Abstract
Postupak za snižavanje pritiska pare mešavine motornog goriva, za konvencionalne motore sa unutrašnjim sagorevanjem koji smešu pale svećicom, na bazi C3-C12 ugljovodonika koje sadrži od 0,1 do 20% zapreminskog udela etanola, a ne više od 0,25% masenog udela vode - prema standardu ASTM D 6304, i ne više od 7% masenog udela kiseonika - prema standardu ASTM D 4815, pri čemu je porast pritiska pare indukovan etanolom najmanje 80%, a kao najbolje rešenje uzima se povećanje pritiska pare nastalo samo usled C3-C12 ugljovodonične komponente (a) gde je kao dodatak C3-C12 ugljovodoničnoj komponenti (a) i etanolskoj komponenti (b), u smeši goriva prisutna i komponenta koja sadrži kiseonik (c) i to u tako da ima od 0.05 do 15% zapreminskog udela u totalnoj zapremini smeše goriva; za komponentu (c) se odabira bar-jedan od sledećih tipova jedinjenja:- alkanol, koji ima od 3 do 10 ugljenikovih atoma; - dietil etar, koji ima od 6 do 10 ugljenikovih atoma;- keton, koji ima od 4 do 9 ugljenikovih atoma;- alkil estar karboksilne kiseline, koji ima od 5 do 8 ugljenikovih atoma;- keton hidroksid, koji ima od 4 do 6 ugljenikovih atoma;- keton estar karboksilne kiseline, koji ima od 5 do 8 ugljenikovih atoma;- neko od sledećih heterocikličnih jedinjenja koje sadrže kiseonik: tetra-hidro-furfuril alkohol, tetrahidrofurfuril acetat, dimetiltetrahidrofuran, tetrametiltetrahidrofuran, metiltetrahidropiran, 4-metil-4-oksitetrahydropiran kao i mešavina pobrojanih jedinjenja; i komponente (d), koju čini bar jedan C6 - C12 ugljovodonika i koja je u smeši zastupljena tako da je odnos zapeminskih udela (b): ((c) + (d)) od 1:200 do 200:1.Prijava sadrži još 8 patentnih zahteva.Process for reducing the vapor pressure of a motor fuel mixture, for conventional spark-ignition internal combustion engines based on C3-C12 hydrocarbons containing from 0.1 to 20% by volume ethanol and not more than 0.25% by weight water - according to ASTM D 6304, and not more than 7% by mass of oxygen - according to ASTM D 4815, with an ethanol-induced increase in vapor pressure of at least 80%, with the C3-C12 increase in vapor pressure being the best solution. hydrocarbon components (a) where, in addition to the C3-C12 hydrocarbon component (a) and ethanol component (b), an oxygen containing component (c) is present in the fuel mixture such that it has from 0.05 to 15% by volume in total volume of fuel mixture; component (c) is selected from at least one of the following types of compounds: - alkanol having from 3 to 10 carbon atoms; - Diethyl ether having from 6 to 10 carbon atoms; - Ketone having from 4 to 9 carbon atoms; - Carboxylic acid alkyl ester having from 5 to 8 carbon atoms; - Ketone hydroxide having from 4 to 6 carbon atoms; - a carboxylic acid ketone ester having from 5 to 8 carbon atoms; - any of the following heterocyclic compounds containing oxygen: tetra-hydro-furfuryl alcohol, tetrahydrofurfuryl acetate, dimethyltetrahydrofuran, tetramethyltetrahydrofuran, 4-methyltetrahydrofuran, 4-methyltetrahydrofuran, 4-methyltetrahydrofuran oxytetrahydropyran as well as a mixture of the above compounds; and component (d), consisting of at least one C6 - C12 hydrocarbon and represented in the mixture such that the ratio of the volume ratios (b): ((c) + (d)) is from 1: 200 to 200: 1.
