Claims (10)
1. Способ получения смеси алкоксилированных спиртов, содержащей один или несколько алкоксилированных спиртов, включающий стадии:
(а) взаимодействие монооксида углерода с водородом в условиях реакции Фишера-Тропша в присутствии катализатора Фишера-Тропша;
(b) отделение от продукта стадии (а), по меньшей мере, одной фракции углеводородов, содержащей парафины, имеющие от 9 до 17 атомов углерода и олефины, имеющие от 9 до 17 атомов углерода, углеводородной фракции, дополнительно содержащей, по меньшей мере, одну часть спиртов;
(c) контактирование одной или нескольких фракций, полученных на стадии (b), с алкиленоксидом и
(d) извлечение смеси алкоксилированных спиртов из продукта реакции стадии (с).
2. Способ по п.1, в котором катализатор Фишера-Тропша содержит кобальт или железо.
3. Способ по п.2, в котором катализатор Фишера-Тропша является кобальтовым катализатором на инертном носителе, в котором инертный носитель выбирается из двуокиси титана, двуокиси циркония и двуокиси кремния или их смеси.
4. Способ по п.3, в котором катализатор Фишера-Тропша является кобальтовым катализатором на носителе из двуокиси титана.
5. Способ по п.2, в котором катализатор Фишера-Тропша является катализатором на основе железа.
6. Способ по любому из пп.1-5, в котором стадия (а) включает взаимодействие монооксида углерода с водородом при температуре в интервале от 125 до 350°С и давлении в интервале от 5 до 150 абс. бар.
7. Способ по любому из пп.1-5, в котором алкоксилированные спирты имеют формулу (IV)
в которой R1 представляет собой линейную или разветвленную алкильную группу, имеющую от 1 до 30 атомов углерода, EO, PO и BO представляют собой части этиленокси, пропиленокси и бутиленокси и p, q и r являются целыми числами от 0 до 70.
8. Способ по п.7, в котором p равно 1 или 2, q равно 0 и r равно 0.
9. Способ по любому из пп.1-5, в котором углеводородная фракция, которой снабжается стадия (с), представляет собой С13/С14 углеводородную фракцию.
10. Способ по любому из пп.1-5, в котором углеводородная фракция, которой снабжается стадия (с) представляет собой С11/С12 углеводородную фракцию.
