Abstract
1. Система закрытия раны пониженным давлением для обеспечения закрывающей силы, действующей на поверхностную рану на пациенте, содержащая:первый крепежный элемент, предназначенный для прикрепления с возможностью отсоединения к первой части эпидермиса пациента вблизи края поверхностной раны,второй крепежный элемент, предназначенный для прикрепления с возможностью отсоединения ко второй части эпидермиса пациента вблизи края поверхностной раны, причем первый крепежный элемент отстоит на некоторое расстояние от второго крепежного элемента,герметичный сжимаемый элемент, соединенный с первым крепежным элементом и вторым крепежным элементом и выполненный с возможностью сжатия при помещении его под пониженным давлением,при этом, когда пониженное давление подается к герметичному сжимаемому элементу, между первым крепежным элементом и вторым крепежным элементом создается закрывающая сила.2. Система по п.1, дополнительно содержащая интерфейс пониженного давления, соединенный со вторым крепежным элементом.3. Система по п.1, в которой первый крепежный элемент содержит первое основание и первое клейкое вещество, а второй крепежный элемент содержит второе основание и второе клейкое вещество.4. Система по п.3, дополнительно содержащая стенку, соединенную с первым основанием, причем интерфейс пониженного давления соединен со стенкой.5. Claims (27)
1. Система закрытия раны пониженным давлением для обеспечения закрывающей силы, действующей на поверхностную рану на пациенте, содержащая:
первый крепежный элемент, предназначенный для прикрепления с возможностью отсоединения к первой части эпидермиса пациента вблизи края поверхностной раны,
второй крепежный элемент, предназначенный для прикрепления с возможностью отсоединения ко второй части эпидермиса пациента вблизи края поверхностной раны, причем первый крепежный элемент отстоит на некоторое расстояние от второго крепежного элемента,
герметичный сжимаемый элемент, соединенный с первым крепежным элементом и вторым крепежным элементом и выполненный с возможностью сжатия при помещении его под пониженным давлением,

4. Система по п.3, дополнительно содержащая стенку, соединенную с первым основанием, причем интерфейс пониженного давления соединен со стенкой.
5. Система по п.1, в которой герметичный сжимаемый элемент содержит:
сжимаемый магистральный материал, имеющий первую сторону и вторую, обращенную к пациенту, сторону, и периферический край,
первый уплотнительный элемент, расположенный вблизи первой стороны сжимаемого магистрального материала,
второй уплотнительный элемент, расположенный вблизи второй, обращенной к пациенту, стороны сжимаемого магистрального материала, и
периферический уплотнительный элемент, расположенный в контакте с периферическим краем сжимаемого магистрального материала,
при этом первый уплотнительный элемент, второй уплотнительный элемент и периферический уплотнительный элемент выполнены с возможностью формирования герметичного уплотнения со сжимаемым магистральным материалом.
6. Система по п.5, в которой периферический уплотнительный элемент содержит третий уплотнительный слой.
7. Система по п.5, в которой периферический уплотнительный элемент содержит стенку.
8. Система по п.1, в которой первый крепежный элемент содержит первое основание, имеющее первую сторону и вторую, обращенную внутрь, сторону, первую стенку, соединенную с первым основанием, и первое клейкое вещество, соединенное со второй, обращенной внутрь, стороной первого основания.
9. Система закрытия раны пониженным давлением для обеспечения закрывающей силы, действующей на поверхностную рану на пациенте, содержащая:
крепежные элементы, предназначенные для прикрепления с возможностью отсоединения к эпидермису пациента вблизи края поверхностной раны,
периферическую стенку, соединенную с крепежными элементами и предназначенную для размещения вблизи поверхностной раны,
герметичный сжимаемый элемент, соединенный с по меньшей мере частью периферической стенки и выполненный с возможностью сжатия при помещении под пониженным давлением,
источник пониженного давления, проточно соединенный с герметичным сжимаемым элементом и выполненный с возможностью доставки пониженного давления к герметичному сжимаемому элементу,
при этом, когда пониженное давление подается источником пониженного давления к герметичному сжимаемому элементу, создается закрывающая сила.
10. Система по п.9, в которой периферическая стенка содержит полипропилен.
11. Система по п.9, в которой периферическая стенка содержит жесткий силикон.
12. Система по п.9, в которой каждый крепежный элемент содержит первое основание и первое клейкое вещество.
13. Система по п.9, в которой герметичный сжимаемый элемент содержит:
сжимаемый магистральный материал, имеющий первую сторону и вторую, обращенную внутрь, сторону и периферический край,
первый уплотнительный элемент, расположенный вблизи первой стороны сжимаемого магистрального материала,
второй уплотнительный элемент, расположенный вблизи второй, обращенной внутрь, стороны сжимаемого магистрального материала, и
периферический уплотнительный элемент, расположенный вблизи периферического края сжимаемого магистрального материала,
причем первый уплотнительный элемент, второй уплотнительный элемент и периферический уплотнительный элемент выполнены с возможностью формирования герметичного уплотнения со сжимаемым магистральным материалом.
14. Система по п.13, в которой периферический уплотнительный элемент содержит третий уплотнительный элемент.
15. Система по п.13, в которой периферический уплотнительный элемент содержит стенку.
16. Система по п.13, в которой каждый крепежный элемент содержит первое основание, имеющее первую сторону и вторую, обращенную внутрь, сторону, первую стенку, соединенную с первым основанием, и первое клейкое вещество, соединенное со второй, обращенной внутрь, стороной первого основания.
17. Система закрытия раны и терапии пониженным давлением для обеспечения закрывающей силы, действующей на поверхностную рану на пациенте, и для доставки пониженного давления к участку ткани, содержащая:
подсистему закрытия раны, содержащую:
первый крепежный элемент, предназначенный для прикрепления с возможностью отсоединения к первой части эпидермиса пациента вблизи края поверхностной раны,
второй крепежный элемент, предназначенный для прикрепления с возможностью отсоединения ко второй части эпидермиса пациента вблизи края поверхностной раны, причем первый крепежный элемент отстоит на некоторое расстояние от второго крепежного элемента,
герметичный сжимаемый элемент, соединенный с первым крепежным элементом и вторым крепежным элементом и выполненный с возможностью сжатия при помещении под пониженным давлением,
источник закрывающего пониженного давления, выполненный с возможностью доставки первого пониженного давления к герметичному сжимаемому элементу,
при этом, когда первое пониженное давление подается к герметичному сжимаемому элементу, между первым крепежным элементом и вторым крепежным элементом создается закрывающая сила и
подсистему терапии пониженным давлением, содержащую:
магистраль, предназначенную для размещения вблизи участка ткани и выполненную с возможностью распределения пониженного давления и получения текучих сред,
уплотнительный элемент для размещения на эпидермисе пациента, выполненный с возможностью формирования герметичного уплотнения поверх магистрали, и
источник терапевтического пониженного давления, выполненный с возможностью доставки второго пониженного давления к магистрали.
18. Система по п.17, в которой источник закрывающего пониженного давления содержит источник терапевтического пониженного давления.
19. Система по п.17, в которой источник закрывающего пониженного давления и источник терапевтического пониженного давления содержит:
узел пониженного давления,
интерфейс пониженного давления,
трубопровод доставки пониженного давления, выполненный с возможностью проточного соединения узла пониженного давления и интерфейса пониженного давления,
причем интерфейс пониженного давления выполнен с возможностью проточного соединения с магистралью, и
соединитель пониженного давления, выполненный с возможностью проточного соединения герметичного сжимаемого элемента и магистрали.
20. Система по п.17, в которой источник закрывающего пониженного
давления и источник терапевтического пониженного давления содержит:
узел пониженного давления,
интерфейс пониженного давления,
трубопровод доставки пониженного давления, выполненный с возможностью проточного соединения узла пониженного давления и интерфейса пониженного давления,
причем интерфейс пониженного давления выполнен с возможностью проточного соединения с герметичным сжимаемым элементом, и
соединитель пониженного давления, выполненный с возможностью проточного соединения герметичного сжимаемого элемента и магистрали.
21. Система по п.17, в которой второе пониженное давление имеет значение в диапазоне между -100 мм рт.ст. и -350 мм рт.ст.
22. Способ изготовления системы закрытия раны пониженным давлением для обеспечения закрывающей силы, действующей на поверхностную рану на пациенте, включающий следующие этапы:
формирования первого крепежного элемента, предназначенного для прекрепления с возможностью отсоединения к первой части эпидермиса пациента вблизи края поверхностной раны,
формирования второго крепежного элемента, предназначенного для прекрепления с возможностью отсоединения ко второй части эпидермиса пациента вблизи края поверхностной раны,
формирования герметичного сжимаемого элемента, выполненного с возможностью сжатия при помещении под пониженным давлением, и
формирования интерфейса пониженного давления.
23. Способ по п.22, в котором дополнительно соединяют герметичный сжимаемый элемент с первым крепежным элементом и вторым крепежным элементом.
24. Способ по п.22, в котором дополнительно проточно соединяют интерфейс пониженного давления с герметичным сжимаемым элементом.
25. Способ по п.22, в котором дополнительно формируют периферическую стенку и присоединяют ее к первому крепежному элементу и второму крепежному элементу.
26. Способ по п.22, в котором на этапе соединения герметичного сжимаемого элемента с первым крепежным элементом и вторым крепежным элементом также соединяют герметичный сжимаемый элемент с по меньшей мере частью периферической стенки.
27. Способ обеспечения закрывающей силы, действующей на поверхностную рану на пациенте, включающий этапы:
прикрепления с возможностью отсоединения первого крепежного элемента к первой части эпидермиса пациента вблизи края поверхностной раны,
прикрепления с возможностью отсоединения второго крепежного элемента ко второй части эпидермиса пациента вблизи края поверхностной раны, причем первый крепежный элемент отстоит на некоторое расстояние от второго крепежного элемента,
использования герметичного сжимаемого элемента, проточно соединенного с первым крепежным элементом и вторым крепежным элементом и выполненного с возможностью сжатия при размещении под пониженным давлением, и
подачи пониженного давления к герметичному сжимаемому элементу, в результате чего между первым крепежным элементом и вторым крепежным элементом создается закрывающая сила.
