Claims (10)

1. Межпозвонковый шарнирный протез для заранее определенного межпозвонкового пространства шейного отдела позвоночника, которое ограничено замыкательными пластинками (12, 13) смежных позвонков, поверхности которых во фронтальной плоскости имеют сильно изогнутые краевые зоны (4), латерально прилегающие к в основном плоской, центральной области (2), при этом поверхность замыкательных пластинок (27) во фронтальном сечении в своей центральной менее минерализованной области (2) имеет одно расстояние (18) от средней плоскости (20) межпозвонкового пространства, а в своих латеральных, более сильно минерализованных краевых зонах (4) другое расстояние (19), при этом протез в том же самом фронтальном сечении в своей центральной области поверхности (8), предназначенной для прилегания к центральной области (2) поверхности замыкательных пластинок (27) имеет третье расстояние (21) и в своих краевых зонах (10), предназначенных для прилегания к латеральным краевым зонам (4) поверхности замыкательных пластинок (27) имеет четвертое расстояние (22) от той же средней плоскости (20'), и при этом третье расстояние (21) больше, чем четвертое (22) и разность (23) между третьим и четвертым расстояниями (21, 22) больше, чем разность (24) между первым и вторым расстояниями (18, 19).
2. Протез по п.1, отличающийся тем, что его высота в каудально-краниальном направлении в латеральных краевых зонах (10, 14, 17) примерно равна высоте межпозвонкового пространства в этом месте, и его высота в центральной области (8) больше, чем высота межпозвонкового пространства в этом месте.
3. Протез по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что поверхность протеза в центральной области (8) снабжена возвышениями и углублениями, что отсутствует в краевой области.
4. Протез по п.3, отличающийся тем, что поверхность протеза в центральной области (8) снабжена зубьями.
5. Протез по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что угол наклона (α) краевых зон (10) нижней поверхности протеза (9) во фронтальном сечении относительно главного направления прохождения (14) протеза составляет по меньшей мере 20°.
6. Протез по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что угол наклона (β) краевых зон (10) верхней поверхности протеза (11) относительно главного направления прохождения (14) протеза составляет 0° и, преимущественно, от 10 до 30°.
7. Протез по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что ширина протеза (15) по меньшей мере в 1,5 раза больше, чем его глубина (16), предназначенная для установки в межпозвонковом пространстве.
8. Протез по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что указанная форма протеза ограничена его дорсальной половиной.
9. Межпозвонковый шарнирный протез по одному из пп.1-8, отличающийся тем, что поверхность по меньшей мере одной из его наружных пластин, размеры которых для широкого использования определены естественно заданным расширением поверхности межпозвонкового пространства, проходит параллельно главной плоскости прохождения пластины, и имеет скошенную поверхность (10, 51), дорсально-латерально примыкающую к центральной области.
10. Инструментарий для установки протеза по одному из пп.1-9 с по меньшей мере одним соответствующим форме протеза рашпилем (54) для подгонки поверхностей тел позвонков к форме протеза, который выполнен таким образом, что он имеет центральную область и краевые зоны и по меньшей мере щадит дорсальную часть краевых зон от изъятия материала.
