Abstract

1. Способ изготовления композитных структур, включающий:нанесение первого и второго уменьшающих трение слоев на первую и вторую стороны полиимидной подложки;нанесение первого и второго клеевых слоев, перекрывающих первый и второй уменьшающие трение слои, для образования первой и второй многослойной литой пленки;наслаивание первой и второй многослойных литых пленок на первый и второй несущие нагрузку субстраты, причем каждый несущий нагрузку субстрат проходит ближе к соответствующему клеевому слою, чем к соответствующему уменьшающему трение слою, с образованием при этом первой и второй композитных структур; ипридание формы композитным структурам.2. Способ по п.1, в котором нанесение уменьшающего трение слоя предусматривает нанесение дисперсии полимеров на подложку, высушивание дисперсии полимеров для образования полимерного слоя и спекание полимерного слоя.3. Способ по п.1, в котором нанесение, высушивание и спекание первого и второго уменьшающих трение слоев является по существу одновременным.4. Втулка, содержащая:несущий нагрузку субстрат, содержащий первую основную поверхность; илитую фторполимерную пленку, наслоенную на первую основную поверхность несущего нагрузку субстрата, причем литая фторполимерная пленка содержит уменьшающий трение слой и клеевой слой, несущий нагрузку субстрат проходит ближе к клеевому слою, чем к уменьшающему трение слою.5. Втулка по п.4, у которой уменьшающий трение слой содержит фторполимер.6. Втулка по п.5, у которой фторполимер выбран из группы, состоящей из политетрафторэтилена, фторированного этилен-пропилена, поливинилиденфторида, политрифторхлорэтилена, этилентри�

Claims (15)

1. Способ изготовления композитных структур, включающий:
нанесение первого и второго уменьшающих трение слоев на первую и вторую стороны полиимидной подложки;
нанесение первого и второго клеевых слоев, перекрывающих первый и второй уменьшающие трение слои, для образования первой и второй многослойной литой пленки;
наслаивание первой и второй многослойных литых пленок на первый и второй несущие нагрузку субстраты, причем каждый несущий нагрузку субстрат проходит ближе к соответствующему клеевому слою, чем к соответствующему уменьшающему трение слою, с образованием при этом первой и второй композитных структур; и
придание формы композитным структурам.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором нанесение уменьшающего трение слоя предусматривает нанесение дисперсии полимеров на подложку, высушивание дисперсии полимеров для образования полимерного слоя и спекание полимерного слоя.
3. Способ по п.1, в котором нанесение, высушивание и спекание первого и второго уменьшающих трение слоев является по существу одновременным.
4. Втулка, содержащая:
несущий нагрузку субстрат, содержащий первую основную поверхность; и
литую фторполимерную пленку, наслоенную на первую основную поверхность несущего нагрузку субстрата, причем литая фторполимерная пленка содержит уменьшающий трение слой и клеевой слой, несущий нагрузку субстрат проходит ближе к клеевому слою, чем к уменьшающему трение слою.
5. Втулка по п.4, у которой уменьшающий трение слой содержит фторполимер.
6. Втулка по п.5, у которой фторполимер выбран из группы, состоящей из политетрафторэтилена, фторированного этилен-пропилена, поливинилиденфторида, политрифторхлорэтилена, этилентрифторхлорэтилена, перфторалкокси полимера и любого их сочетания.
7. Втулка по п.5, у которой уменьшающий трение слой содержит уменьшающий трение наполнитель.
8. Втулка по п.7, у которой уменьшающий трение наполнитель выбран из группы, состоящей из стекловолокон, углеволокон, кремния, графита, полиэфирэфиркетона, дисульфида молибдена, ароматического полиэфира, частиц углерода, бронзы, фторполимера, термопластических наполнителей, минеральных наполнителей и любого их сочетания.
9. Втулка по п.4, у которой уменьшающий трение слой характеризуется коэффициентом трения, не превышающим примерно 0,4.
10. Втулка по п.4, у которой клеевой слой содержит полимер, выбранный из группы, состоящей из фторполимера, эпоксидной смолы, полиимидной смолы, акрилата, сополимера полиэфира/полиамида, этиленвинилацетата и любого их сочетания.
11. Втулка по п.4, у которой литая фторполимерная пленка содержит один или более дополнительных фторполимерных слоев между уменьшающим трение слоем и клеевым слоем.
12. Втулка по п.11, у которой дополнительный фторполимерный слой содержит сигнальный наполнитель для сигнализирования о том, что втулка требует замены.
13. Втулка, содержащая:
несущий нагрузку субстрат, содержащий первую основную поверхность; и
литую фторполимерную пленку, наслоенную на первую основную поверхность несущего нагрузку субстрата, причем литая фторполимерная пленка содержит уменьшающий трение слой и клеевой слой, при этом несущий нагрузку субстрат проходит ближе к клеевому слою, чем к уменьшающему трение слою; и
покровный слой, перекрывающий литую фторполимерную пленку.
14. Втулка по п.13, у которой покровный слой содержит смазывающее вещество.
15. Втулка по п.14, у которой смазывающее вещество выбрано из масла, воска, жира, политетрафторэтилена, графита, наноалмазов, детонационных наноалмазов, дисульфида молибдена, частиц углерода, минералов или любого их сочетания.
