Claims (7)
1. Раствор для кондиционирования поверхности, используемый перед фосфатной химической конверсионной обработкой стальной детали, отличающийся тем, что он является водным раствором, который содержит соль щелочного металла и не содержит ионы фосфата.
2. Раствор для кондиционирования поверхности по п.1, в котором солью щелочного металла является тетраборат щелочного металла.
3. Способ изготовления стальной детали с обработанной поверхностью, отличающийся тем, что стальную деталь обрабатывают раствором для кондиционирования поверхности по п.1 или 2 с последующим проведением фосфатной химической конверсионной обработки.
4. Способ по п.3, в котором фосфатной химической конверсионной обработкой является химическая конверсионная обработка фосфатом марганца.
5. Стальная деталь с обработанной поверхностью, отличающаяся тем, что она имеет химическое конверсионное покрытие из фосфата марганца со средним диаметром кристаллитов 10-110 мкм, сформированное на поверхности стальной детали способом по п.4.
6. Стальная деталь с обработанной поверхностью по п.5, при этом стальная деталь является резьбовым соединением для стальных труб.
7. Стальная деталь с обработанной поверхностью по п.5, при этом стальной деталью является резьбовое соединение для ТИНМ (трубчатые изделия для нефтепроводов на местности).
