Claims (6)

1. Способ и соответствующее оборудование для обработки почв и/или осадков, загрязненных углеводородными соединениями, такими как нефть, нефтепродукты, пестициды, гербициды и подобные соединения, включающий плазменный процесс для нагревания загрязненного материала до возникновения испарения органических загрязняющих веществ, при этом внутри статического реактора поддерживают рабочую температуру между 400 и 900°С, плазменный процесс для контроля атмосферы внутри указанного реактора, причем атмосфера внутри указанного реактора - либо восстановительная, либо нейтральная, чтобы обработать и извлечь ценное сырье, плазменный процесс, который позволяет проводить непрерывную загрузку загрязненного материала, непрерывное удаление очищенного материала и непрерывное удаление отходящих газов из процесса, плазменный процесс, который при необходимости позволяет провести в отдельном от указанного реактора сосуде извлечение ценных видов сырья, испаряющегося в ходе процесса, соответствующее оборудование, включающее указанный реактор с движущимся устройством для транспортировки, включающим вращающийся шнек, для перемещения материала через указанный реактор и плазменную систему, включающую плазменную горелку или пару графитовых электродов, для обеспечения процесса энергией, средства непрерывной подачи загрязненных материалов внутрь указанного реактора, т.е. систему загрузки, включающую вращающийся шнековый конвейер, средства непрерывного удаления очищенного материала из указанного реактора, указанную систему удаления, включающую герметичный сосуд, содержащий задвижки для предотвращения попадания внешнего воздуха в указанный реактор или утечки образовавшихся в указанном процессе паров в окружающую среду, средства непрерывного удаления отходящих газов из указанного реактора, включающие выхлопную трубу из указанного реактора, средства конденсации отходящих газов и извлечения ценных видов сырья, включающие один или более конденсатор.
2. Плазменный процесс по п.1, в котором отходящие газы сжигают в отдельном сосуде снаружи указанного реактора, пропуская их через указанный конденсатор, или не пропуская, когда не требуется извлечения указанных органических загрязняющих веществ из указанных почв или осадков, или если необходимо получить энергию от сжигания углеводородов.
3. Соответствующее оборудование по п.1, в котором имеется более чем одна плазменная горелка или более чем одна пара указанных графитовых электродов.
4. Соответствующее оборудование по п.1, в котором устройство для транспортировки внутри указанного реактора включает вибрирующее полотно или ленту конвейера, или вращающиеся оси, содержащие лопасти.
5. Соответствующее оборудование по п.1, в котором конденсатор отсутствует, а газы сжигают снаружи реактора для получения энергии или перед тем, как их выпустить.
6. Соответствующее оборудование по п.1, в котором указанная система удаления состоит из герметичного вращающегося шнека или других средств устройства транспортировки.
