Claims (4)

1. Способ термической сушки цементной сырьевой смеси, полученной мокрым размолом и присутствующей в виде шлама, для получения сухого порошка (18), который вводится в циклонный теплообменный аппарат работающей по сухому способу линии производства цементного клинкера, с сушилкой с утилизацией тепла, содержащегося в отходящих газах циклонного теплообменного аппарата, и с отделением сухого порошка (18) от образованного при сушке выпара (19), отличающийся тем, что
a) в нижнюю зону сушилки, выполненной как паровая прямоточная сушилка (15), вводят сырьевую смесь в виде шлама (14), способного транспортироваться насосом, а также поток выпара (22), который отводят из сушилки сверху и после отделения сухого порошка возвращают в сушилку в контур в виде оборотного потока выпара (20),
b) возвращаемый оборотный поток (20) выпара перед вводом в нижнюю зону сушилки (15) нагревают путем косвенного теплопереноса (24) от отходящих газов циклонного теплообменного аппарата,
c) парциальный потока (25) выпара, который соответствует воде, испарившейся при сушке сырьевой смеси в виде шлама, извлекают из оборотного потока выпара и после повышения уровня температуры выпара посредством компрессора (26) выпара и после протекания через находящуюся в сушилке (15) поверхность 27 нагрева конденсации выпара отводят как конденсат (28).
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что сырьевую смесь в виде шлама, нагнетаемого в паровую прямоточную сушилку (15), перед его нагнетанием (14) в сушилку подогревают путем косвенного теплопереноса (30) от отведенного потока (28) конденсата выпара.
3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что мощность компрессора (26) выпара регулируют так (32, 31), что в паровой прямоточной сушилке (15) не возникает избыточного давления.
4. Установка для термической сушки цементной сырьевой смеси, полученной мокрым размолом и находящейся в виде шлама, для получения сухого порошка (18), который вводится в циклонный теплообменный аппарат работающей по сухому способу линии производства цементного клинкера, с сушилкой с утилизацией тепла, содержащегося в отходящих газах циклонного теплообменного аппарата, и с отделением сухого порошка (18) от образованного при сушке выпара (19), отличающаяся тем, что
a) сушилка выполнена как шахтная паровая прямоточная сушилка (15) с форсуночным устройством (14) для ввода требующего сушки шлама сырьевой смеси в нижнюю зону сушилки и с расположенным в верхней зоне разгрузочным отверстием (16), которое соединено с циклонным сепаратором (17) для отделения сухого порошка (18) от потока выпара (19), который через линию 20 рециркуляции выпара с рециркуляционной газодувкой 21 выпара вводится в нижнюю зону сушилки,
b) в линии (20) рециркуляции выпара между рециркуляционной газодувкой (21) выпара и линией ввода (22) в сушилку (15) установлен теплообменник (24) косвенного типа, работающий на отходящих газах (23) циклонного теплообменного аппарата,
c) от линии (20) рециркуляции выпара на напорной стороне рециркуляционной газодувки (21) выпара отходит ответвительная линия (25) выпара, которая через компрессор (26) выпара соединена с отверстием для ввода пара расположенной внутри паровой прямоточной сушилки (15) поверхности (27) нагрева конденсации выпара, у которой выпускное отверстие 28 для конденсата соединено с конденсатоотводчиком 29.
