройство контроля расхода по п. 1, в котором устройство измерения потока содержит устройство нагнетательного типа для измерения расхода.
3. Устройство контроля расхода по п. 2, в котором устройство нагнетательного типа для измерения расхода содержит шестеренчатое устройство нагнетательного типа для измерения расхода.
4. Устройство контроля расхода по п. 1, в котором узел изменяемого полного импеданса содержит:
первый жесткий элемент, имеющий первую поверхность;
второй жесткий элемент, имеющий вторую поверхность; и
канал переменного сечения для текучей среды, образованный, по меньшей мере частично, первой поверхностью и второй поверхностью,
при этом первая поверхность является подвижной относительно второй поверхности для увеличения и уменьшения канала переменного сечения для текучей среды.
5. Устройство контроля расхода по п. 4, которое дополнительно содержит шаговый электродвигатель, соединенный с одним из первого жесткого элемента и второго жесткого элемента для перемещения первой поверхности относительно второй поверхности.
6. Устройство контроля расхода по п. 1, дополнительно содержащее двухпозиционный клапан, располагаемый в трубопроводе системы дозирования для выборочного предотвращения потока содержимого по трубопроводу системы дозирования.
7. Устройство контроля расхода по п. 1, в котором узел изменяемого полного импеданса содержит:
первый жесткий элемент, образующий первый участок пути текучей среды, включающий расточенное отверстие; и
второй жесткий элемент, образующий второй участок пути текучей среды;
при этом первый участок пути текучей среды является подвижным относительно второго участка пути текучей среды для увеличения и уменьшения пути текучей среды, образованного первым участком пути текучей среды и вторым участком пути текучей среды.
8. Система для перекачивания текучей среды, содержащая:
канал для текучей среды, имеющий впускное отверстие для текучей среды и выпускное отверстие для текучей среды;
насос для текучей среды, выполненный с возможностью перекачивания текучей среды через канал для текучей среды между впускным отверстием для текучей среды и выпускным отверстием для текучей среды; и
датчик обнаружения воздуха, расположенный между впускным отверстием для текучей среды и выпускным отверстием для текучей среды, причем датчик обнаружения воздуха выполнен с возможностью обнаружения присутствия воздуха в канале для текучей среды.
9. Система для перекачивания текучей среды по п. 8, в которой насос для текучей среды содержит узел магнитной катушки поршневого насоса, выполненный с возможностью обеспечения определяемого калибровкой объема текучей среды.
10. Система для перекачивания текучей среды по п. 8, в которой датчик обнаружения воздуха выполнен с возможностью обеспечения сигнала в ответ на обнаружение датчиком обнаружения воздуха присутствия воздуха в канале для текучей среды.
11. Система для перекачивания текучей среды по п. 10, в которой насос для текучей среды дополнительно выполнен с возможностью остановки перекачивания текучей среды через канал для текучей среды в ответ на сигнал, обеспеченный в ответ на обнаружение датчиком обнаружения воздуха присутствия воздуха в канале для текучей среды.
12. Система для перекачивания текучей среды по п. 10,
дополнительно содержащая клапан в канале для текучей среды, причем клапан выполнен с возможностью перемещения в закрытое положение в ответ на сигнал, обеспеченный в ответ на обнаружение датчиком обнаружения воздуха присутствия воздуха в канале для текучей среды, таким образом, по меньшей мере частично предотвращая поток текучей среды через канал для текучей среды.
13. Система подачи текучей среды, содержащая:
канал для текучей среды, имеющий впускное отверстие для текучей среды, расположенное на первой высоте по вертикали, и выпускное отверстие для текучей среды, расположенное на второй высоте по вертикали, более высокой, чем первая высота по вертикали;
насос для текучей среды, расположенный между впускным отверстием для текучей среды и выпускным отверстием для текучей среды, причем насос для текучей среды расположен на третьей высоте по вертикали, которая является более высокой, чем первая высота по вертикали, и более низкой, чем вторая высота по вертикали; и
датчик потока, расположенный между впускным отверстием для текучей среды и выпускным отверстием для текучей среды, причем датчик потока выполнен с возможностью обнаружения потока текучей среды через канал для текучей среды,
при этом воздух, поступающий во входное отверстие для текучей среды, может перемещаться по каналу для текучей среды и выходить через выпускное отверстие для текучей среды.
14. Система подачи текучей среды по п. 13, в которой в которой впускное отверстие канала для текучей среды соединено с
системой подачи ингредиентов.
15. Система подачи текучей среды по п. 13, в которой датчик потока содержит:
камеру текучей среды, выполненную с возможностью приема текучей среды;
узел диафрагмы, выполненный с возможностью перемещения всякий раз, когда текучая среда перемещается внутри камеры текучей среды; и
узел измерительного преобразователя, выполненный с возможностью оперативного контроля перемещения узла диафрагмы и генерирования сигнала расхода на основании, по меньшей мере частично, количества текучей среды, переместившейся внутри камеры текучей среды.
16. Система подачи текучей среды по п. 15, в которой узел измерительного преобразователя содержит первую конденсаторную обкладку, соединенную с диафрагмой и перемещаемую с ней, и вторую конденсаторную обкладку, жестко закрепленную относительно камеры текучей среды, при этом сигнал расхода основан на, по меньшей мере частично, изменении емкости между первой конденсаторной обкладкой и второй конденсаторной обкладкой.
17. Система подачи текучей среды по п. 13, в которой насос для текучей среды содержит узел магнитной катушки поршневого насоса, выполненный с возможностью обеспечения определяемого калибровкой объема второго ингредиента.
