Claims (90)
- 제1 마찰 감소층(208) 및 제2 마찰 감소층(214)을 폴리이미드 캐리어(202)의 제1 및 제2 면 위에 캐스팅하는 단계;
상기 제1 및 제2 마찰 감소층 위에 제1 접착층(210) 및 제2 접착층(216)을 캐스팅하여 제1 다층 캐스트 필름(204) 및 제2 다층 캐스트 필름(206)을 형성하는 단계;
각각의 하중 베어링 기층이 상기 대응하는 마찰 감소층보다 상기 대응하는 접착층에 더 인접하게 제1 및 제2 하중 베어링 기층에 상기 제1 및 제2 다층 캐스트 필름(204, 206)을 적층하여 제1 및 제2 복합재를 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 복합재들을 성형하는 단계를 포함하는 부싱 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 마찰 감소층을 캐스팅하는 단계가 캐리어에 중합체 분산액을 도포하는 단계, 상기 중합체 분산액을 건조하여 중합체층을 형성하는 단계, 및 상기 중합체층을 소결하는 단계를 포함하는, 부싱 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2 마찰 감소층을 도포, 건조 및 소결하는 단계가 동시에 이루어지는 것인, 부싱 제조 방법.
