ㆍ 기화 시스템에서 상기 원료 고체 탄소 물질을 처리하는 단계;

ㆍ 상기 원료 고체 탄소 물질을 밀폐된 가압 환경에서 처리하는 단계;
ㆍ 상기 원료 고체 탄소 물질이 처리되는 상기 밀폐된 가압 환경 내의 온도를 증가시키는 단계;
ㆍ 상기 밀폐된 기화 시스템에서 상기 원료 고체 탄소 물질를 밀폐 처리하는 단계; 및
